Purchased paradise island game and it doesn't save when you shutdown.  What is wrong?

I purchased the game Paradise Island from iTunes.  I try asking iTunes but they don't know.  When you play the game on our iPad 2 it seems to work great and you build things and make changes on the game.  When you shutdown the game and go back later and open the game, all the changes are gone and it is like you never did anything.  I also have it on my Droid X and it works fine and saves everything but not on the iPad2. I downloaded the game from my iPad from iTunes.

You would need to ask the maker of that game that question.

  • HT201304 I can't buy any application on itunes in my iphone, i must verify payment method everytime, and it doesn't work... What's wrong?

    Few days ago untill now, i want to buy some application from my iphone4s. Unfortunely, everytime i want to buy it, i must verify my account payment and fill the blank for security code, expired month & year of the credit card that i use. After i filled it as they want, the itunes said that my payment method was declined.
    I call the customer service of my credit card, they said nothing wrong with my credit card. My credit card type is Visa, it's fine, it's working properly.
    So why, i still can't buy application from itunes untill now? Hope you guys can give me solutions.

    That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

    Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
    Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
    Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

    Have you copied your content over from your old computer and onto the new on ? If not, and you still have your old computer, then there a number of methods described on this page which you can use to copy your library over : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 . If you no longer have your old computer then have you got a backup of your content that you can copy onto the new computer and add into iTunes ?

    I would suggest restarting the iPad and see if the download resumes.

    Resuming downloads from an iOS device
    From the Home screen, tap the iTunes icon.
    For iPhone/iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
    Enter your account name and password.
    Click the "OK" button.
    Click the Resume or Resume All button to start the download.
    If you don't see the application to download it, then follow these troubleshooting steps:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    If the app does not appear in your list of purchases, then contact the iTunes Store for help:

    I had the same situation. I have an external disk burner which also acts as a CD/DVD/BlueRay Drive/burner.
    Having access to an external drive will solve the problem. As long as it has a USB cable you should be able
    to plug it into your iMac, spot the disk icon on your desktop and insert the installer disks and load the software.

    After updated my iPhone and iPad to iOS 6 (both 6.0&6.0.1), Purchased tab in "App Store" app doesn't work when AppleID is not an email address. This happened since 6.0 and I hope that it will be fixed in6.0.1 but it doesn't.
    When I tap at Purchased tab in iPad App Store or Purchased bar in Updates tab in iPhone App Store, it just hang on "Loading...", but when I changed to other AppleID, it works. Apparently, my AppleID is not an email address but the other AppleID is an email address.
    Not sure where to send my feedback to Apple about this issue.

    I purchased a tv series and downloaded the first episode, when I went to download the next episode a message popped up saying "this computer is already associated with an apple id.....You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 41 days" and won't let me download the rest of the shows even though I haven't changed accounts and I'm using the same account I purchased the shows with.

    It's been months, so you may not care anymore, but you can't download songs from multiple Apple IDs over a 90 days period.  Sorry, it's not allowed for legal reasons.

    I have Adobe Acrobat 9.5.4 installed on my computer and it doesn't work when PDFing my document using Microft Word 2010. I have tried using the tab add-in, but it doesn't respond either. The only way to convert my document is to save it as a .pdf from the save as drop down box. I need to be able to have the full functionability of creating a PDF document with the tabs and links working.

    From OFFICE 2010 you either have to have AA X or just print to the Adobe PDF printer. You give no information on your operating system or specifically what you mean by PDFing -- there are multiple ways to create a PDF from a WORD document and you have given no information. However, in this case your only choice is to print to the Adobe PDF printer. Otherwise, you need to upgrade Acrobat.
