Purchased photoshop elements & premier Student

I purchased photoshop elements and premier student on Saturday morning and sent the information to confirm the student details
my problem is I accidently purchased it in my name but it should be in my husbands name.
but as he is my husband im not sure if that's ok?
so I don't know what to do, will I have to wait until they reject my order (how long will this take??)
or will it possibly go through again how long will this take?
I didn't realise it would to so long to be approved and I wouldn't actually be able to talk to anyone about it

Photoshop elements/premier 12 wont install

purchased photoshop elements / premier 12 store bought.. it installed the day i got it.. i recently upgraded to a newer laptop ( macbook pro) and it wont install.. YEs the cd/dvd works... the cd begins to run,another box pops up with the install logo... when clicking on it.. nothing happens.. it also does the same thing on the premier side..
tried online chat... they said ask the forum they dont support elements 12... you pay for a product yet cant get help even to install it.. not to happy at the moment.. anyone have any ideas how to get this to install..?? i read I'm not the only one with the same issue..

If you registered your products on-line you should be able to find the serial numbers which you will need. Then you could download the free-trials and make them permanent with the codes. That’s provided you haven’t already installed them more than once already.
Click the red Adobe logo at the top left of this forum page.
Then click My Adobe >> My Products & Services
Log in to your account using your Adobe ID
Expand your purchase history using the small black triangles to the left of the purchase date.

12/11/2014 I purchased Photoshop Elements 13 & Premier Elements 13. Downloaded Photoshop Elements and it works fine. When I try to download Premier Elements it says header too long.

From where are these Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13 purchased downloads coming from - Adobe or an authorized reseller.
What computer operating system is involved?
Are you downloading two files for Premiere Elements 13 - an .exe file and a .7z file or other? What is your computer's default browser?
I have never seen a Premiere Elements download with that "header too long" message for anything downloaded from Adobe.
If all else fails, install Premiere Elements 13 from the following web site and insert your purchased serial number in the tryout installation files.

Change plattform from windows to mac teacher edition photoshop elements/premier elements

Hi!
I want just want to change plattform, Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13 Student and Teacher Edition (Windows,Svenska).
I´ve ordered Windows but i want the macversion.
Does anybody know why the adobe support takes soon long time to fix this small thing. I haven't downloaded the program.
Is this normal ??? Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Svea support the license for Photoshop and Premiere Elements 13 is a multi platform license. Have you downloaded the installation files and ran the installation with the serial number you received?

This is bad and I am sorry to hear that you are running into these issues.
Let me connect with you, so right now, the current state is that you have installed copy of PSE 8 in trial on your windows 7 machine, and when you are trying to enter the serial number from your PSE 8 Box, it is saying the serial number to be invalid?
It might sound pretty obvious, but please make sure that you are entering the serial number correctly and of PSE 8(in case you bought a PEPE box)?
Have you tried the steps mentioned below by Barbara?
If possible, you can send me the serial number through PRIVATE MESSAGE and I can check it on my end that whether the serial number is indeed invalid or that the issue is with your machine?

Find your serial number quickly

Purchased photoshop elements 11, worked after downloading but will not open now.

I purchased photoshop elements 11and it worked after the intial download, however when I click on the icon now nothing happens.

What OS you are on?
If it is Windows then please ensure there is no PhotoshopElements process running in the background.
Launch Task Manager > Processes tab and stop if there is any process running for Photoshop Elements.
Restart the application again.

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13. I think it was installed. The title shows in my 'Downloads File'. I have tried double clicking on 'install' in the downloads file. All I get is a page of data that doesn't seem to do anything. When I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 there was no problem. The apps appeared on my monitor and I went to work. What appears on my monitor for Photoshop 13 is a file picure. When I click on it I go to the Downloads File. Can anyone help me?

My recently purchased Photoshop Elements 12 will not open. Clicking to open, will not reveal the usual “edit” or “organize” choice windows. Only the main “edit” working window opens. In a moment, a smaller window within will also open. It states “Photoshop Elements 12 Editor has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”
I am running it on a Dell laptop with six gigs of RAM and a Core i5 processor.
Should I attempt to reinstall? During original installation, the only thing I was not asked was to give blood! So, if reinstalling on the same machine is the solution, will Adobe allow this?

I have tried and failed. It was loaded from disc just purchased at Best buy. It loaded fine but will not start up at all. I have looked for the launch program and tried other methods but no success yet.

I assume you realise that 11 is not the current version, which is now up to 12

And if yes, that you had 11 installed on your last computer? Did that come on a disk or download? If disk, have you now lost that disk?
If yes, and you registered your software, log on to your Adobe account, and find My Orders (or similar). You may find the download link and your serial number there.
