Dear Group Members
User created the Purchase requisition with different item number of purchase requisition
Example:
Item: generally it starts from 10, 20, 30 u2026..
My user copied the details from other PR using Control C & pasted in the new PR by using Control V item like 270, 280, 290u2026..
Purchase requisition was saved
Can we configure the system in such a way that user should not save PR & system showing the error/warning message to make the item number in serial like 10, 20, 30, 40

Hi Shamulheq,
We have the same issue but with PO numbering and we opted by training the user. As Jurgen mentioned in customizing you define the interval for numbering however that does not guarantee that will be correct.
For instance in our case, the user creates the PO using as reference a PR, the Purchasing Requisition documement type is ZXX, after that the user changes the PO type from ZXX to YXX, our numbering for ZXX is 10, but for YXX is 1, then the PO is created with items like 10, 20, 30... instead of 1, 2, 3, which is a real problem since we use EDI and the item number is comunicated to other systems, but still the best idea is to train the user.
I am not sure if there is a user exit you could use in case you want the system to validate. You can ask your developer.

It is not possible to create PR/PO without material / Service group & Item catagory D.
Better create service groups like material group which will help you for reports also.

I have a strange problem in http receiver adapter.
Sender RFC (SAP) Receiver: HTTP.
Receiver system expects the output from XI in the below format in a single line plain text with out any tags in the payload. and the content type should be application/x-www-form-urlencoded

Is there any way to achieve this using http receiver adapter. Business is not ready to accept the output from XI not even in a single element instead they only need it as a JUST a plain text.

Could you elaborate how you achieved in catching the response data from the receiver in case of HTTP receiver adapter?
The target service is not a WebService but some python script that must to receive some paramters via POST request.
HOW can I post this parameters?
Here you entered the fields of the message type of the request in the header parameters of the receiver adapter? Thats fine.
But what about the message type and vice versa of the response from the receiver?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, take the device to Apple for evaluation.

did ae install without problem? check the install logs to be sure (Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC)
if it did, what do you see when clicking the executable?

You're original response was questions/post about an iMac. Now you've edited it to ask about a Mac Pro?
You can more easily add internal drives in a Mac Pro.
Not too terribly easy to add/replace drives in an iMac.
If younhave questions about a Mac Pro, try posting in the Mac Pro forums.
Much more knowledgeable users there.

SC created without any warning or error message

Hi,
I'm working with SRM 5.0, classic scenario.
Problem is following:
I create a SC for a specific material for storage location A for example. But this specific material wasn't created for storage location A. SRM doesn't block my SC cart created neither give me any warning or error message.
After SC goes into error into shoppingcart monitor indicating that this specific material wasn't created for storage location A.
Is this normal SRM behaviour? I don't think so...
Can I activate any warning or error message in order to avoid this?

This seems to be normal behaviour.
Please check for errors, dumps etc. using BBP_MON_SC, RZ20, and ST22 Transactions, if any.
You need to use BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI for issuing Warning / Error messages.
Implement BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI for filter type - BUS2121 (Shopping carts) and get the job done.
P.S. Carefully read the Standard SAP Documentation of this BADI using SE18 Transaction.

You need the password of the iCloud account/Apple ID that was used to originally set up the phone. That is the activation lock/anti theft feature in iOS 7. There is no way to get around that, except by using the password.
The original seller should have disabled it, but did not. if the seller is unable or unwilling to give you the information rerquired to unlock your phone, the the phone is probably stolen. That is why you have anti theft features in the phone; to avoid a situation similar to yours.

MBP shutting down w/out any warning, no indication of kernel panic etc..

Hi everyone, this is freaking me out, and it's happened about 3 times in the last couple of weeks, I can't specify anything that's triggering it, but my MacBook Pro (late 2008, 15") has shut down without any warning at all, no alerts on screen, no strange behaviour preceding it.
So far it has only happened when it was not connected to the power, which is making me even more panicky, could it be something to do with the logic board?
(luckily I am pretty good at saving work in progress)

The error code you get when running AHT with the battery removed is normal. It just means that the test can't access the sensor in the battery itself.
Given the additional info, maybe we shouldn't take too much notice of the single TNOP result for the moment.
A bad battery will certainly cause sudden shutdowns of the type you mention, and not many of the batteries in the pre-unibody models make it through much more than a couple of hundred cycles unfortunately.
Annoying, if this is the case, but way cheaper than a logic board issue!

I have sales order creation and when saving Purchase REq is created at the back end. But for the sales order for item category n schedule line category combination does not allow creation of Pur Req. n pur req no. is not dislayed in Sales order.
But I have Pur Rq created with ref to sales order.
How is it possible.
In Pur req I checked the creation indiacotr, it is with ref to sales order.not manually.

Hi,
Purchase Requisition creation from Sales Order is dependent on the configuration of Schedule line category not Item category. Check configuration of Schedule line category in VOV6.
Also to see the PR No in Sales Order, double click on the Sales line item and click on the "Purchase Requisition" button under "Schedule Lines" Tab.

Purchase requisition : problem with check release Strategies

Hi all,
i created a new class, new release group, new release codes etc. I think all is ok but when i launch the transaction OMGQCK for check release Strategies the system give me an error in node 'Check re release indicators' : Define a release indicator for the status "released".
But how can i do that, i created two release indicator : 'X' for blocked and 'V' for launched but what are the options for purchase requisition ?
Is there a special value to give the release indicator 'released' ?

Goto SPRO -> Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Requisition -> Release Procedure -> Procedure with classification -> Setup Procedure with Classification
select release indicator
by default, you will be having the following release indicators in the system,
1     Request for quotation
2     RFQ/purchase order
3     RFQ/PO no change of date
4     RFQ/PO no changes
A     Fixed RFQ
B     Fixed RFQ/purchase order
X     Blocked
please check whether you have got these or else create and then assign them to the release strategies.

Accessing Java Object with out any application servers

I would be much thankful if any one guide/suggest me how to
access an java object with out using any application servers.I am
having an java object which holds dummy data and an mxml file which
contains some text fields. My plan was to access the java object
and put the dummy data in the text fields. I am using RemoteObject
for this. I am not able to proceed further. Please help me.

You can check The Merapi Project it's still in the
development phase but it'll allow to an AIR app invoke a java class
and run it as it were inside your app. But that's something you
can't take into production yet, why don't u wanna use a server
backend?

Action with out validation still showing error messages

Hello, I have a save action on a PopUp thats has the "with out validation" checked but still the error messages are shown... the problem is that y want to validate the fields by myself, not let the framework do it.
The other question I had is, is there a way to show the validation messages from the framework into the popup? because there are showing in the main window.

the problem is the acceptable range is wrong or probably wrong. this is resulting in your download speed being lower than the acceptable range and therefore shown in red
