Purchased Lightroom 5 from Amazon 5/14; moved it to new PC; can't develope now

Purchased Lightroom 5 from Amazon in May, 2014; We moved it to the new PC and now it won't let me use Develop Mode. Any suggestions?

..and herein lies the problem.
I'm assuming that the version you bought from Amazon was the standalone Lightroom 5 but you have since "updated" with a CC version.
You won't be able to use this version unless you have a CC subscription. Again I'm assuming you don't have one.
To use the updated standalone version you need to un-install the CC version and download the latest version of the standalone version. You'll also need the serial number that came with your original disk.

If you purchased a disc the serial number is normally on the disc case. You need to contact whoever sold you the software to see what you need to do.

I Nearly bought from Amazon too but I found a thread from Adobe stating that the only recognized outlet for lightoom is themselves and other outlets serial numbers will not be guaranteed.

I purchased an album from Amazon on my iPhone last night. The album is in Amazon Cloud and I have downloaded it to my device. The album, however, does not show up in my iTunes on my phone, I can only see it if I go into Amazon Cloud Player app. Is there a way I can transfer those songs from Amazon Cloud Player to my iTunes music app on my phone?

However, this will not add the music to your iTunes library. You will need to use it for your Amazon music and the iPhone built in Music app for your iTunes music.

System Builder - just be sure to get 64-bit version, no one needs or wants 32-bit today, and only comes with one, while retail ships with both 32/64-bit media.
you can't install it and activate on different hardware later is all, and by then for what you saved, so what, Windows 8 or SP2 will be out.
A few people had trouble with Windows 7 SP1 for some reason and not sure exactly why, changes to the boot loader on the DVD I presume.

Purchased Student version from Amazon, key invalid.

I wish I didn't buy it from amazon, but I wanted the extra money off as I am a student with barely any money. Anyway, the product key they provided me isn't working. What should I do? I'm about ready to tell amazon to give my money back for selling me a fake key.

I will be surprised if amazon sold you a dodgy product. Either you can't read the serial number or that you are not pressing the correct keys on your keyboard.
The best you could do is to write down the serial number in a plain text file in Notepad and get it double checked by somebody in your family or ask your friend to read it for you. when you are satisfied it is correct, all you need to do is to copy that serial number and paste it in the boxes at the time of installation or after you have finished installing the product. The product can be installed without the serial number and you can run it in trial mode for 30 days until you have sorted out the number issues.

Bregraham0608 you can download Lightroom 5 at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_lightroom&promoid&promoid=D TEML. Once you have downloaded the software you can then install the software. You will be given an option to enter your serial number during the installation process.

Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded.
