I have the latest itunes updates, watched the download while my ipod was connected to my Mac but the movie isn't on the ipod, any suggestions?? Thanks

have you set the settings to sync movies to your ipod. If you connect the ipod and click on the name of the ipod it pulls up a summary screen and their are a bunch of tabs in their and you click on movies and set the sync options if you set the sync options and click apply and it still doesn't sync e-mail itunes fromt their webpage at www.apple.com/support/itunes/store

I'm having this same problem and can't find a solution that works in the apple support community. What's frustrating is that this used to work seamlessly with Windows. Then I bought a macbook pro and upgraded to OS X Mavericks and a lot of stuff broke.

If you purchased it on your computer's iTunes then have did you select it to sync to your iPad (via the iPad's Books tab on your computer's iTunes) ?. On your iPad you can also turn Settings > Store > Books 'on' so that iBooks purchases made on your computer or other iOS device are automatically downloaded to it. If you have an iPod Touch you can watch movies on it.
Did you sync the movie with iTunes between your computer and your iPod ?
Connect iPod touch to a USB 2.0 port on your Mac or PC using the included cable.
Follow the onscreen instructions in iTunes to set up iPod touch and sync your music, video, photos, and other content.
Your computer must be connected to the Internet.
By default, iTunes automatically syncs all songs and videos in your iTunes library to iPod touch. If you have more content in your library than will fit on iPod touch, iTunes alerts you that it can’t sync your content. You’ll need to use iTunes to select some of your songs, videos, and other content to sync.

I figured out the problem. All music purchases now go to the cloud and must be downloaded to each computer or device. I needed to go to the iTunes Store and look at my recent purchases then click on the cloud to download them.
