Purchased Music, Can't Download

I have now purchased two albums in the last two days but can't download the music. I get a message saying check the network connection which makes no sense because I am online with the store already making the purchases. I get the message asking am I sure I want to buy them and I say yes and then it errors out. They are sitting on the Downloads que but I can't download them.
I have had no previous problems using the store. The version is iTunes 7. I have downloaded music since upgrading it to 7.

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.

Exactly. Some of us don't understand the situation in India. This is a country with sickest internet speeds. The internet segment is dominated by fraudulant companies. There is no consistency that is why most of the data transfer here is through Pen drives and torrent websites. We have never seen a good downlooad speed here. And on the top of inconsistency lies the Mac book Air without a built in RJ45 port.
If i have to do it in an internet cafe it will cost me more time and money than to purchase a Mac book air itself. Apple should start giving us software loaded flash drives at least at premium.

If I've removed the app from the purchased how can I download again for free?

i mean that i removed for my computer and than on the Mac App Store in the purchased i saw a X and i pressed (but it was a mistake) and now i can't download it again for free, there is something that i can do???

Go to the App Store Menu, choose Store > View My Account. You should see iTunes in the Cloud. Click View Hidden Purchases. Click Unhide on the App. Hope this is what you meant.

What exactly happens when you try to buy something ? If you've already removed the card from your account then iTunes shouldn't be asking for any details about it.
If you log into into your account is the card still shown . On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on your phone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

Only a small number of my music can be downloaded to my ipod

I have a large i tunes music library. It can be downloaded to my ipad.
But only a small percentage of it can be downloaded to my ipod.
Anyone know why? There is still lots more space available for music.

You need to transfer all folders in one go - selecting one and syncing it, and then de-selecting that one and selecting a different one will just replace the first folder with the second folder on the iPad. To sync multiple folders they all need to be sub-folders off a parent folder, in which case they will appear as separate albums on the iPad (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236).
As to how get around the limit I don't know, or whether its possible. I've also heard about the 256MB limit, but I don't how many photos that equates to - or whether it's at a folder or library level.

Well you first download the latest version of iTunes, after installing it restart the computer once and then try opening it!
Does this fix your issue?

U2 album showing purchased but can't download on my iPhone

When I go on iTunes the album shows purchased but I can't find it ANYWHERE on my phone. I'm aware of the fixes from my desktop but I haven't seen any to download it on my phone (I'm not near my desktop).

You should be able to download it by turning on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under 'show all') 'on' - it should then show in the Music app with a cloud icon against it so that you can download it.
Or go to the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app, select Music, Not On This iPhone and it will probably show under 'Various', not U2 - it should correctly show as U2 in the Music when it's downloaded

Purchased music through iphone, download from iphone NOT pc app doesnt play

I have purchased an album and i downloaded through the ipone itself. While i can see the songs list some of the songs doesn't play. Specifically the iphone "looks" like playing them yet no sound comes out.
The download shows as successfull
The music is playable as a preview from the iphone or the pc app. (the ability to play the first 30 seconds to hear the song before you buy it)
How this is corrected?
