Purchased Bon Appette Pasta on iPad. It was on the screen and now gone. The purchased screen shows it installed.
Looking for help with an app I purchased. It was on my iPad screen then gone. Shows as installed on the purchased screen.
go to your pc/mac, open itunes, and download the app from the store on your desktop (this will not cost you extra as you have already purchased it). Plug your iPad in to your computer, and navigate to the tab that lets you choose what to put on your iPad. In the Apps section, look for the app, if it is checked (to say it is installed) uncheck it, sync your iPad, then re-check it and re sync. If this doesn't work, try searching Google, or ringing Apple up: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

Thanks in advance.Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds after which the Apple logo will hopefully appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Message about iCloud backup and it won't clear. It also won't allow the iPad to do anything else. It is plugged in and now locked. The slides to open iPad and the one to power off do not work. I have the iPad plugged in and have pressed ok on the message numerous times.

Try restarting the iPad and seeing if that helps.
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again. -

I clicked on an upgrade box on my ipad and when the upgrade was done my ipad wanted my passcode to open it back up. I have not had to use a passcode to open up my ipad since I set it up and cannot remember the passcode. Every time I try a passcode it disables for longer and longer. It is now disabling for an hour at a time.

There is no option avalable in order to redown load these songs again.Whether you can redownload music depends upon what country that you are in, whether you've changed countries since buying it, and whethet it's still in your country. My Ipad 2 was working fine, after syncronizing with iTunes the contacts App froze completely, in the Settings everything works fine but if you go to the mail settings the entitre settings freezes. I am usng Outlook but can't send mails. Any body has a solution?

Hello All,
To anyone with the same problem described above, on THEIR iPad (if it is running iOS 7.0.2):
Go to Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; DELETE your *******@btinternet.com e-mail account, that you originally set up either using 'Other', or the 'BT' option which I am sure was in the list previous to the iOS 7 update.
Then ADD a NEW account choosing YAHOO from the list of options. DO NOT USE 'OTHER'.
Enter the correct details just as you (almost certainly) had already done in your previous attempts using 'other'.
When you see the 'verifying......' and 'the blue ticks' you should be able to exit settings and open your mail app and then receive all your 'old' e-mails again, AND be able to SEND as well.
All my 'old' e-mails, were NOT found in the 'old e-mail' folder though. THEY are still in my inbox.
So this fix worked for me.
After I deleted my account from 'OTHER' and put it in Yahoo, I like other people also ended up with more folders.
I hope this works for you on YOUR Apple devices.

There is nothing to "transfer." The iTunes in the Cloud service is always-on. Simply delete the movie from the iPad and it will still be in your purchase history for re-download. However it is strongly recommended that you download all purchases to your computer and back them up locally as the iTunes in the Cloud service is not a backup service and should be relied on as such.
To find the movie in your purchase history in iTunes make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID used to purchase the movie on the iPad.
