Purchased Music and Video Sound

Last evening I purchsed 2 full length CD's and 3 videos from iTunes. Every song I purchased plays at half volume. Everything that I downloaded from my personal CD collection to iTunes play outstandingly well. iTunes Customer Service tells me they don't deal with this, so I am turning to all of you. What's the problem? and, How can I fix it? -or- who can I contact?
I'd like to have music I can actually hear while driving.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music video purchases, delete the current copy from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find a download link for your video there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

I had the same problem on my iPad v2 IOS 7. But it sorted itself after a hard reset (power and home button) followed by a soft rest ( just  power) . I lost all sound at this point. Then restarted again with a hard reset.
Hope that fixes your iPad v2

You should not see anything labeled iCloud in Windows Explorer.

  • If i change my apple id will i loose all purchased music and videos

if I change my apple id will I loose all purchased music and videos?

    Greetings elalewis,
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If you would like to change the email address that you use as your Apple ID, you can do so without losing purchased content. Note that email addresses ending with @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com are already Apple IDs, and cannot be changed.
See this article for the complete steps to change the email address used as your Apple ID:

  • Getting purchased music and video from itunes

I deleted some music and videos that i purchased from itunes store by accident from my computer. Is there a way that i can retrieve it from the store again without paying for it? I was able to view everything that I purchased but I couldn't find a way to download them again. Thanks
    marc

If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. If you click on the link at the bottom of this page you'll be able to email your query: iTMS Customer Service
If you have an iPod that still has the purchases on it the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. You'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer

  • HT201272 Im having problems downloading already purchased music and videos from my iphone 4s

Open itunes, connect iphone, click File>Transfer Purchases.

  • HT201318 If photos, purchased music and videos, books and apps don't count against the 5GB of storage then why is my storage full? What is filling it up?

What fills up storage on icloud, they say photos on photo stream, apps, purchased music, books or videos don't count against the free 5GB they give you. Mine is full and I only back up contacts, calendars, passbook and find my iphone

Might be your backup if you have lots of photos and videos in your camera roll.  Might be your email if you have lots of saved messages with large attachments.  Might be backups of older or different devices that you no longer need.

  • Purchased music and videos not playing on ipod!!!!

I had an ipod and bought a video ipod recently. I forgot to put in the disc that came with the new ipod, and now all the songs and videos I bought from Itunes Music store wont play in my ipod. By wont play I mean I try to play it and it goes to a black screen, sometimes for 30 seconds. I have tried restoring my ipod but it did not work. Please help

Did you update the firmware on the iPod? Supposibly if fixes a few bugs.

If you didn't then try that. Believe me your problem is not with not using that CD as I never even popped the disk in my CD drive untill after I had updated my iPod as the software was outdated before it arrived at my house.

Thats odd all of my music I've boughten off of iTunes plays the volume equally.
Anyway you can turn up the music from all of the songs by selecting all of the songs affected, then right-clicking to get info then at the bottom left of the window there will be something that says Volume Adjustment if it is not at "None" then set it there, or you can move it to the right; also note that when your move it to the right, it significantly raises the volume; after you have selected the volume just press ok and it should be fine.

  • How can I put previously purchased music and videos on my new iPhone 4s?

I purchased the music back when I have a 4th generation ipod nano. I was able to retrieve it from the iTunes library, but cannot seem to copy and paste it to my iPhone. I even tried file > transfer purchases from iPhone (as I read it should ask if I want to put the songs that are on iTunes on the phone) and that didnt work! PLEASE HELP!

Huh?  File has nothing to do with it.  Do not click File.  Forget File. It transfers FROM iphone TO itunes.  This is NOT what you are trying to do.
You need to sycn your iphone.  This is very basic and is certainly covered in the manual.
    Open itunes.
    Connect iphone.
Select what you want to sync.
    Sync.

  • I don't hear the music and video sound anymore! (only the voice over) Can someone help me?

I am making a video, and now I only hear the voice over, when I play the video in Premiere Elements 12..
    Can someone help me?

    marcolk
What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Have you updated 12 to the 12.1 Update, using an opened project's Help Menu/Update?
To your immediate problem....there is a known issue with Premiere Elements wherein the sound is lost on numbered audio tracks and soundtrack when narration with the program's Narration Tool is added to the project. I suspect that you have fallen into this issue reported by several, but not all.
A remedy has been given by the ID Llamadude 99 and this remedy as well as some modifications of it have worked for most to overcome the problem.
Please read the following for the details, and then let us know the outcome.

We will be watching for your follow up.
    Thank you.

  • Can't download purchased music to video iPod

I can't download purchased music and videos to my new 30GB video iPod.
When I try to copy videos or purchased I get an error "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close" and iTunes quits after I close the dialog.
I ran the iPod Updater 2006-01-10 and Restored my iPod. I can download mp3s and a video I created in QT Pro but not purchased music or videos.
I uninstalled all previous iPodSetup installations, iTunes, QuickTime, rebooted and deleted the iTunes prefs file at:
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\SC Info\SC Info.sidb
I reinstalled iPod Updater 2006-01-10 and iTunes 6.0.2 and rebooted.
    The problem remains.
