Purchased album not showing up at all

So I pre-ordered an EP a couple months ago (Take Me Out by Tom Milsom) and just suddenly remembered the purchase. Of course it's been out a while now. I was charged for the purchase, but I never got the album in my library. So I went back to check, and it's not in my purchase history OR my library. But when I search up the album on itunes it says "Purchased"... let me say that again: It says "purchased" in the itunes store, but doesn't show up in my purchases at all. I just want my album, okay? And it won't let me download it to the library. Any solutions?

I purchased an album and it is not showing up in the Albums view on the iPhone. It does, however, show up when I go to the Artists list or the Songs list. Can anyone help with this?

It looks like no one has responded, but I think I may be seeing a similar problem on my iPhone, but not in iTunes. I have three albums titled "Greatest Hits" (Journey, Pat Benatar, and ZZ Top). Any mode that doesn't have artwork associated with them, they are listed separately, but with Artwork displayed, all of the songs are listed under Journey. I'm not sure if this is the same as your problem, but it is odd how the iPhone groups songs by album name and not artist.

Purchased albums not showing up in the library

Two newly purchased albums will sync to my phone, but they dont show up the the library on my computer. What do i do?

Do they show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes for downloading, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app on your phone ?

New Purchased Albums not showing up in Library

I just bought 2 new Albums from the Itunes store and they wont show up in my Library. If I search for them they are on my computer and will play but only through searching for the songs. Anything I can do to fix this?

I would check to see if they have downloaded to your computer already. If you follow the file location, you should be able to find the songs. When you find them you can drag them on top of iTunes to import again.

Purchased album not showing in library

I pre-ordered Coldplay Ghost Stories and has now been released - I have checked my accounts page where normally comes up to download pre-ordered items and the only item that downloaded was the digital booklet. None of the songs are in my library - on the itunes store page it shows them as purchased?

What happens when you click Store (in the Menu Bar) > Check for Available Downloads?
You can download them from the iTunes Store.
Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store, click Purchased in the Quick Links section on the right, sign in (if prompted) then Music

My iTunes Purchases are not showing up at all

I have the latest version of OSX (Mavericks). I have the latest version of iTunes (11.1.3) and I also use iTunes Match.
Something must have happened in the past few weeks or so, but when I go into iTunes on my computer, go to the STORE and click PURCHASES, my page is completely blank.
I am signed into my account.
I tried reseting the cache.
I don't know what else to do!! Help!!!

Were they previously downloaded/synced to your iPhone, and if they were have you got them in the TV Shows and Movies parts of your computer's iTunes library. When you update via a computer the device is backed up, the iOS version is updated, and your content is then restored to the device - but none of your iTunes downloads are included in the actual backup (just your documents, notes, calendars, app settings etc), instead it looks to get the apps, music, films, TV shows from your iTunes library.
If the 'show all' setting isn't showing them then what country are you are in, you are logged in with the same account that you bought them with, you haven't changed countries since buying them and they aren't hidden : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases ?

I totally agree, I am not going to discredit your comment as everyone is entitled to their opinion as I am BUT, I will not bad mouth other members, especially since may have not have written my initial statement in a logical manner so Ill try and answer them in order to your response.
1. I DO LIKE iTunes in general and on the whole BUT I dislike the new update, iTunes 11, it has completely buggered everything up.
2. Prior to the update, everything worked brilliantly, including Apple TV. It was user friendly and was easy to use. The new update is counter-intuative and is hard to find, fix anything and as I have had to find out at my cost, reset my Apple TV and start downloading all over again. So let me reaffirm, it is iTunes11 I find hard to fathom, not the old iTunes.
3. No I am not a developer but I have been using PC's for over 20 years so I do know how one works.
4. Good Question about who would help me, again, it is someones opinion against someone elses. One day, I may write something that generally people agree with, another they may not, depends on the subject.
5. " I do not love Apple" ?yet I have an iPhone 4s, iPad and Apple TV, find that an illogical comment!
6. I have made a General Search on the forums on the subject and the general consensus is that the new update is one update to far.
7. Oh, I am not a genius otherwise I would have solved the issue in the first place!
Just to re-iterate, I am not bad mouthing Apple in general, all I am saying is that iTunes 11 is one update to far and I am not the only one saying it.... some have gone a lot further than I have, again, their opinion and who am I to argue with them as I have an opnion as you do and I will most deffinatly not bad mouth a member because I disagree with them for the above reason, debate it, yes, not belittle them.

An app that I purchased will not show up on my phone. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it with no success. The app shows up in itunes but cant and it shows i transfered it but will not show up on the phone. Please HELP!!!!!

SADLY not as i downloaded an upgrad to my original PAGES/
i have in the meantim had to open www.icloud. then from there import the file that i am working on and then check on ipad if it uploaded/ yes it did.
but what a waste of time as it doesn not save any changes done automatically back in the cloud....
i am now downloading the new LION and hope that it will fix the problem
i cant find any other way. I was lead to believe that you wrote, it saved automatically, on to the cloud, you then opened anohter device in anotother country even, and the new file was there, waiting, in its latest version.......
and the same magic was supposed to happen in reverse.

if i have to open a browser, go to www.icloud....why on earth did they not just leave us an icon to drop it in in that case?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. You should sync your audiobooks to other devices via iTunes on your computer. If your audiobook didn't download correctly or has other problems, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
To copy the audiobooks from one computer to another, use homesharing, put them on a memory stick or use your Dropbox if your computers are networked.

Are you saying that changes to your contacts are not syncing to your other devices? If so, you need to make sure that the contacts you are changing belong to the iCloud account. To do this, open the contacts app on your device and tap Groups. Do you have any non-iCloud accounts listed, such as On My iPhone, Gmail, Yahoo or an exchange account?
Also go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section). Do you have the Default Account setting there, and if so, what is selected as your default account.

Why is my website not showing up AT ALL in Google?

I uploaded my website at the beginning of this week and it's working OK, but not showing up at all in Google. It is not so much an SEO question, because even if I google the exact website, it still doesn't show.
I have no idea what I did wrong, but I assume it's a meta data issue. What should I have filled out in the HTML for <head> box? It's blank now.

You didn't do anything wrong most likely. It takes time to get indexed. Could be months depending on how your site is optimized, your content and traffic you generate to it.

Accordion not showing up at all in IE6

I have a standard accordion set up at

all in IE6 (the initial load of the text bits flashes up, but the
Spry re-work of the code seem to fail). I'm using Spry 1.6.1,
freshly updated for DW CS3.
The accordion display a standard RSS XML.

Well, it seems to be a bug in the handling of the XML file
contents. I fixed it by changing the code in SpryData.js to force a
"manual" parse of the XML code. Not a good solution, but I don't
know the codebase well enough to find the root of the problem. I
know that the firstChild.nodeValue is "Object required" but I can't
figure out who sets that and why. Maybe no ActiveX object?

Some Devices are not showing up at all in the Discovery reports

Hi all,
The first time I ran the CS device discovery I got 50 reachable devices. I scheduled the Device Discovery to be run every week. I added more subnets to the discovery but unfortunately the last discovery shows only 31 devices from the first discovered devices (50). I checked the DCR and there is only 44 devices out of the 50!
My question is:
Should not the scheduled Device Discovery discovers all devices -the previously discovered ones and the new ones-?
Why the rest of the devices are not showing up at all in the discovery reports (neither reachable nor unreachable) although all of them are pingable and responding to the snmpwalk tool from the CWLMS server.

I ran the discovery again with the same settings after enabling debugging and I checked the following log files:
1. in the ngdiscovery.log I found a lot of errors all about Duplicate IpAddress example:

My Question is:
1. what is the meaning of those output exactly?
2. If CWLMS found duplicatedd IP address how it works in terms of (ignoring, updating existing devices, Adding the new devices, ... etc)
