I purchased additional storage in Sept '14 (and have been charged for it monthly) but my account still shows the 5 GB free level. Has anyone else had this problem?

The additional storage would show up when iCloud is signed into the that new account.
To me it sounds like you should cancel the iCloud storage sinceyou seem not to rally need it.
For a full refund, contact iCloud Support within 15 days of an upgrade or within 45 days after a yearly payment. Partial refunds are available where required by law.

How can you purchase additional cloud storage without using account credit? Want credit to remain on accounts as it was a gift for my daughter and we haven't finished using it yet but need to purchase additional storage for all of our accounts. Can't I just override the automatic payment from the account and just pay with a separate cc?

Purchasing additional storage will not use account credit anyway. It gets directly charged to your credit card, and you must use a credit card since it is an annual subscription service you are purchasing, not a one time payment option. They insist on a credit card so they have a billable account for the automatic annual subscription fee. At least it was that way when I did it.

I have highlighted the steps from the article below on the process of upgrading your iCloud account.

Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
Tap "Buy More Storage" or "Change Storage Plan."
Choose an upgrade, then tap Buy and enter your Apple ID password.
OS X

Click Manage in the lower-right corner.
Click Change Storage Plan in the upper-right corner.
Choose an upgrade, then click Next and enter your Apple ID password.
Windows 8, Windows 7, and Vista
Open the iCloud Control Panel:
In Windows 8, go to the Start screen and click the iCloud tile.
In Windows 7 and Vista, choose Start > All Programs > iCloud > iCloud.
Click Manage.
Click Change Storage Plan.

I would recommend closing any open applications in multitasking and restarting the device. If unfamiliar with multitasking, I have included a screenshot on how to process an application close. Test the results after processing these steps by attempting to access your previous purchases.

If the issue persists, I would verify which Apple ID was used to make the purchases you are unable to locate. If the application is located on your computer, you can either Right-Click and Get Info on the selected media for Windows or Control-Click and Get Info for Mac. The Apple ID that was used to purchase the media will be on the Summary tab. You can also verify what Apple ID it was purchased with by accessing your purchase history by following the steps below.

If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.

Close out all the apps on your iPhone.
Restart the device.
Go into Settings > iCloud and check to see if your new storage has been applied.
If that fails, contact Apple Support to have them check your iCloud account for the purchase transaction. You may also want to make sure that your payment information is up to date.

They are linked to your account, but they are also tied to the country that they were bought in - you won't be able to potentially redownload them unless you move back to the US and have a US billing address on your account (you have to be in a country to use its store, including redownloading past purchases).
Have you not got a backup copy of all of your downloads/library that you can copy them back from ? Even if you hadn't moved countries any item could be removed from the store at any time by the rights-holders (you are only guaranteed one download of any item), you should be keeping and maintaining a backup copy.

IMG Menu is not showing Financial accounting New in ECC 6.0

We have completed a technical upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6.0 but IMG menu of ECC 6.0 is not showing financial accounting new.I believe financial accounting new is the integral part of ECC 6.0 and both the menu Financial accounting and financial accounting new should show.

The functions for new General Ledger Accounting become available.
In the SAP Reference IMG, the previous Financial Accounting menu is replaced by the Financial Accounting (New) menu. Under Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) and General Ledger (New), you can make the settings for New General Ledger Accounting.
You activate the tables of new General Ledger Accounting so that your posting data is written to them.
Caution:
If you already use classic General Ledger Accounting in your production system, you need to perform the migration of this data before you activate New General Ledger Accounting. Migration is only possible as part of a project. For more information, see the documentation in the SAP Library under Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> General Ledger Accounting (New) -> Tools -> Migration.
I guess this tab is use at the time of going for the functional upgrade which I believe a separate project. We only want to have that both the node u201Cfinancial accountingu201D and u201Cfinancial accounting newu201D should appear.
Please suggest if you have any idea or any person who had faced the same kind of problem in past.

You should be able to copy it from your iPhone to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, and if it's compatible with your iPad you can then sync it to it

In researching the issue you are experiencing I found an article that should help get your iTunes Match content to your iPhone. The name of the article is iTunes: How to add a computer or iOS device to iTunes Match and you can find it here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4913.
This section specifically:
To add an iOS device to iTunes Match
On your iOS device, go to Settings > Music.
Note:
iTunes Match requires iOS 5.0.1 or later; you can find the
latest iOS software here'
Tap the iTunes Match switch to On.To access your music in iCloud, open the Music Player app on your device.
Your music in iCloud will be integrated into your local music library. A download button will appear to the right of any content that you have in iCloud that doesn't already exist on your device.
Important:
When enabling iTunes Match on your iOS device, the music library on your iOS device will be deleted and then replaced with your music in iCloud.
Syncing music with iTunes will be disabled while iTunes Match is enabled on your iOS device.
By default, when adding an iOS device to iTunes Match, downloading over a cellular network is enabled1. To disable downloading over cellular for iTunes Match, choose Settings > Music > Use Cellular Data > Off.

"bank account transfer" screen in cash management is not showing bank accounts owned by other legal entities.
i did setup UMX security for the Bank Account Transfer module for specific Legal Entities.
here is what i am doing-
i am using vision R12 > Cash Management, Vision Operations (USA) > using CE:UMX security, gave access for bank account transfer for Vision leasing legal entity.
the bank account i am trying to access is owned by legal entity Vision leasing.
any clue?

Thanks Linc, I'm very new to Mac's, so please excuse the dumb questions. I've gotten as far as running bootcamp and partitioning the drive for OSX and Windows 7. Have some software loaded, nothing that I can't reload. Will the erase effect both partitions on the drive or just the OSX partiton? I'm guessing the erase and reinstall from CD are straight forward, just follow the prompts?
