Purchased credits not showing up in account

Hi,
Last week I've purchased Skype credits, that have still not shown up in my account. There is a notification that I have purchased the credits on my home page (see screenshot 1) but not in my purchase history (see screenshot 2). I did get a confirmation of payment after the transaction, can you help me figure out where the credits are hiding?

Thanks for your answer. But as mentioned, in my homepage of Skype I have this notification for a confirmation of purchase on 17April (which has been paid...). So I don't see why it doesn't show in the purchase history nor in the balance of my account?

    Tap the Music app.
    Find the song or album you want to download.
    Tap the download icon next to the track or album title.
    The song or album will begin downloading.

  • HT1977 Purchased audiobooks not showing in itunes account

    I have recently purchased 5 audiobooks in iTunes on my work laptop and they are not showing up on my iPhone nor my iPad.  I'm logged in to my iTunes account on my laptop so, I would assume what I purchase within my account, should show up in my account so I dont have to purchase the same items twice.
    Does anyone know how to fix this issue?  And living outside of the US shouldnt be reason why it doesnt allow me to sync through my account - there should be no reason why anything shouldnt work the same no matter where one lives on God's green earth!

    Start by choosing Store> Check For Available Downloads in iTunes. It should see the audiobooks, which should appear in the Books dropdown menu. If that works, you should then connect your iPad or iPhone to your computer. Open the device, and click on "Books". Then select "Sync Audiobooks". If this completes. and the audiobooks sync to your device, they should then be in the Music app, under More (...) > Audiobooks.
    You may need to either close and re-open the Music app, or possibly restart your iPhone or iPad to get them to show up.
    Do you have iTunes Match, by chance?

    i have in the meantim had to open www.icloud. then from there import the file that i am working on and then check on ipad if it uploaded/ yes it did.
    but what a waste of time as it doesn not save any changes done automatically back in the cloud....
    i am now downloading the new LION and hope that it will fix the problem
    i cant find any other way. I was lead to believe that you wrote, it saved automatically, on to the cloud, you then opened anohter device in anotother country even, and the new file was there, waiting, in its latest version.......
    and the same magic was supposed to happen in reverse.
    It doesn't/
    if i have to open a browser, go to www.icloud....why on earth did they not just leave us an icon to drop it in in that case?

    Go to Apple logo (top left) > App Store > Store (Top row of options) > view my account > log in > then edit the details.

    my itunes tv and movie purchases are not showing in my video app, iphone 5s, and this has happened since ios 8 was installed

    Were they previously downloaded/synced to your iPhone, and if they were have you got them in the TV Shows and Movies parts of your computer's iTunes library. When you update via a computer the device is backed up, the iOS version is updated, and your content is then restored to the device - but none of your iTunes downloads are included in the actual backup (just your documents, notes, calendars, app settings etc), instead it looks to get the apps, music, films, TV shows from your iTunes library.
    If the 'show all' setting isn't showing them then what country are you are in, you are logged in with the same account that you bought them with, you haven't changed countries since buying them and they aren't hidden : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases ?

    Once again, my local Best Buy messed up my game purchase. After waiting 25 minutes for three Best Buy employees to figure out what gamers club unlock actually is, I was able to purchase my copy of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. Since everything, as usual, was such a mess, I specifically asked if the purchase would show up on my rewards account and if I would still get the $10 pre-order reward. 
    I checked my account this morning and of course the purchase is not showing up. What do I need to do to make sure I recieve my $10 reward?

    Like MuricanDavester alluded to, remember that it can take 15-20 days from the time of shipment or pickup for pre-order bonus certificates to post. The associated points may also not appear as pending, and instead simply be available right away. As such, we do need to allow that time to pass before we're able to take any further action. If you still haven't seen record of your pre-order bonus after that 15-20 day window has passed, let us know and we'd be glad to see what can be done to assist you at that time.

    An app that I purchased will not show up on my phone.  I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it with no success.  The app shows up in itunes but cant and it shows i transfered it but will not show up on the phone.  Please HELP!!!!!

    If it's an iPad only app that is whats would happen

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. You should sync your audiobooks to other devices via iTunes on your computer. If your audiobook didn't download correctly or has other problems, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
    To copy the audiobooks from one computer to another, use homesharing, put them on a memory stick or use your Dropbox if your computers are networked.
