Purchased creative suite cloud but can't download acrobat pro... the download assistant says I already have it and i don't
Everything else downloaded just fine. I did have an older version of Acrobat but I uninstalled it. I don't have any acrobat files anymore at all but the download assistant shows I have the software included in CS6. Help!

Why don't you call support again and ask if you can have a copy of the discs with your serial number? I don't know if there is a small fee but I prefer to have discs than a download. Then you can try reinstalling.

Are you checking from within the Apps section of iTunes on your computer? Is there a reason you can't download it directly to the iPhone?

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, I DOWNLOADED HANDBRAKE BUT WOULDN'T LET ME USE IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE VLC WHICH I DID. WHEN I FINALLY GOT HANDBRAKE TO WORK I SELECTED THE DVD FOR SOURCE AND IT STARTED SCANNING. A HALF HOUR LATER IT SAID NOT RECOGNISE SOURCE. TAKE IT IS ENCRYPTED.

When I try to establish a new account with my email address, it says I already have one. When I say I forgot my password and request an email, the email is not received. When I answer the security question (my birthday), it says it fails.
How can I reset the account/email address so I can use my email address to establish a new account?
Thanks.If you mean iTunes libraries or computer user accounts, just create one. To make a new iTunes library on Windows, launch iTunes with the Shift key held down and choose Create Library.

I paid for the student creative cloud and was able to download the actual software but my Mac will not open the installer for the cloud. I click on the download (which is the installer) and all I get is the color wheel that shows that it's having issues completing the task. The "Finder" also says that it is not responding while trying to open the download. Any suggestions on how to get the installer open?

Own Creative suite 6 but can't open aftereffects
Please help! I have a licensed copy of Adobe Creative suite but when I try to open After effects I am told I have to renew my subscription to creative suite. I have it installed -but not open- on one other computer . I bought a disk i did not subscribe, so why is it asking me to renew my subscription -- something I dont want to do!

Unfortunately your CS 6 is recognizing the same expired creative cloud subscription. This is happening because CS 6 also come as part of Creative Cloud.
I would request you to sign in with a different email address, so that we can resolved this problem.
If you see your email address auto filled, click on "Not your Adobe Id " and sign in with any other email address to activate CS 6.

Pre ordered album is available, but can't find it in the downloads section on ipad 2
The new album by coldplay is released and I received an e-mail with a download link. If Infollow the link on my ipad, it says to check the downloads section, but the album isn't there...
That is what I understand, but if you go to iTunes and download it, it will go to all your devices if you you device set up to. By the way, what is the point to pre order a digital album?

How do I transfer acrobat pro to my new computer?
Cloud subscriptions do not need serial numbers as far as I know, but if you mean you purchased a "permanent license" it does and it should be registered under the Adobe account that you purchased it at this link.

Next to your product name is a right-pointing triangle, click on it and you will see your serial number.

De-authorizing Computers (contributed by user John Galt)
You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.
