Purchase requisition -Valuation price and Quantity greyed out

Hi,
I created purchase requsition with Release strategy, once i have enter Valuation price and quantity and check the document Release strategy Invoked.
And Valuation ,quantity fields greyed out before saving the requisition.
Please help me.

Why are you entering the Valuation price in PR creation.
If a material master record exists for the requested material, the price is automatically taken from the valuation price field.
If no material master record exists, you must enter a price when creating the purchase requisition.
Please elaborate in detail.

System prompts me to enter the valuation price in purchasing screen in the sales order when I select the item category TAS/TAB.
I maintained the valuation price using MR21 but still does not pick it. Info record too exists.

Hi,
Go to SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Requisitions > Define Screen Layout at Document Level > Here for Field Selection Key "ESTV", under Field Selection Group "Quantity and Price", mark field "Price and price unit" as optional.

Purchase requisition material price

Hi all
My understanding is that the valuation price of a material (In my case MAP) is defaulted into the purchase requisition valuation price.
I have a bit of a funny scenario here.
I have a plant WB00 (requesting plant - no stock is kept in this plant) (we manually update the MAP for release purpose on the PREQ)
I have another plant (SWB0) (Supplying plant - this plant holds stock and seen as vendor. Requsting plant will create order against this plant).
I have now activated Split Valuation on plant SWB0.
I have the following
Material 1 - SWB0 - Val Type "" - R200
Material 1 - SWB0 - Val Type New - R300
Material 1 - SWB0 - Val Type Reclaim - R100
Material 1 is in Plant SWB0 and Sloc WB52.
On Plant WB00 there is no Split valuation.
In the account view of Material 1 in plant WB00, the MAP price is R300.
When I create the PReq for this material and enter the plant WB00, the price comes as R300.
However when I put in the Sloc WB52 o nthe preq, it then changes the price on to R200.
I require it to stay at R300. What could I be doing wrong.

But as you will see, that is not happening.
The MAP price on plant WB00 is R300.
When I create the purchase requisition it initially has R300, but when I populate the sloc, it changes the price to R200. I cannot understand why.
R200 is the average price on plant SWB0, and Plant SWB0, SLOC WB52, is the supplying plant for the material.
It seems to be taking the price from there, which is WRONG.
WB00 should be independant?

Hi there, have just tried purchasing an album in iTunes but the price tab is greyed out. This is like it for non explicit songs, yet the explicit songs and albums I can purchase fine. Seems a bit back to front to me, any ideas?

PM (T-code IW32) - Creation of purchase requisition permitted price=0$

In IW32, we are able to enter a price of 0,00$ and save the purchase requisition. In ME51N, this action is not possible, we have to enter a price > 0,00$. Why are we able to save a 0,00$ purchase requisition using IW32, and not ME51N? We should not be able to create a 0,00$ purchase requisition in IW32 !
IW32 procedure of PO creation:
1. Run IW32
2. Enter order number
3. Go to «components» table
4. DO NOT enter component, enter description, reqmnt qty, UM, IC, Plnt, OpAc
5. Select the line item
6. Click on the Purchasing button at the bottom left of the screen
7. Enter Price = 0,00$, G/L account number, and save
8. Quit IW32 transaction
9. Go back in IW32, select the line item, click on the purchasing button, and there will now be a purchasing requisition number in the Purchasing Data table.
10. Go in ME54N. You will now be able to release a 0,00$ purchase requisition....
The system SHOULD NOT allow me to create and release a 0,00$ purchase requisition. How can I fix this?

It will start asking Valuation Price during Order Creation for PR.

Cube for Inventory values, prices and quantity

Hi,
Does anybody knows some standard InfoCube that delivers Inventory values, prices and quantity?
I need something like R/3 transaction CKM3 (Material Prices Analysis CO-ML). This transaction agregates inventory quantity, value ( material price) per material/plant, you could drill-down to material moviments level.
I found a InfoCube named 0IC_C03 (Material Movements - see help link), but i can't figure out how this cube works.

Now, I am developing a new query, exactly in CKM3 format, but where you can see more than one material at once.
I am using the infocube 0COPC_C07 (Actual Costing/Material Ledger), where I can see the same information as in CKM3 transaction.

Weighted avg. price and quantity invoiced

Hi,
How to get the Weighted avg. price and quantity invoiced for a particular material(only invoiced price should be taken and not the purchase order price). If possible provide me the related tables/FM/report etc.
for e.g.on sel. screen if a material no. and an year is entered then I need the weigthted avg. price for 12 periods (jan2007, feb 2007 etc.) and qty invoiced for those months.

I updated my iPhone and now none of the music on it will play. When I sync, I can change teh music selections on it, but they all won't play and are greyed out. Only the Playlists, Artists, Albums are black font, but all songs are grey and won't play

I recently updated my iPhone 3G to 5.0 (9A334) and it was somehow interrupted during restoration, or at least that is what it tells me. But it keeps making a new restore and adding it to a list, but never gets through without getting interrupted. anyways, I kind of got through all that, but now all the music on the iPhone won't play and is greyed out. I had some APPs greyed out, but they are not as important. Music is a huge investment in my life and this part of it has gone silent. I SYNC with my iMac. Resyncing doesn't help. I can change the selections, but can never get them to play on the iPhone.
Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue, i restored my phone to Factory settings, even tried restoring it to my backup, half of my music bought from itunes won't play on my iphone and i'm super annoyed, this only happened once i updated to ios 7.2 so i assume its another glitch to go with my imessages not sending, getting sick of this.

My Internal drive will not show up on the desktop, and appears greyed out in the finder.
it shows up fine in disk utility and i have tried to repair permissions. This runs normally, there does not seem to be any problems with the drive itself.
if i unhide the hidden system folders using terminal, it appears on my desktop again, but greyed out.
any ideas how i can fix this?

Try deleting the Finder .plists. You need to look in your user Library/Preferences for the .plist. Hold down the option key while using the Finder “Go To Folder” command. Enter ~/Library/Preferences. Move the .plist(s) to your desktop.
Relaunch Finder and test. If it works okay, delete the plist(s) from the desktop.
If the Finder is the same, return the .plist(s) to where you got them from, overwriting the newer ones.
If you prefer to make your user library permanently visible, use the Terminal command found below.

You might want to bookmark the command. I had to use it again after I installed 10.8.2. I have also been informed that if you drag the user library to Finder it will remain visible.
If that doesn't work, try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If the problem is still there, try booting into the Safe Mode. Shut down the computer and then power it back up. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application unistaller. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don't do them all at once.

And surely if I am backing up the whole computer these projects/videos will be backed up too? I wasn't sure how to do this any other way and I am clearly not great with tech issues. If you follow Bob's instructions.. allow it to cool down.. maybe leave it off overnight.. if the disk fails to start when you power on.. or listen carefully and hear if the disk is failing to spin up properly then you have either dead drive or dead supply.
Is it in warranty or applecare, let apple replace it?
If it is out of applecare even, open it and replace the disk.
How old is the TC? What model from the rubber mat A1xxx? What size disk?
Certain drives are becoming unreliable.. The WD black in Gen2, The Samsung Spinpoint in Gen3 and WD green in Gen3 and Gen4 are none of them great drives.
Out of warranty do the job yourself.. there is plenty of stuff about drive upgrades for the TC.

Credit memo - Price and quantity difference on the same PO item

Hello,
When there are both price and quantity differences between the invoice and the PO/GR on the same PO item, we need two lines on the credit memo to adjust the quantity and the price separately. However, the system gives the error message "Document contains same order item more than once" . If we suppress this message, then we have the error saying the debit and credit of the credit memo does not balance, as it appears the system only read the first credit memo line and ignore the second. Does anyone know how to resolve this (without having two different credit memos for the price and quantity differences)?

Please note the following few points.
1.Credit Memo: Credit memo will be posted when you want to reverse a posted invoice.System will reverse the qty and that much amount of invoice.you can post two line items of MIRO for a sigle PO item for qty and amount.you can not have two lines one for qty and other for amount.
If you feel that there is a differance of posting in amount for the INVOICE and GR (normally for GR , the amount postings witll be same as PO price.) reverse the invoice at MR8M or post a credit memo in a single line for amunt and qty and post afresh the invoice amount .

hey-- so iMessage on ONE computer has my wifes phone number in under iMessage and its greyed out and i cant change it to my number. any ideas? ive done what people have suggested on these forums, e.g., check your apple id make sure your number is associated with it etc. how do i change the iMessage number from my wifes to my actual number? thanks! This can depend on the the Apple ID that is used.
I was under the impression that the invididual parts of an iCloud ID could be "registered" separately for iMessages but this may not be correct.
I have an Apple ID that is based on a email from a source external to Apple. (an old Dial-up account email)
I registered this for iCloud and at the time got an @me.com name as well.
I also have two iPhones so I decided to use the @me.com name on one iPhone and the older Dial-up on the other.
This seemed to work up to the OS X10.8.2 and iOS 6 updates.
AT this points I did the OS X one first then the iPhones
I got alerts in Messages on the Mac to add the Dial-up ID iPhone's number to Messages which I accepted.
The Messages Menu > Accounts > iMessages showed the iPhone Number as an alternative Receive ID and offered itself in the Drop as the Send from ID.
I then set up the second iPhone and got an alert in Messages to add the Apple ID and the iPhone number to Messages.
I said no to this.
At iOS 6 this did not get added to the Messages > Preferences > Accounts > iMessage panel.
However at iOS 6.0.2 the iPhones are showing their own Numbers as Greyed out and even though I refused again the @me.com ID and second iPhone's Number they have been added to the Message Menu > Preferences > Accounts > iMessages pane although they are not ticked.
The only link these two Apple ID Names have is that they are both associated with the iCloud Account.
(I Can log in to the same iTunes account with either name, and post here, and access iCloud in a web browser - the password is the same).
I have successfully managed to get one iPhone to have it's greyed out Number ticked so it can accept iMessages sent to the Number.
This involved removing the Apple ID on that iPhone, Closing iMessages, restarting iMessages and then re-adding the Apple ID
I did get an alert to say the ID would not work anywhere in iMessages when removing it.
It was 24 hours before I got an alert in Messages again to add the iPhone Number and Apple ID (I said no and they are not active but do show in the iMessage account on the Mac)
I am a little confused by this bit:-

They are only greyed out on the iPhone's themselves.
I would also make sure the Apple IDs used on each computer and it's related iPhone are separate from each other.
