Purchased music shows in iphone, but not in computer, how can I get them bk

I can't find my purchased music from itunes, they show in my iphone and I can play them as well,
but they are nowhere to be found in my laptop. How can I get them back....It's almost $100.00
value, need help please!!!

iTunes Store purchases are treated a bit differently than other music in your library. If you have authorized music purchases from the iTunes store on your phone and your computer is authorized for that same account, you can transfer purchased tunes from the phone to the computer -- whether you purchased them on the iPhone or on the computer.     iTunes will only transfer purchases back to your computer using the iTunes > File > Transfer purchases from XXX's iPhone.  It will not transfer playlists or non-purchased songs.

    A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
    No content is affected by this procedure.

    At the AT&T store. Tried using iCloud but only 120 songs were transferred and when I access my iTunes account now it only shows 120 and not the 450 anymore that I purchased on my old phone. Tried to sync again from the phone to iTunes and it still not working.
    I purchased everything under the same apple ID account I called apple support and spent almost 2 hours with tech support for assistance and we got disconected and they never called me back.

    iPhones are sold in carrier-locked and unlocked versions. If the phone has a carrier lock on it, you must contact the carrier to have it removed (you probably need to bring the phone to the carrier for the process). If you don't know the carrier, you won't be able to get it unlocked. US carriers will not remove the carrier lock and it cannot be removed.
    How is Safari behaving that makes you say that Safari is not working? The lock status of the phone won't affect Safari, except that if the phone is locked and you aren't using the carrier (and SIM provided by the carrier) to which it is locked, then you can't use the phone or 3G service, only Wi-Fi.
    The iPhone should not appear as a drive on your computer, so there's no error there.

    You should have transferred them to your computer regularly and included them in your backup copy of your computer.
    You buy one and only one download.  It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
    If for some reason you have failed to backup your music, then you can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow.

    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Offand, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"
    If these do not solve the problem you can restore from a current iTunes or iCloud backup.

    If nothing shows on the purchase history on your account, and you only have the one iTunes account that the card has been linked to and it's not a temporary store holding charge (you haven't changed your card details on your account ?), then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption.
    But if nothing shows on your purchase history then you should also consider contacting your card issuer.

    One way is to open the App Store on your iPad and click the "Updates" link in the lower right.  You should see OneNote there with a clickable "Download" button.  Click the button and wait for the download and install to complete.
