I had read that downloaded purchases would be available for 3 years but, when I click onto the serial number of that order it isn't active. By clicking onto the link it should take me to the site where I can re download the elements 9 but, it doesn't do anything. Unfortunately calling Adobe did not help, they will not address any elements questions over the phone, there's a recording directing all elements questions to this forum. Download and install the trial version from http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html and activate it with your serial number or Adobe ID.

You need to try to download the Adobe Creative Cloud app first. It will install the correct version of Lightroom. Is that what you are trying to do?

you are probably seeing the extended display.. to see ur main display go to pefrences then display steeings and turn mirroring on.

It sounds as if your browser and some of your apps are not color-managed. This is pretty typical. Even IE9 is only partially color-managed.
You can expect color-managed and non-color-managed applications to show you different things with the same images. How different will depend upon how different your monitor color profile is from the image's color profile.
For web publication and most general use, experts usually advise saving images with the sRGB profile. If such images, saved through the Save for Web & Devices function, look different to you than you expect, it may be that your input images have previously been saved in another color space.
You should really try to get your head around color-management by reading more on it. It can seem baffling and it's difficult to understand without some background. A quick web search turns up many overviews. Beware, though, even people writing articles sometimes don't fully understand it.

Ron , You need to contact Adobe Customer Support, then cancel current Photoshop single app subscription and then subscribe to Creative Cloud Photography subscription -$9.99 , it includes both Photoshop as well Lightroom and lightroom mobile apps.

Just for clarity, the strict answer to your question is "no": you can't get just Lightroom for the same price as the Lr/Photoshop Creative Cloud (CC) bundle.
You can buy a stand-alone licence for Lightroom alone - that's what Don and Elie have helped you to find - but the pricing (and licencing) arrangements are entirely different to those which make up the CC bundle.
Note too, it's likely that Lightroom 6 will be coming before long (although how long is not known): you will almost certainly have to pay for the upgrade to Lr 6 if you're on a stand-alone licence, whereas moving from 5 to 6 (and to 7 and to...) is included in the price of the bundle.

While i am assigning SFG Material to Activitiy in the CJ20N Screen, system will pop up a screen and asking the :-
1) Reservation for the Network
2)Reservation for the WBS
3) PR plus and Reservation for WBS, like this its is showing the pop up,
What is the main configuration settings required for this requirement.

there is no direct configuration to control this data.
If you do not specify a procurement indicator either in materail component maintainenace screen or in netowrk profile, the system will show you a list options like res for network or WBS etc., while assigning material to activity.
These options are determined by item catelgory of the material, procurement type (MRP 2) in material master settings etc.,
I would suggest you to read SAP HELP, detailed explanation is available.
