I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 but my PC is not recognizing my CDRom and I cannot download the program. I tried copying the files on the program disc to my hard drive but get a message the installer will not work. I have the redemption code and serial numbers. Can I download the program online somewhere? If I download a trial version for instance will it allow me to enter my serial number and use it for the full program?

Download and installation help for Adobe links
Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages. They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3. If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'. -
Hi! I had purchased Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 Full - English - Multiple Platforms - Download. Had received a serial number to activate my license. I am nott able to update this to the latest version. Tried entering the license key which I had received for LR5. does not work with LR6
Your serial number is for version 5 and not for Lightroom 6. If will install LR 6 you have to buy a update and the you get a new serial number.

Can Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 install on window xp?
can lightroom 5 install on window xp?
No.
Neither Lightroom 4 or 5 will run on XP.
The last version to run on XP was Lightroom 3 which is no longer available for sale

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12: dropdown boxes for tools not working properly in Win 8.1
Elements 12 system requirements are indicated up to Windows 8. Does that mean it should also work on any Windows 8 upgrades, more specifically 8.1? The drop-down boxes for the tools are not working properly in the program. I've installed it, uninstalled it, and installed it again with the same results. It worked fine on my old computer with Vista.
Yes PSE12 will work on 8.1
If problems persist try re-setting the prefs.
Go to: Edit >> Preferences >> General (Photoshop Elements menu on Mac)
Click the button Reset Preferences on next Launch -

I need to have it up and running for me.@ogksd - As Vikram mentioned checking for the shockwave addon is the first troubleshooting step that we recommend. Here are two FAQs that should help:

Transferring adobe photoshop elements 8 onto a new mac, not working!
Trying to transfer my photoshop onto my new mac, from my old one
I have used a hard drive to transfer the application across, and when i try to open it Error: 6 appears
I have restarted my computer as it says and still its not working
How can I get it to work?
Student so can't really afford the new version! You can never, never, never transfer an installed version of PSE. PSE is not a nice tidy package like most mac apps; the installer strews stuff all over your had drive and you can never hope to find all the bits. You must ALWAYS install PSE from scratch on a new machine.
By trying to do this you have made a lot more work for yourself. You will need to download and run this:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
(I know it says CS, but PSE is based on the code for CS.) Then you can go around and manually remove all the bits you can find. In addition to the applications folder, check hard drive>library>application support, and your username>library preferences. To see the user library, click the go menu in the finder and hold down the option key and it will appear below the little house for your user account. Since you have tried to run it, while you are in there go to the Saved Application States folder and delete anything for PSE.
Then you can reinstall PSE. Be sure to repair permissions afterwards. -

Adobe Flash player states it is installed and gives the current version but when I attempt to view a video it tells me to download the newest flash player however it showed I have installed it.
When I go to uninstall programs it does not show any files have been downloaded for the program... so I have uninstalled; restarted; re-installed under administrator; turned off any virus protection and firewalls... etc.
Basically I have tried everything I have seen posted.
I need help!!!!Do you have NoScript or Flashblock or some similar Extension installed? If so, are you allowing the site, at least on a temporary basis, access by such an Extension?
Your Shockwave for Director is out of date. You can check here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
To update it, use the link on the page below under "Installing Shockwave", download and save to your hard drive, close Firefox, click the file you downloaded, after the install, open Firefox and check on the above link again.

Savage4: DRI installed and enabled, still not working!
My box has Savage4-based ProSavage 8 onboard video hardware, which I am attempting to enable acceleration for. XOrg comes with 2D drivers for this hardware; however, 3D drivers are not included in XOrg or the Arch default kernel (though the kernel is compiled with DRM), so I had to install Mesa. Bingo, there's my 3D driver.
My xorg.conf seems to be configured right (it bloody well should be since I used hwd!)... But still no DRI according to glxinfo, still lame FPS from glxgears (113-144 FPS for normal-sized window), and still bloody hideous FPS from TuxRacer (~2 FPS).
Any help? I'm pretty sure I'm doing this right... Do I need to compile something into the kernel or something?

Any help?
Edit: changed "Mode 0660" to back to "0666". Doesn't help a damn thing.
BTW, I'm using the stock Arch kernel (linux-2.6.10-ARCH).Hi guys, it doesn't work here either, even if I followed the instructions (tried March 15th snapshot). Dmesg gives me these errors when trying to load the DRM module:

Graphics driver re-installed and still not working.
I have Windows 7, 64-bit. My graphics have been crashing, and I get the message that the display driver has recovered. This happens with both 360 photo views, Google Earth and various videos. I did the latest driver update. Chkdsk /r found no problems. HP Support Assistant found no problems. HP SupportSolutionsFramewro
I uninstalled the driver, and when I rebooted, my computer automatically re-installed it before I go to to the HP website and re-download the specific driver: AMD Radeon HD 6450.
Just now, not only did I get the message while watching a video that the display driver had recovered, the screen went black for the 1st time and automatically rebooted to the page asking if I wanted to start Windows normally. It also gave the message that Windows stopped working unexpectedly and had recovered.
What is my next step in problem-solving? My computer is no longer under warranty.

The first thing that I suggest is running your antivirus program to assure that there are no viruses. If there are none, you should backup your personal data and do a System Recovery. When a computer begins having problems, it is normally due to a glitch. The best way to solve the problem is by doing a System Recovery. This returns your computer to its original configuration. It will run much faster after it is complete. I do one at least once per year. I like the feel of a new computer without problems.

FONTS! MacTeX re-installed but fonts still not working?
I get this awful-looking font using MacTeX after "upgrading" to Leopard. Tried re-installing MaCTeX but it made no difference.
I upgraded my MacBook, but no problems at all with MacTeX fonts!
Help! Some older types of Fonts are not compatible with Leopard.

I have a product key but not a serial number.
The only thing that matters is a valid serial number.
If you don't have one, contact Adobe.
