Purchased Photoshop and Lightroom. Downloaded Bridge. Operation Error

I purchased Photshop CC with Lightroom in the promotion. Bridge is included and I downloaded and installed it.
When I try to open it I get the following error" The operation could not be completed."

Without system information and other details nobody can say anything.

Photoshop and Lightroom Download

I recently signed up for CC and downloaded both Photoshop and Lightroom. I can't find them on my computer. Where should I look? They aren't in my downloads and there aren't any icons on my desktop.

I finally figured it out! I had to access each program (Photoshop and Lightroom) from Start - All Programs the very first time. Once I launched each of them from there, I have access to the programs and I pinned the icons to my task bar. Hope that helps!

Both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibit the same error. Sometimes this happens 3 times in one day or perhaps every third day. When I open either package I get a message saying that I have 00 days left in the trial and to continue I need to purchase a licence or start a trail. If I click on purchase a Licence the once I log in with Adobe ID I can get started. I have contacted Adobe chat support 6 times. They suggest deleting an opm.db file and assure me that this will sort the problem and within 24 hours back to square one

Here it happens only with photoshop cc 2014. i just deleped opm.db i will check again tomorrow.

If you want to have the photos stored on an external HD, you probably should move them there in your operating system before you import into Lightroom.
But, if you don't yet own an external HD, you can import from the internal hard drive and later move the photos to wherever you want them to be, as long as you do it properly.

Photoshop and lightroom previously downloaded...now gone

If the computer's running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.

Hello anyone, I have the Photoshop and lightroom deal subscription for Adobe CC. But I don't know if Bridge free or extra? in CC Apps there is an install option which suggests it's free were has other Apps have the try option. Can any one help me please. Cheers Neil

Bridge CC must be separately installed via the Cloud app.

It's included with your membership at no extra cost but it's no longer automatically installed along with Photoshop etc.

Yes, both Camera Raw and Bridge are included. Bridge will need a separate installation, however.
