Hi expert,
I need to transfer all the purchase orders by IDOC to another non SAP system using PI. Can anybody tell me how to do it? What is the transaction to collect all the purchase orders and create the IDOCs? I know for vendor master data, we have transaction code BD14 to do it. And then we14 can process them. Do we have the same for purchase orders?

If I remember correctly, there're no standard transaction to do that.
You need to develope something like a custom report that get All Purchase Order (using a bapi like BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL) and create Output IDOCs (see Idoc Type ORDERS http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm40/helpdata/en/af/5f28a7669648dfb71b418d243f2a82/content.htm).
Subsequently, send Idoc to SAP PI (as a Sender System), then SAP PI send to External System (as a Receiver System).
Architecture can be something like this:
SAP ECC Report/BAPI -> Idoc ORDERS Source Message-> SAP PI -> Receiver Message -> ExternalSystem

   I need to transfer the material master data from one system(e.g - dev1)
to another system (e.g - dev2).
front end application is BSP.
if the user enters the material number 1 to 20 and if he presses the submit
button, the entire data should be transferred to another system.
This transferring of data should be done in background.
1. which method we should opt for this ? either ALE or any other method like XI.
2. Is there any standard bapi function module to transfer the material master from one system to another system.
3. whether this above transferring can be done thru XI and which will be best approach for doing this?

I have a large iTunes library that is backed up via Time Machine on an external drive. I would like to hook up that drive to another mac and just transfer the music that is saved in the backup. I don't want to restore anything else, simply transfer the whole iTunes library. Is this possible? If not, what is the best way to do something like this?

You should be able to restore iTunes and iPhoto files if the Lion system was running the same version of those applications that you'll have on the Snow Leopard system. However, you won't be able to restore files for applications like Mail, Address Book, or Safari, as the versions of those won't match.

Cannot transfer rental movie to ipad, itunes thinks it is already transferred to another device

Hopefully this is pretty straightforward. I downloaded a movie rental from iTunes store. When I attempted to move to my iPad (via manual sync) I got an error along the lines of the following: 'Cannot transfer movie rental as it is already transferred to another device'. I have rented movies multiple times from the iTunes store and did not encounter this issue. My laptop is authorized (I double checked). Correct me if I am wrong but if the rental appears in the iTunes library then technically it is not transferred.

I have purchased but never rented movies but from what I have read, your assumption is correct. Once you move the rental to an iDevice it should disappear from iTunes.
If you download a rented movie on your computer: You can transfer it to a device such as your Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, or iPod if it’s a standard-definition film (movies in HD can only be watched on your computer, iPad, iPhone 4, iPod touch (4th generation), or Apple TV). You can't transfer a balance (nor its purchases) to another account. Do you have any of its purchases on your computer's iTunes library ? If you do then selecting it and doing 'get-info' (control-I) should tell you the account id on the Summary tab on the popup.

ARD upgraded from 2.2 to 3 but can't use 2.2 on another system

I upgraded to ARD for my Administrator system. Previously I was running 2.2 on this system. ARD 3 works fine but since I bought the ARD 3 and I still had the ARD 2 bought previously, I tried installing the ARD 2 on a different system. This system was going to be set up for faculty to "oversee" the student's work.
PROBLEM!
When I tried installing the old ARD (directly from the ARD 2 CD) everything works fine up to where I open ARD 2 for the first time and am asked to enter the serial number. The number entered is the same as the tag on the back of the ARD 2 "Welcome: pamphlet yet it comes up as an invalid serial number. I do not recall exactly if I did the ARD 3install as an upgrade or as a new install. My guess says probably an install.
Questions: Did I screw up by not uninstalling the ARD 2 from the Admin system prior to installing ARD 3? Or did the ARD 3 retain somewhere in Apple's database the serial number from the old ARD 2 and since this is a different system, with a different MAC address, it is coming back as invalid because Apple still thinks ARD 2 is installed on the Admin system?
Next question, what do I have to do to get the ARD 2 installed on the teachers station system? I figure that since ARD 3 was only offered as a new program and not an upgrade (at a lower price than the "new" program), the licensing should allow me to transfer the software to another system. That way the teachers could still have some of the advantages of ARD.
Incidentally I have another copy of ARD 3 already in the purchasing process. That one is going into another lab where the faculty has a need to directly interact with the students on a regular basis. That is an entire new lab so the problem of ARD 2 does not enter into the picture. However, the new lab computers will still have to be accessible to the ARD 3 on my admin system. I figure since the user name/password will be different for the teachers in that lab but my "standard" ARD user/password will also be installed, I should still be able to administer the computers remotely. Is there any problem with this arrangement that you can see coming?

Where did you buy the machine? An Apple store, an authorized reseller, or ??
Also, what is the model/identifier? Is it the latest or was it purchased used?

About the iTunes library files
Your iTunes library files track the media you add to iTunes, how you've organized it, and other information such as playlists. By default, these two files are in your iTunes folder:

How to call a WD4A Application of another system

I have the need to call a WebDynpro Application of another system via a URL call, thet the application should be opend in the CRM WebUI Window (statefull ) .
Calling the application via a button event & transaction launcher works fine, but i need to call it from a BSP page. So my idea was to create an iframe, but this obviously opens a new window:

i want to test if a job, with ad external progra, that now is running in a Windows Application Server, can be moved in a linux Application server (and in another system), and if linux can process the *.bat file

Hi,
You have to convert the batch file of windows to shell script. and use that as external program or command in the job definition instead of .bat file.You also have to edit the job definition in sap saying that the background server should be your Linux Application server.
