I've actually got a rather old computer but it runs on XP...alot of the time when I hook the touch up to the computer to sync it doesn't recognize it and makes me restore it...could be either A.) it's an old computer or B.) I bout it off of Ebay. anyway I purchased a song off the ipod and had to restore it afterwards. Now it's not on there. ALSO I've seemed to lost most of my apps data that was saved on my itunes. (no clue where those went)

You should NEVER have just one copy of anything that you do not want to lose.
When you download to you ipod, you should at your earliest opportunity, sync/transfer the purchased music to you computer. You can then back up the music from there when you perform your regular backup for your computer.
Your music/apps/vids are not part of the itunes initiated backup that is performed when you sync your ipod. Before you upgrade/restore/re-install anything, you need to be sure that you have transferred an purchases to your computer. You should regularly back up your computer as well.

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1
Many developers when they updated their apps to support iOS 5 and 6 dropped compatibility for iOS 4.2.1 and earlier.
Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

Connect your phone to iTunes, then right-click on the name of your phone on the left sidebar and select Reset Warnings. Then sync again and you should get a warning listing the problem files.

If the song does not appear in your Purchased folder, then you can go back to the Store, select the song again, go select "Buy", and press Enter. iTunes knows you already purchased it, so it won't charge you again. It will, in fact, tell you that you have already purchased this item, and will ask you if you want to download it again for free....
Just in case it is not to be found in the Purchased folder!

You can't, you can only purchase from your own country's store. You can try requesting that it be added to the Canadian store, but ultimately it's the record company that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

An Ipod can be synced with only one ITunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this IPod with the contents of this ITunes library.
Then it asks me if I want to delete and sync.
I am not sure what to do for fear of erasing everything I have put on my Ipod.

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to use iTunes to play the Music in your iPod but which is not in your itunes library. I don't think Apple design iTunes for use in your way. As to put and play music in iPod, the music has to be in iTunes first, so you play music in the iTunes music Library. the window with Ipod music is just to show you which music are already in the Ipod, in case you want to Manually Manage your huge music library.

Unfortunately, Toshiba USA doesn't ship there, and it's not available to download. You'd have to see if there's a third-party that could sell you it or have someone you know in the US order it and then ship it to you. Sorry.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

You would have to purchase a Mac version of CS5. You cannot install a Windows version on a Mac. CS5 is not a current product so you can't get a free platform swap.
Speak to Customer Service and see if it is possible to upgrade to CS6 ($200), and get what is know as a platform swap to Mac.

Well, 99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked.
