Purchased Premiere & Photoshop Elements 13 but cannot install them. There appears error messages that make no sense, like there no space in forlder and lack of admin priviledge.

Welcome to the Apple Community Tarskforce.
Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. Networks that have inherent issues can be seen to work differently with different versions of the same software. You might also try moving the Apple TV away from other electrical equipment.

Photoshop Elements 9: cannot install, files are damaged [Windows 8.1]

I tried it with both downloading the two files from Download Photoshop Elements products | 9, 8, 7 and Photoshop Elements 9 / Premiere Elements 9 Direct Download Links | ProDesignTools, neither installation worked.
When trying to install with the separate .exe file, it says that "An error occured while extracting some files, please check if there is enough space and if you are allowed to write in the folder." but there are 152GB free and I'm the admin.
When trying to unpack first and then install via the .exe inside the .7z, it says "Error in "PSE 9\Data11.cab". The file ist damaged." and so are all the other files: listed as damaged.
I downloaded the files multiple times and tried a lot: I reread all the "Very Important Instructions" on ProDesignTools and followed them strictly, did not find something in the "troubleshoot installation", downgraded Adobe Air to the version inside the .7z, set up a new user account on my computer (even though I installed Windows 8.1 only last week) , deactivated all tasks via msconfig, did a clean boot... installing failed every time.
Once, I archieved to get the .exe working and it started to install, but at one point of about 75% an error occured, that "some files are damaged" and the process made until this point was automatically cancelled, deinstalled. It only took a few minutes longer until failure.
But what else can I do? I already read in this forum that Pse9 + W8.1 worked for others. But it does not for me. So, are the files damaged?

Please check if the downloads are the full size, and not somehow truncated.

Purchased premiere/photoshop elements box was tampered with

i Ijust opened my "new" box from Amazon Only to find the top was ripped right where you could see the serial numbers. FML
is there a way to check and see if the serial numbers work? I plan on installing it on two computers, but one at a later date this year. It makes me feel a little sick thinking someone else already has seen them. Sloppy seconds.

I would advise you to contact Amazon immediately either to ask for return/complete refund or replacement with no charge for the resending.
Do not waste any time in doing that. Include a picture of the damage with your return to Amazon if any question.

I guess the Subject says it All. I cannot believe the trouble I am having triangulating synching between Mac Mini --> mac.com --> iPhone. Have spent more time--and £££!!-->than if I had gone PC. Very disappointed and would love to hear someone say it will all be worth it in the end.

iPod games are not supported with an iPhone at the present time, which is your number one problem for starters and based on this, it sounds like user error is the cause of your problems triangulating the syncing between your Mac, .Mac and your iPhone. Garbage in = Garbage Out.

I'm unable to download my purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12?

On 12/17/13 I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and installed it on my computer. On 12/19/13, the motherboard croaked and I now have a new computer. My Photoshop Elements 12 won't download and open for me??? Please help or tell where I can get tech support for this issue.

Can download, but cannot install

I have downloaded the latest updates, but cannot install them. I carried out Repair Permissions, and attach the log in the hope that it may reveal what is wrong.https://dl.dropbox.com/u/74429132/RepairDisc.rtf.

Try this:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.
Now try your updates again to see if the problem is fixed. Now, this same error can pop up in App Store if you are trying to install updates for software that was purchased under a different Apple ID than the one you are logged in with.

If the code you are trying to enter has letters then you are not looking at a serial number. A serial number only contains numbers - 6 sets of 4 numbers.
Find your serial number quickly
You might be dealing with a redemption code. This is especially so if you purchased it from a store or the like.

same problem here. Cant install EL 12. Prem 12 is oke. Even the database is changed to 12 by Pr 12 from El 8.
No operating probl. Windows 7.
A File is missing cant start El. Premiere works and even media from the catal. is to get.
Any Idee? Several times downloaded. Deleted earlyer downloads. Run update from prem elem. Nothing helps.

Hi Jeff. I did purchase Premiere Elements 8 from Adobe (download version), but couldn't find the files to download again on the adobe.com website. I did, however carry out another search of files from my old PC and eventually found the files to reinstall on my new PC, using my registered product serial no. Installation has worked. It seems that Adobe has stopped supporting version 8 as I could only find version 9 and later for download from the adobe.com website.
