Purchased Items from computer back to iPhone.
I recently recieved a new laptop and when I connected my iPhone to iTumes it transferred my purchased items from my phone to the computer and now they have been removed from my phone, so I have no music or tones on my phone. How do I get them back?? Please.
Connect the device to iTunes
Tell iTunes what to sync and choose application at above and enable to sync your applications you can choose apps there and select to sync whatever apps you want

HYou don't sync or drag and drop rentals to the tv, you need to move them.

My itunes on my iMac for the passed few weeks now keeps on comming with the message "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPhone. Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?"
or "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPad. Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?"
This while everything was working fine.
Please advise what I can do with this message.
When I press autorize, it comes up with a unknow appleID. When I use apple ID's that work - it comes with the message that the computer is autorized. but then the autorization message comes back.You can't change the Apple ID that the Authorize dialog comes up with by default. It's showing you that Apple ID for a reason: it means that the items you want to play were purchased using that Apple ID and therefore you need to authorize your computer with that Apple ID. Changing the Apple ID given completely defeats the entire purpose.
If you don't know the password to the given Apple ID, then you will no longer be able to play those items. -
I have a problem with my itunes. I cannot transfer apps from the itunes to my iphone 4s. Any time I try to snyc itunes tells me "The iphone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iphone. To authorize this computer for items purchased from the itunes store, choose, Store > Authorize This Computer. But anytime I authorize it tells me you have authorized including this computer 2 out 5 computers. And if I try again the same story over and over again. But I have many apps on my itunes which I want to transfer. Please someone help me.

I first called apple and they patched me to a technician who ran a test and determined that I had a virus. He gave me some price quotes and who to call. After my conversation with him, which I knew was BS btw, I immediatley called Geek Squad with whom my computer has a warranty through after they installed virus software on my new laptop (4 months old). I had a VERY long online session where they ran several virus test and found nothing. Although I was VERY happy that my computer didn't have a virus, I still had the problem of my itunes not working. After several hours, he made sure that all of my apps were down loaded, and then restored my iphone to factory settings, and sync my device. It worked perfectly and all and I mean ALL 240 apps were downloaded back onto my iphone along with my music and all of my tones. When asked why my itunes was acting in that manner the answer that I got was,"...apparently you had a correct file some where in itunes and everything had to be reset". Regardless, everything is back to normal and I don't have to get a new phone or delete itunes from my computer. Hope this helps!

Getting frustarted with itunes. I had to recently do a hard reboot ny iphone and attempted to sync my phone to get m apps back. When I go to sync my phone and it says,"The iphone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iphone". This computer is no longer Authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPhone
I just moved all my files from my old PowerBook Pro to my new PowerBook Pro which came with Lion pre-installed. Everything has worked fine except that when I try to sync my iPhone to my Power Book, I get a popup box saying that "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPhone. Would you like to authorize the computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?" It also warns me that if I do not authorize this computer, 132 items will be removed from the iPhone. When I tell it to authorize, it then tells me that the computer is already authorized, and then I get the same message again. I have tried deauthorizing my new computer, then try syncing again. I tell it to authorize, it tells me that authorization was successful. Then I get the same popup and message telling me that this computer is no longer authorized. I have deauthorized the old computer.
Would appreciate any suggestions you might have.

Me too...this is stupid, stupid, stupid. Just purchased my 200 (ish) mac and now I am told that my new Mac Book pro is not "authorized".
Which if my 200 macs are authorized. Can someone please tell me???
I "deauthorized" my old MBP and still told I cannot use my iPhone with iTunes.
Interesting that my old $2500 MBP, my new $3000 MBP and my $500 iPhone all cannot work cuz of some pinhead's decision to use this assorization process.

I am trying to synch my iPhone 5S and iTunes for the first time since upgrading. I get the following error message: The iPhone ... could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iPhone. To be clear, all I want to do is take the media on my Windows 7 PC and put on my iPhone. When I authorize my PC, I receive a message that the PC is authorized (making 2 of 5 authorized computers).
All of the iTunes purchases were purchased under the same Apple ID, I've never had another Apple ID. Some of the PC media is Amazon mp3 purchases, but this has never been a problem in the past. I have the latest iTunes installed.
I tried to fix the problem doing the following:
1. Authorizing my computer, retrying to sync.
2. Logging into iTunes on my PC, then authorizing the PC, then syncing.
3. Not an Administrator account issue (my login is the Admin account)
4. I turned off user account controls in Win7
5. I removed the SC Info folder in iTunes
Very frustrating, I've been working on this issue for the past several days. After purchasing a 5S, with a high end PC/Win7, and the latest version of iTunes, I shouldn't have to make such an effort to access my purchased content. Please help.I found the solution in another post. By deleting all my apps, I was able to sync the phone. I hope I don't have to delete all my apps every time I want to sync my phone, but at least now I am able to sync my phone.

Hi everyone.
I have a reoccuring issue when trying to sync my iPhone 5 to my Mac OS X 10.9.2 (all softwares are up-to-date). Everytime I try to sync my iPhone to my Mac a message pops up saying: "The iPhone "Jennifer" could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iPhone".
I then followed the instructions provided with that pop up message by clicking STORE > AUTHORIZE THIS COMPUTER > LOG IN. But even when I do that, it still does not fix the solution.
I also tried signing in and out of my apple account, deauthorizing & reauthorizing my MAC, restarted my MAC & iPhone... now I have no idea what to do!
If someone knows the solution please help! I truly appreciate it.

i try manytime to put my email amd the password and tel me the comuter is authorised ???I do have the same problem too. I don't know recently updated itunes to 11.1 and today I tried to install a free app and this message occurs no matter what I ve tried.
I dont want to perform a master reset to iPhone yet... hope apple will come up with a fix.
