Purchased music from music store disappears.

Some of my songs that I have purchased from the music store go missing after a while. They are in my purchased songs list and in my library and also some playlists but sometimes that exclamation point shows up next to some of them and it can't locate the song. What gives?

When you click on itunes preference pane and then advanced, can you see where itunes is trying to read the song files from?

I purchased movie from itunes store downloaded it onto my itouch works plays is fine --but when I tried to sync or drag the movie onto my windows computer into itunes or sync it with itunes cannot get the + sign only no go. Did you check your trash can? Did you make a backup copy of your videos that you purchased? That is something that is always reminded to users that purchase from the itunes store...to make a backup copy to their purchased music. The idea is once you buy the music and you lose it well then its gone forever. I highly doubt you can get what you purchased from the itunes music store back again without purchasing them again. But that is weird that you had the videos and and their gone now. Have you tried searching for them on your computer harddrive? Did you do a recent hard reset to your ipod? Are you manually updating your ipod and deciding what to sync and not?

Had you started to watch it? Once you press play you only have 24 or 48 hours (depending on location) to finish. Also, if you watch anything else or turn off the ATV the rental will be flushed and need to be reloaded. Go to the settings, iTunes store, check for rentals in that case.

While purchasing App from App Store my Rs 180 (RS60 *3) got deducted without reason. Even purchase was unsuccessful.

For the 3 * 60 did you add or change, three times, your credit card details on your iTunes account ? Each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge (i.e. Rs 60) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

In itunes...preferences you can change the setting to import songs instead of mp4 to mp3. Afer changing this setting, right click to the songs and than you are able to convert to mp3. ths's it

Error -50 when trying to purchase songs from itunes store

When I try to purchase songs from itunes store I get error -50 or the message that their is not internet connectivity (which is not the case).

It used to be that to update the trial to the licensed version with the box, you just inserted the DVD & ran the installer to convert the trial to licensed. This changed with Snow Leopard. You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

Thanks for the feedback. Now, before installing in, put a copy some place safe and you won't have to download it again, wasting bandwidth, time, and electricity. Why? Because the installer blows itself away during the installation—IMO, a braindead delivery system, copied from their iOS world, but totally unsuitable for computers.

If you've bought them recently, it's not actually an authorization issue; the songs are corrupt. Delete and redownload them if doing so is free in your country.

I can't install my purchased apps from App Store on iPad. I push the Install button, but nothings happen.. Any advice?

1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
