Purchased 2 Zen V players and both have had probl

Bought one for our cousin, which was the GB player. After only month, the screen faded out and it had to be returned under warranty. The player was replaced. This same player now freezes up continuously.
Bought the 4GB Plus for my son. It has had freezing issues as well, but now the screen has also faded out. We cannot reset it because the reset button is broken. We will be sending this in as well.

For the freezing up, it's probably worth doing a 'Clean Up' (see ' How do I access Rescue Mode/Recovery Mode on my player?' sticky). And updating the firmware (Support->Download).
