Purchased song repeatedly charging to my PayPal account

I recently purchased a song on iTunes and now the purchase is being charged to my PayPal account approx. 1-6 times a day since then (I bought the song about four days ago). So far, PayPal has been great refunding me for excess purchases, when I forward the receipt to their tech support department, however I can't be sure I've caught all of them, and I am concerned as it seems to still be happening. Has anyone else has an experience similar to mine?

Lets just say that Itunes charged me for a sum of like 130 dollars for music i never got or even ordered for that matter. I forwarded all the stuff to them but am not getting any refunds. Its been like 2.5 weeks. They basically stole money from me and the others. Ive searched the boards and other people have same issues. My advice, Cancel your Pre-approved Purchase Agreement with Itunes (in your paypal account, go to change your account settings) and they cant make those charges anymore. Dont use Paypal, use credit cards or buy the music gift cards. I like Itunes, but i hate their support. So set yourself up so you dont have to fight with them.

    You can redownload your iTunes store purchases, but you'll need a backup to recover the playlists.

    Subscriptions are recurring automatically, if you do not wish to use a certain subscription anymore, you need to cancel it from your account.

    So I try to play a song I just downloaded, and it says, "requires authorization to play this song", so I put in user name and password, but it then says I'm already authorized.   I try again to play the song, and it goes back to, "requires authorization to play this song", and repeats this cycle.

            Need some assistance. I purchased "whatsapp" from iTunes store on 23rd Jan 2013 and it was my first ever purchased app from iTunes. The application cost is 55 Indian Rupees on iTunes store and when I provided my payment details rupees 60 has been charged from my account and I received the SMS confirmation. After two days on 25th Jan 2013 I received another SMS alert that Rupees 55 has been charged for purchase made on iTunes however I didnt purchase any other item except Whatapp on 23rd. I dont know why the double amount was charged for single purchase. Does anyone else faces the same kind of issue?

  • Cannot play previously purchased songs

    I have a handful of songs that I previously purchased that can no longer be played. When I try to play them, it asks me to authorize the computer but it is already authorized.  I even unauthorized the computer and authorized it again.  Other purchased songs work and I know my account is OK.
    When I view the Summary on Get Info, I noticed that these songs do not show a Purchased Date as others do.  They do show Purchased by and my Apple id.
    Ideas??  Is this a version issue or something that can be resolved?

    It sounds like you have multiple Apple ID’s associated. Once the 90 days are up, you are able to associate the Apple ID with your iPhone. Another option is to restore your iPhone and setup as new. The article below will explain further about assocating Apple ID's to devices.

    I am trying to download my previously purchased songs and videos from my itunes account onto my ipad2 however i am only able to acess the most recent 250 songs and no videos. I have over 1500 songs that i have purchased through itunes and quite a few videos and TV shows, how can i get these on my ipad.

    Open the iTunes Store on your device.
    Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.
    Tap Purchased from the bottom navigation bar.
    On iPad, tap the media button in the upper-left corner.
    Tap Music.
    Once you've located the music you are looking for, tap the download button.
    Note: To download all songs from a purchased album, tap on the Album's toggle button to switch to Album view. Previous purchases may be unavailable if they have been refunded or are no longer on the iTunes Store. Downloading previously purchased movies and TV shows requires iTunes 10.6 or later.

    Have you copied your content over from your old computer and onto the new on ? If not, and you still have your old computer, then there a number of methods described on this page which you can use to copy your library over : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 . If you no longer have your old computer then have you got a backup of your content that you can copy onto the new computer and add into iTunes ?

    Today I received emails for two payments USD 60 each through my paypal account. Just before that got a mail from Skype saying that"Registered e-mail sucessfully updated" however when i tried to contact Skype customer support, unfortunately it didn't work even after more than 10 efforts through different browsers.
    I already access to my Skype account and noted that the hacker has changed the primary e-mail. So I changed my e-mail and passwords immediately and deactivate the paypal link to skype account. Also reported to Paypal.

    I have the exact same problem. I got an email that my primary email on my Skype account has been updated and shortly after there was a 50 EUR charge against my Paypal account. I have since done email and password updates to my Skype account and severed the link to Paypal.
    Question is, how do I redeem my 50 EUR? Skype/Microsoft does not seem to offer any direct support for cases were accounts are taken over and users are robbed of their money. Instead we are asked to make a post on a community page which just horrible. 
    Skype should not offer up functionality for a fee if they can't support customers when their accounts are being hi-jacked.
