Dear Friends,
We are implimenting Plant Maintenace and all other modules.
Purchase requisitions are created with Maintenance Order automatically, and Purchase Requisitions will be created with MRP also.
I want the Release strategy for MRP created PRs and Maintenance Order created PRs are different.
Is it possible to Trigger the PR release strategy automatically on creation of Maintenace Order.
(How to trigger the Automatically created PRs from Maintenance Order for release strategy.)
Please give me the steps for it in IMG.

The best way to trigger the requisition for release for Plant Maintenace is check the indicator of this kind of requisition in the requisition contact person tab and include this indicator in your PR release strategy

Purchase order mass maintenance

Dear All..
Im using purchase order mass maintenence through MASS T-code with object BUS2012
i want to change field EKPO-MHDRZ it is wrongly maintained as 2 i want to remove this via mass maintainence.
at the time of saving the document its telling no error its telling green colour message as Change Rem.Shelflifetime could not be effected.
message no ME664.
But i want to change.. any possibilities is there.. or any other procedure is there to for PO Mass maintenence...

the field is in purchase order detail on tab delivery
Why you like to remove a value from field you do not even know where it is?
if you dont see the field there, then check IMG > MM > purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Screen Layout at Document Level
select e.g ME21N and go into detail
then go into detail of Delivery monitoring
there you should see the field remaining shelf life and if it is a req. entry , optional entry or display only.
Because you want remove a value, it has to be optional.

Maintenance Order to Purchase Requisition

Hi,
We create purchase requisition from maintenance order. We have to populate customer fields in purchase requisition. Currently with use an enhancement point in the FM ME_REQUISITiON_CREATE_EXT to modify (add the customer values) the purchase requisition in update task.
We want to know if there is an exit to prepare the data before the creation of the purchase requisition.

PREREQUISITE FOR PURCHASE ORDER MASS MAINTENENCE

Dear Experts,
Please explain the prerequisite points for the purchase order Mass Maintenance.
i want to set Delivery completed indicator for the open purchase orders.
is it prerequisite for setting the deletion flag to the purchase order items.
if delivered quantity is more the PO order quantity, it is not allowing to set the deletion flag
also it issues the warning message of release PO - Release already affected.
Please explain the concept in brief.

Hi,
When you set the "delivery completed" indicator, it considers a purchase order item to be closed. This means that no more goods receipts are expected for this item. If the "delivery completed" indicator is set, the open purchase order quantity becomes zero, even if the full quantity has not been delivered. It is still possible to post goods receipts for the remaining quantities.
When you set the "delivery completed" indicator:
The purchase order item is considered closed, even though the total quantity may not have been delivered.
Although a further delivery is not expected, it is still possible.
At the time of the next goods receipt, the system suggests the item as unselected in the item selection list.
The purchase order item can be deleted, even if the total quantity was not delivered..

Mass Maintenance- Purchase Requisition block

Our client want to block hundreds of PR thru Mass maintenance tcode.
Manually we block in status tab in PR. As lot of PR's are there, how to block with Mass maintenance tcode.

Use tcode mass to close all PRs in system . you can find object-(BUS2105-MASS_CHANGE_PURCHASE_REQ)
To close PR,select all Mutilple PRs and Set deletion indicator="L"
But if the deletion indicator field (EBAN-LOEKZ) is not available in system.
Then Use Tcode -MASSOBJ ,add this field .It will then appears in Mass Object-BUS2105
This will resove your query.

Purchase requisition with Item Category – L creation via Maintenance orders (Plant Maintenance)

I have a scenario where purchase requisition with Item Category – L (subcontract External) for Repair items (Storeroom Process) need to get generated with Item category-L.This requirement is to MAP in my system.
I am aware that purchase requisition can be created with reference to maintenance orders.
Can anybody through some light on the integration between PM and MM.
If creation of purchase requisition is possible via maintenance orders then please explain me with detailed steps both configurations and master data so that I can able to replicate the same as per business requirement.

You have to installed DIMP 6.0, and activated the business function Refurbishment and Subcontracting (LOG_EAM_ROTSUB) and Serial Numbers in Purchasing (LOG_MM_SERNO) .

Mass Deletion Of Purchase Requisitions Without Using LSMW

Hi,
We would like to delete huge volume of PR generated through MRP. Deleting PR will be a frequent activity in our business scenario. Since the person responsible for MRP is not very much conversant with LSMW, we want to avoid using LSMW.
I tried with MEMASSQR. But 'deletion indicator' field is not available in the field list.
Is there any method through which I can carry out mass deletion of PR?

I've tryed this from Manish Kumar Agarwal :
Go to SM30 enter the table MASSFLDLST
then create the new entry object type = BUS2105
Table name = EBAN Field:- "EBAKZ" (Purchase requisition closed)
Then run MEMASSRQ and select this field and then PRs after tnat on next page you will get option like film:- carry out mass changes go ahead with it.
But strangelly, it doesnt appear in the memassrq... any idea?

Mass Deletion of Purchase Requisitions

Hello Gurus,
I have a unique issue. Our SAP system creates multiple MRP generated purchase requisitions on a daily basis and we do not have the manpower to delete each single PR using the ME52N transaction. I checked the MEMASSRQ transaction which is used for mass changes of PRs. However, in MEMASSRQ, there isn't any field mentioned particularly for deletion or blocking of purchase requisition. I found a BAPI, BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE, but even this BAPI is used to delete the PRs one by one. Not for mass deletion.
Right now, there are around 4000 PRs in our system which are lying and we have to delete them all. So, I want your help in finding out whether there is a transaction/report available for mass deletion of purchase requisitions.
Your suggestions would be very much helpful for us.

Perhaps you can try to archive them. Check archiving object MM_EBAN. See not Note 123900 - Archiving purchasing documents/purchase requisitns for futher information.

Purchase Requisition created from Maintenance Order can not deleted

Hi Gurus,
I've create a Maintenance Order for External Service (Control Key: PM02) and Purchase Requisition already created related to this Maintenance Order.
But when I want to cancel/delete the Purchase Requisition, there is error message "This item is only deletable via the associated production order". So II can not delete the PR.
Any solution for this problem ?

Hi,
If the PR has not been approved and no PO has been created yet, you have to delete the external service operation (PM02) in the work order. This should delete the Pruchase Requisitions.

if you have created the material reservation against the movement type 261 the you have the option to specify the order.
also there will be option to change the order specified.
kindly check .also i think there is no provision to assign reservation for material issued

One Purchase Requisition for One Maintenance Order

Dear Consultants,
We have implemented mySAP ECC 6.0. We have more than 20 line items in one Maintenance order for Item category N. Curently system is generating Purchase requisitions by line itemwise for Item category N(Non-stock items). Our client requires only one purchase requisition for every Maintenance Order. Is it possible to generate one PR for one Maintenance Order? If possible please give us the solution.

Mass purchase requisition deletion

Hey Gurus,
We have changed some materials from planning to no planning in MRP. the users would like the Purchase requisitions that have been created to be deleted now that we no longer plan these materials.
I checked MEMASSRQ and I also checked MASSD but I can't seem to find a way to set the deletion flag in mass using these two transactions for a purchase requsition.
Do you all have any suggestion of a tranaction to use to set the deletion flag for these purchase requisitions?

Hi Nina,
Do a recording via LSMW using ME52 t-code & you can then perform a mass deletion via the same. MEMASSRQ does not support deletion.

Mass Cancellation purchase requisition or Mass unfix purchase requisition

Our purchase requisitions are created through MRP.
When we transform our purchase requisitions into purchase orders, if quantity in PO is smaller than the quantity in the P-Req, the P-Req is fixed.
I would like to know if there is a way to do a mass cancellation or to unfix purchase requisitions.

When you create a PO from a PR, and you change the quantity, what do you expect then from SAP?
If you are the opinion that the PR should be closed even you order less than required, then you have to tell this your SAP system.
You do this by going into the delivery schedule tab at item detail of the PO. At very right of the schedule line is a button (really, this is a button), click it, it turns into a button with a checkered flag and the PR will get closed.
Any manual change of a PR (even you do it with changing the order quantity in the PO) results in fixing the PR. This will tell SAP that a human had taken the decision, and MRP must not touch this requisition. SAP just assumes, that the human made the decision to keep the remaining quantity as open in the requisition, if you dont click the finish button.
If you need a mass deletion, then you have to record a sessionfor BDC, CATT or LSMW.

Mass Maintenance of Closing the PR & PO

Can anyone tell me the scenario of Closing the Purcahse Order by mass maintenance,
My client requirement is that they want to close the Purchase Order if the delivery is not made against the Delivery date and if a purchase requisition exists that too has to be closed.
