Purchased Lion but it should have been free.

I thought I was doing things correctly and upgrading my new Macbook Pro come to find out I was charge the $30 for the download of Lion. It should have been free. Now what?

Why do you say it should have been free?  Did you only read http://www.apple.com/macosx/uptodate after the fact to find you qualified?  If that's the case, you can probably contact AppleCare and see if they can work with the online store to issue you a refund.  If you didn't qualify, you have no reason to believe it should have been free.

If the button to the right of the Install Mac OS X Lion item doesn't change to "Install" and allow you to download Lion, use Spotlight to search for "Install Mac OS X Lion" on your computer.
    Launch the Install Mac OS X Lion installer you downloaded from Mac App Store. The installer should be in the /Applications folder.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Lion installation. Be sure you install Lion on the external storage device you've connected for this purpose, not your computer's boot drive.

    I bought a Mac Mini a week ago (10/7), and I did a little research on it. According to Apple, iLife, or any of the iLife programs, should have been included with the purchase. Is there a way to pick it up since it was not included? I have just updated to Mountain Lion 10.8.2.
    Any thoughts?

    download iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand from the Mac App Store.
    Double-click the App Store icon in the dock.
    Enter your Apple ID and password.
    Click Purchases.
    If you haven't previously accepted your bundled iLife applications within the Mac App Store, you should see your iLife applications appear in the Accept portion of the screen. Click Accept.
    You may be asked for your Apple ID and password once again. Your iLife applications now move to the Purchased section. These applications are part of the software that came with your Lion based computer. Your account will not be charged for them. Click Install to compete installation of your applications.

  • Edge deal should have been a Contract

    I am having a problem and can not get to a person who knows how to resolve. I have countless hours dealing with customer service and store management and closest store for over 10 days now. No one seems to know how to fix my issue even though it is documented by the sales person that he screwed up by putting my upgrade to a phone under their edge agreement. Paid for phone under the new 2 yr agreement and paid a monthly edge payment for the same  phone. "Since it is over the 14 days, we can not make the change and your only recouse is to pay for the phone in full". Been with these people for almost 17 years now and they haven't got a clue on how to fix this error on their part. I will be done with these people as soon as I can get out of my contracts, I am done with this company, they have gotten to big and they don't care. Customers made them large, Customers can make them small again.

    Problem with my account: I transferred an upgrade from one phone to another phone on my account, (2 yr. agreement).  I was put into an edge agreement instead and still shows that I transferred my upgrade from the basic phone to the Iphone 5s.
    My name is Charles and been a Verizon Customer for many years now. I recently saw an error in my billing on the 29th. Of January and contacted a customer service representative. After being on the phone with her for an hour or more, she told me that she could not fix my problem and I needed to speak with a person at a Verizon store. She did tell me that there was a note on my account that the salesperson made an error in putting me into a edge program and did not know how to fix it.
    I did this and I was told by the Assistant Mgr. that he could not help me with my problem and told me that I needed to contact the customer service representative at Verizon on my phone. I asked him to call someone for me after spending 2 hours in the store with no results. I was speaking to a Stacy (from Georgia) and explained my problem in detail to her. She sent me a text later that day saying that she was sending a memo to request to cancel the edge agreement but the process could take up to 72 hours.
    On Feb. 4th., I again contacted Customer Service and the Representative told me that they took off the edge agreement off my phone line, (xxx-xxx-1127) and left it on the basic phone line I have in my account, (I never had an edge agreement on my phone to begin with). She tried to fix this but was not able to do this due to the “14 day rule you company has” and told my wife that the only way to stop the edge agreement would be to go and speak to someone at the Verizon store again.
    I called back and tried to contact Stacy in Georgia or even get a name and number of someone who would have the authority to say, (I see the problem and will fix this for you now) that did not happen. I was sent to another representative and she also tried to help, (from Minnesota) and told me that her supervisor who started at 5 central time at that time. That never happened and I wasn’t stupid enough to wait for another promise from anyone at Verizon Customer Service.
    I purchased the Iphone 5s in beginning of December by transferring a upgrade on one of my phones in my contract, (The Basic Phone). Later that month I had my daughters older phone, 4s i phone fixed and gave that to my son under the new everything plan, (10gig). I knew my first bill that was due on 1-17-15 would be large due to prorating, (it was 408.00).
    5S phone should have been a 2 year upgrade agreement from the transfer. Transfer was used from my Brother phone and price was 50.00 when I ordered over the phone. My bill use to be, (before all of these changes) running around 268.00 a month. I had 3 smart phones then, paying 30.00 for unlimited data on xxx-1127. 30.00 for 4 gigs on xxx-2122. 30.00 for 2 gigs of data 4s xxx-4421. My sons phone, (xxx-8526) and my brothers phone, (xxx-4264 and upgrade was available in November) and these phones were basic phones.
    My new bill shows I am in an edge agreement on my brothers phone, (xxx-4264) and bill is 348.00 that is due on 2-17-15.

    Hi,
    is there a transaction where you can see the open PO items that should have been delivered already up to a certain date? If a PO has several scheduling lines and also several confirmations were entered for the scheduling lines only quantities should be displayed were the delivery date is due (based on the selection date/usually the current date) on no GR was made so far.
    I tried already ME2N with selection parameter WE101 but this shows all open items (in past and future).
    And a problem I have in general is, that I dont see a direct link between the scheduling lines and the confirmations.

    ME2L gives the same result. I dont want to see the delivery schedules that are in the future but only the ones that are overdue (delivery date in the past and no GR received).
    I checked ME2V, as I did not know it. But this is for warehouse people I guess. It shows with volume/weight info what is expected as GR per day on document level.

    Three possible causes:
    - You got charged twice. On a computer go to iTunes Store>View Account>Purchase History and see what you got charged for
    - Maybe the difference is due to tax. Again the Purchase History will list the total price including tax for each purchase.
    - You had a negative balance (you owed money) before you redeemed the card.

    If I were you I would first make sure CS6 was deactivated or signed-out. Then download Adobe's cleaner and remove cc, CS6 and any other creative  application installed including Creative Cloud desktop application.  Then install CS6 and use your CS6  serial number during the install to activate CS6 standard or extended which ever the serial number is for.   CS6 Version 13.0 should the be activated. That level of CS6 is extremely bug ridden so be sure to the use CS6 menu Help>Updates to get CS6 updates.  Windows should update to version 13.0.1.3 Mac to version 13.0.6.  Not Subscription CS6 version 13.1.2...

    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    - Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
    - Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck
    If they are still available and listed in your Puchase History then contact iTunes

But why would my deleted emails be going to my pictures in the first place. So i think it must be in how the adobe program is set up and need to know how to change the settings so my deleted emails are not sent to my pictures.I do not know what other details you would require?

    J1I7 standard report should serve your requriement. There are three radio buttons in the Selection screen. You will have to use them according to your requirement.
    If you still want to go with Z report then have used the excise tables MSEG, MKPF, J_1IEXCHDR, J_1IEXCDTL, J_1IGRXREF, J_1IPART1 & J_1IPART2. You will find the entry in the Part1 table if Part 1 is updated and an accounting document in J_1IPART2 table if Part 2 is also posted.
