Purchased list can't update
Open My Purchased list, there are some apps in there.
But when I bought apps again, the purchased list can't update. The purchased list has no change. The app I bought can be download, but not appear in the Purchased list .
I have already authorized to my computer. MAC or PC all appear this question.
I don't know what to do.

Maybe the apps have been hidden inadvertently ...
Launch iTunes on your Mac. From the menu bar top of your screen click Store > Sign In
Now click your Account name in the account area right side of the iTunes Store window.
That will take you to the Account Information window.
Now click: View Hidden Purchases

IPod keeps scrolling thru "purchased" list; can't play ANY purchased iTunes
I run into this problem every time I purchase iTunes. I go to play a song from the "purchased" folder and my iPod just scrolls through the whole list and will not play any songs. I have to update my iPod to straighten the problem out. Then if I recharge it the problem starts up again. HELP, THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!

FCP X no purchase history & can't update .
Have been trying for days to update from 10.1 but apple says there is an error and come back latter. Started to have a closer look and see there are NO purchases at all in my history at the mac store?? Fantastic!! So whats the story? How do i update now?
Any help would be great.FCP doesnt come up in the Software update or in store purchases BUT does come up under my profile in "My Products". Still doesnt allow me to re load it or anything.
All i'm trying to do is update it. This is what i get.... then when i click "OK"

I bought a brand new mac and follow through setting up process with my apple id but when I open App Store I don't see lion into the purchases list. why?
Updates come through Software Update not the App Store. If you have to reinstall Lion that is done via Internet Recovery.

I am looking for some help with the app store. I recently purchased an app (aperture) in the app store and subsequently apple refunded the purchase price. However, the downside of this is that aperture no longer appears as a "purchased" app within my app store account. Accordingly, i don't believe i will get updates as the software is updated periodically. Apple has instructed me to delete all my aperture files, reboot and then revisit the app store to re-download and it should let me pay for the app and redownload just as if i had never had the app before. However, when i go to purchase aperture, i get a warning that it has already been purchased and that i can re-download for free. That sounds great but again it won't appear in the "purchased" list in the app store b/c of the original refund from apple. I never thought i would have this much trouble trying to pay someone for a product!
Questions:
Is the app store looking to my hard drive for traces of aperture to determine whether it has been purchased or is it looking at some kind of purchase history within the app store?
Is there anyway to wipe my hard drive clean of aperture files or wipe clean my app store purchase history so that i can start over?
If none of this is possible, does anyone have a possible solution?

1. Do you have a backup connected to your Mac that contains the app? If so, yes the MAS can detect that and believes that the app is installed.
2. If the app no longer appears in the purchase history on the Purchased pane in the MAS, then it would seem that Apple has taken care of that.
4. Updates, such as you describe are free. Upgrades are not. An upgrade is a new paid version of the app, such as v 3.0 to v 4.0. -
I have just purchased a Mac Book Pro. I would like to find the list of all updates and downloads that have occurred since purchase. Where can I find that info?
I know how to do the updates. What I dont know is what size each update that I have completed was. I am having a data usage disagreement with my Telco and want to prove to them that this computer did not download the amount of data they are claiming it did.

Just updated to iCloud, but I can't find the 'purchased' list on the iTunes store on my iPhone. There's no button for it on the toolbar or under the 'more' option. Want to play/download my puchased music via iCloud on my iPhone.... Help someone please?!

What is the best solution to manage these devices for software updates, apps? This is probably a common problem with families wanting to share apps and music without realizing the issues created by this approach. As it stands today... the first (primary) iPhone associated with the iTune acct has been updated with the latest software version 5.1.1 and sync'd up with all the apps, music, etc from the one iTune acct, while the other two iPhones are still running on the original software version 4.0.2 and are experiencing problems now. I was advised by AT&T back in January that it would be necessary to setup separate iTunes accts for the second and third iPhones in order to receive system updates. The problem would be how to keep all the apps, etc from being deleted off the second and third phones that were originally loaded from the one iTunes acct. Since this AT&T advice was prior to iCloud coming out, would iCloud be a better solution or at least part of the solution? I really don't yet understand how iCloud works. After updating to Mavericks, I have been unable to update iphoto, and when I attempt to, it says that These apps were already assigned to another Apple ID, and they will be available in that Apple ID's Purchases list. But no other appleID has ever been used on my computer, how could this be resolved?
Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

How can I drag and drop a song from my "Purchased" list on to my i-Pod?
I've recently updated the apple software on my PC and the new version of i-Tunes won't let me drag and drop songs from my "Purchased" list directly to my i-Pod. I don't want to sync my i-Pod. It will erase all the songs on my i-Pod and sync with the playlist from my PC. I want to select just one song from my "Purchased" list and put that on my i-Pod.
I got my own answer !! I saw it on another post. Select "View" and then toggle down to "View Sidebar".
Now I can drag and drop like before. -

FIrst it showed 2 updates, but I kept getting a popup that it couldn't download the update. So I had to search in my list of books which books had updates. I just deleted all the books that had an update message. It kept showing 2 updates available, until I deleted every book I could find that had an update. But now it keeps showing a 1, and I can't find the corresponding book, and I keep getting a popup that it can't download it, even when ibooks is closed.
WHy did they delete the updates tab?What is the exact message you're getting? I guarantee it's not "the iPhone needs iTunes".

Driver is not in pull up list and not in OS(can't update OS basic). Almost all series are listed but 4200 series is missing.
After upgrade to Windows 7, it has become a problem. Some solution should be given.

RaulOk, I found in the Net the drive 7uw706ww.zip, which is Version 6.1.4.2, while the updated version is 6.1.10.5 (7UW708WW).
I tried again the GPS, and it wasn't working.
Anyway, before downgrading, I tried to reinstall the new driver, downloading and installing the .exe instead going through System Update.
Result: now GPS is working (same place, same conditions, just 5 minutes later)!
Don't know where the difference is...

I have purcase several audio books via Itunes and they are on my computer however I have been unable to figure out how to transfer (sync??) them to my Ipod. Also I have receipts for several Itune audio books but they are not showing up on my purchased list. Help!!!

iTunes does not garentee to carry a book forever, a serious flaw. If you can't find the book in iTunes anymore and didn't keep it on the computer, or backed up, it may be gone.
To add audio books to the iPod;
you have to check the box at the bottom section of the Books screen that says, "sync audio books" -

Are you aware of any problem with a previous purchase ? If you go into the payment details section on your account then does it say anything about your card being declined or not accepter or if the security code needs re-entering ?
