I purchased two songs and can't find them!
I purchased two songs on iTunes and although it said they had finished downloading, when I went to close off iTunes it informed me they hadn't finished. However, the songs were in my library and playing so I closed it off.
Now I can't find them anywhere - they're listed in my purchases, but they're not in my library or my MP3 files on my laptop. Any help?This happens when you buy using one ID and you have authorised the Mac with another ID.

I signed in to check on my creative cloud subscription and don't see it. I must have used a different Adobe ID but for the life of me don't remember what it could have been other than what I signed in as. I can find no way to contact Adobe for this.

I downloaded my purchased Adobe software where can I find the serial number?
Review the order confirmation e-mail you received after you purchased your Adobe product.
If you don't have the order confirmation e-mail or would like to review the serial number online, sign in to your Adobe account at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?nf=1. Once signed in, complete the following steps to locate your serial number.
Click View Order History
Click on Your Downloads
The serial number is located on the download screen next to the download link.
Note: If you purchased your downloaded Adobe software from an authorized reseller but not Adobe, please contact the reseller directly to obtain your serial number.Redemption Code Help

After downloading elements a screen appeared for a second final step to download it. after downloading premiere the second screen never appeared and I have tried twice to download premiere only to have nothing happen.

I know this is a pretty basic question, so forgive me if it's obvious to you, but have you turned on iTunes Match on your phone? It's under Settings > iTunes & App Store. You scroll down and hit the toggle to turn it on. Once you do that, your phone should start to populate your music library.

Read directions and can not find tool bar that allows me to authorize my new computer
Bought a new computer and somehow I can not find where to authorize the computer on my account. Read directions and can not find the tool bar they mention.
There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them: -

I bought Adobe Elements in a box. I have looked for the redemption code and taken what appears to be a code from the back of the box, and another from the envelope. They don't work. I just purchased photoshop elements and went to retrieve my serial code. The web page provided to retrieve it loads blank, even when clicking on the URL through adobe's web site. I can not install my product without this. Please help

I purchased Adobe Elements Photoshop 12 & Premiere 12 together from a camera shop in town. When I tried to use the Premiere, it splashed "created with the trial version" over all of the photos. How can this unsightly watermark be removed. It has severely hampered my timeline to start and finish this project. Why would a purchase software product purport to be a "trial" version?
This indicator will appear when you have not registered your product or typed in the serial number for the product.
Once you've added the serial number, any future products will not display this indicator.
To remove this this indicator from videos created before you added the serial number, you'll need to delete the rendered files. -
PC went south. Geeks brought it back. PS elements and premier 11 can't start. Error msg sez configuration incorrect needs to be reinstalled. When I load the disk I get a blank screen. Try to uninstall and can't find apps i control panel. How can I get the apps back?

Although the security of Windows XP SP3 32 bit is compromised by Microsoft no longer supporting XP, if Windows XP was restored as claimed, you should still be able to install/uninstall Premiere Elements versions of it that you did before the Microsoft support removal.
I think a revisit to the Geeks would be in order. It may be that they could not restore Windows XP because of the Microsoft non support. I would take along the Premiere Elements installation disks so that you do not leave there without actually seeing Premiere Elements (or a non Adobe program) running on your restored Windows XP. What was the other software that you tried to use that did not work?
