Purchased and installed PS but shows as Trial
Hi, very new to PS and signed up for Creative Cloud in order to purchase photoshop ($9.99 a month). I clicked on "buy" and once installation was completed it came up as the Trial version, free for 30 days. Does my paid order begin after this trial? I received an email receipt of "payment accepted" so am curious as to what I just paid for when it kicks in. Thanks in advance!

PS - just went in to my Adobe profile and it shows:

Did I choose the wrong product? What is Photography Plan? I wanted Photoshop and I know I clicked the "buy" button under it!
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

At first my pages was working fine after I installed it, but just recently it won't let me print, save or export my documents. I went back to the aaplication store and it shows that pages has been installed. I have no idea what to do next.
You need to totally delete the demo version files then reinstall your registered version.

I have just purchased and installed Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 app from itunes for my son. It has installed but when we go in to the game, it just shows a black screen with music in the background. Why is this and what do i need to do to be able to play it?
Any help would be appreciated as really dont understand much about the Apple Ipod touch (4th generation).

Aperture ate my picture files and they are not recoverable. The guy at the Genius Bar told me to Trash the App, empty Trash, then go to Purchases and reinstall. But Purchases says it is "Installed" so it does not let me download it again. HELP!!!!
I typed Aperture into Spotlight and sure enough it did show up.
It looks like it is supposed to be in Apps.
But it is not there.
So I clicked on the spotlight Aperture and it opened up the App!!!!
But I do not know where it is to move it!
How can I find it?
While Aperture is running and you are seeing it in the Dock, ctrl-click (or right click) the Dock icon.
You will see a contextual menu. Click on "Options", then select "Show in Finder".
And check the "keep in Dock" mark, so you will not lose it from the Dock. -
I just purchased a ipad2, it would not work on my MacBook 10.4.1 I purchased and installed OSX snow leopard 10.6.3 downloaded and installed the latest itunes, set up an itunes account, purchased some music and apps. When i plug in my ipod it shows up and works, but when i plug in my new ipad the ipad screen comes up with a display of a cable and itunes but does not show in devises, i have tried all the resets and different USB ports with no success. Any ideas short of selling it on ebay or buying a new computer?
If you've already tried the usual rebooting of the computer and ports and stuff, there is only a few things left I can think of. It's possible that when you updated iTunes it didn't fully replace all the files, so I suggest just manually removing iTunes and then reinstalling it.
Try removing iTunes manually first http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1224 then download a fresh copy, make sure it is 10.3.1
It is essential that you go through Finder to remove those files it mentions. Otherwise they won't be reinstalled when you run the installer again. -
I purchased and installed Aperture 3 but it is not on my Macbook Pro
Yesterday morning I purchased and instalaled Aperture 3. I went through the process and answered questions like "Do you want to migrate your Iphoto library, etc., etc. This morning when I opened my computer I could not find Aperture. It was not in Applications...nor in Finder (Searching 'All my files." I recieved an email confirming the 79.00 purchase. I went back to the Mac App Store and tried to reinstalled but it is not an option - it just has a faded 'Installed' indicator. Help!

Allen is probably right, and calling Apple the solution, but this is puzzling - if the AppStore shows your Aperture version as installed, then the Application probably still is somewhere on your Mac. If it were gone completely, the AppStore should offer Aperture for downloading again.
Have you tried to open Aperture by double-clicking your Aperture Library? The Aperture Library probably is located in the default location in your "Pictures" folder.
Since your Spotlight search was not successful, have you tried to search your Mac for all Applications using the Finder's find, searching your whole computer?
Select your Computer in the Finder's sidebar and enter ⌘(cmd)-F
Set the "Kind" selector to "is Application"
This will list any Application currently on your computer.

I bought Adobe elements 12 and installed it but the screen says that it is a trial.

Hi, having purchased and installed pages after my 30 day trial had finished I am now unable to save any changes to documents I had created in the trial version. Hi, I had the same problem and I found that you don't need a serial number anymore. Here is what I did:
(1)I went to Applications fodder on my Mac. (You can navigate to the Application folder from 'New Finder Window.')
(2) Deleted Pages (installed as part of the free free trial version) from the Applications Folder. Also deleted 'IWorks' from the Applications folder.
(3) Started AppStore.
(4) Clicked on Purchases.
(5) Clicked on Pages.
(6) Clicked Install.
(4) repeated (5) and (6) for Numbers and Keynote -

For a fresh download on a new hard drive, it's best to start with the CC desktop app. Sign into adobe.com and download it here: creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud
You can then launch the desktop, sign in and download PS & LR. -
I downloaded a song on iTunes, it won't play (it's name is grey), it shows up in purchased and says "play", but it won't play, I can't delete it, and I can't re-download it.....this is confusing please help!!

Songs appear to be missing
Songs containing DRM (Digital Rights Management) might not appear in iCloud, or might appear grayed out. This can occur if your computer is not authorized to play that content. Try authorizing your computer, then manually update iTunes Match. To determine what Apple ID your computer needs to be authorized for to play a specific song:
Locate and select the song in your iTunes library.
Choose File > Get Info.
In the Summary tab, locate the Account Name field in the right column. Write it down.
Click OK.
Choose Store > Authorize this Computer.
Type in the account name from the Summary field and enter its password. Click Authorize.
Choose Store > Update iTunes Match.

I recently purchased the creative cloud and installed photoshop but now when I go to open the application it tells me theres a configuration error. I have purchased and installed acrobat XI pro. When I run it a window pops up saying the the serial number I have provided is valid but a qualifying product cannot be found on the computer
YOu have purchased or been sold an upgrade from Acrobat 9 or 10. You simply need to prove you own that old version using its serial number. be sure to keep both serials forever.

I have just purchased and installed a new Airport extreme base station but now the Airport Utility cannot see my old Airport Express. Are their compatibility issues and do I need to purchase a new Express?
When you can, take a look at the old AirPort Express and locate the model number in the faint print on the side of the device.
If you see A1084 or A1088, this is an older Express version that is no longer supported by the current version of AirPort Utility that you are using with the new AirPort Extreme.
If that is the case, your Express is at least 6 years old...probably older...so it is about time to treat yourself to a new version with much faster speeds and more features. -
