Purchased Photoshop
Question: I purchased Photoshop & Premiere Elements 10 in 2012 and now have a new computer with Windows 8.3. Can someone help me with the installation proceedure? I do have my S/N.

This is bad and I am sorry to hear that you are running into these issues.
Let me connect with you, so right now, the current state is that you have installed copy of PSE 8 in trial on your windows 7 machine, and when you are trying to enter the serial number from your PSE 8 Box, it is saying the serial number to be invalid?
It might sound pretty obvious, but please make sure that you are entering the serial number correctly and of PSE 8(in case you bought a PEPE box)?
Have you tried the steps mentioned below by Barbara?
If possible, you can send me the serial number through PRIVATE MESSAGE and I can check it on my end that whether the serial number is indeed invalid or that the issue is with your machine?

The size and resolution depends on the intended output.
In my opinion relevant zooming shortcuts would be cmd-0 (View > Fit on Screen), cmd-1 (View > 100%) and cmd-spacebar/cmd-alt-spacebar to temporarily switch the current Tool to the Zoom Tool. -
I just purchased Photoshop 13 for PC MS Windows 8.1 In trying to install, I get the following message after clicking on the 2nd file. "The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. Please download all parts.: I've also gotten an Exit Code: 7 when trying to install. I've turned my McAfee virus system off while trying to install.

There is only one file to download - which one depends on your system (32-bit or 64-bit).
These are the trial versions but will convert to the full version when you supply your serial number.

If you buy the subscription model, you would have to have an internet connection, namely for the software to contact the mother ship at least one every month to reactivate itself and to take advantage of all the automatic updates.
If you buy the slightly older (but still sold by Adobe and its resellers), perpetual-license CS6, then you need the internet only for the initial download, and to update it periodically at your pleasure. -
Purchased photoshop elements 11, worked after downloading but will not open now.
I purchased photoshop elements 11and it worked after the intial download, however when I click on the icon now nothing happens.
What OS you are on?
If it is Windows then please ensure there is no PhotoshopElements process running in the background.
Launch Task Manager > Processes tab and stop if there is any process running for Photoshop Elements.
Restart the application again. -
I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13. Why am I unable to access the program?
I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13. I think it was installed. The title shows in my 'Downloads File'. I have tried double clicking on 'install' in the downloads file. All I get is a page of data that doesn't seem to do anything. When I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 there was no problem. The apps appeared on my monitor and I went to work. What appears on my monitor for Photoshop 13 is a file picure. When I click on it I go to the Downloads File. Can anyone help me?
