Purchased Lightroom 5 (Student/Teacher version) - got my Redemption Code and Serial Number but when I use codes provided the system will not finish loading. Have PC running Windows 7. What is wrong?
Help . . . Have the Redemption code and Serial Number as supplied on-line but can not install system using these numbers.

i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..

It may be possible that you are trying to activate the Creative Cloud version? What error message are you getting?
You may need to uninstall the existing version and then download the Perpetual License version from one of the links below, and install.

any help?Are you positive these podcasts are configured to sync to your iPod Touch? Have you double checked the configuration for podcasts from under the iPod's Podcasts configuration tab in iTunes?
To access this tab, plug your iPod in and click on its name from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes. This will bring you to the iPod's Summary tab. Locate the Podcasts tab along the top and select it. Here you can choose how and what podcasts sync to your iPod.

Hi, I have the iPhone 4, 32GB, version 4.3.5 (8L1) and for some reason when I connect it to the laptop, it starts synchronising but never goes beyond step 1. It goes on syncing forever, without actually doing anything. I have tried everything, wiped the phone numerous times, deleted all files from the laptop but still no resolution. As a result, the phone does not really synchronise.
This started somewhere in May 2011 when I upgraded what proved to be a problematic s/w version and the phone has not recovered since.
Now I cannot update the iPhone s/w any longer.
Any clue?You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

Thye Adobe sites keep giving me a runaroud - I didn't now that registering a product has to become such a big project, and I don't have the time for this nonsense. Thank you.I bought it from an official overseas dealer. Afterwards I got an email from Adobe to join the licensing site (so the order went through to them), but no serial number. Thank you for the reply, but I guess I should have filed the issue under another heading, having to do with "Licensing" rather than "Lightroom" (although this is the program that I have purchased).

If you mean the DL appears to be stalled give it about half an hour, if there's no movement restart and the DL should pick up from where it left off.

Your caption says "I have my original serial number" , so do you mean to say the original for PSE11? If so then it won't work in PSE12. You need to enter the serial number you got in the email when you bought the upgrade from Adobe as download. Did you get the email from Adobe about this and have you kept it in your inbox or somewhere safe? -
I have tried, unsuccessfully, to upgrade from 3.6.28 but have been unable to do so. A pop up shows up telling me that I should and offers a line to click on to go ahead and do it. I followed all the instructions and after dragging the Firefox logo to the applications box a window pops up saying there is a version already in the applications folder and do I want to replace it. I clicked on replace and thought I was good to go. When I clicked on the Firefox logo I get the original window telling me I need to update. I clicked on the "About this Firefox and find that I'm still running 3.6.28. HOW DO I UPGRADE? I'm very concerned about losing all my bookmarks so please help!
I want to make sure you're using the auto-update system, because that's the safest most reliable way to go, and it shouldn't appear in the download manager, so I lets make sure you're doing it right. <br/>
