Purchased Song with Error

I purchased today a new album from Jorge Palma called Tempo dos Assassinos and when I started to listen to the tracks they have got audio error. The music has got flaws as if I was listening to a scratched CD.
I payed for this album, so I would like to know if it is possible to download the album again, but this time with the quality all the other albums i bought to this time had - High Quality. If that's not possible, I'll want my money back, please.

You probably cannot find them on the other computer because you did not put them on the other computer.
They will not magically appear in another location. You purchase on and only one download. it is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.

Purchased song with explicit content while thought it was a clean version

My son purchased several songs last night and is aware that he cannot purchase songs with explicit language ..... he purchased a song that did not have an "Explicit" tag on it but does contain the "F" word which he does not want to hear or do we want to have in his music collection.
Is there a way to "delete"/refund or such this type of sale from the ITune store? How can you be sure that language such as the "F" word and others don't get into the songs that are listed if they are not flagged as containing such words?

Error when trying to purchase songs with iTunes account

Hi, is anyone able to help with this.
I am tryig to purchase some songs with my iTunes account (it is inn credit by about £6) but an error keeps coming up every time i try to purchase a song or if i try to view my account details. It is as if i am putting the password in wrong but i know that i am not. I have even reset the password now 3 times and it always seems as if it has gone through successfully but then when i try to purchase a song or view my account details again, the same error is coming up.
The error message is as follows:
*'We could not commplete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9808) There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later'*
This message has been coming up all day though. Does anybody have any idea if i am doing anything wrong or whether there is a technical fault with iTunes? I have downloaded the updated version as well so it can't be because i have the older version.

The top 4 fixes to itunes error 9808 seem to be
1) Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced, make sure that SSL 3.0 is checked and TLS 1.0 is checked. Also under Security make sure that the “Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)” is unchecked. Then click ok and fire up iTunes.
2) Time or time zone not correct on your PC.
3) The culprit was Norton. Ggo to Norton’s Personal Firewall and add the program “iTunes Helper.exe” and set the option to “Allowed” (”iTunes.exe should already be in the Allowed category.)
4) Delete or cut the preferences.xml file which contains your iTunes preferences.
Close iTunes if you have it open right now. Then go to C:/Documents and Settings/username/Local Settings/Application Data/Apple Computer/iTunes. Then go to C:/Documents and Settings/username/Application Data/Apple Computer/iTunes and delete or move the preferences.xml file. For Mac users, there is only one file you must delete or move a to a new location and is located at User > Library > Preferences > com.apple.itunes.plist. Restart iTunes and it will recreate those two (or one) files with the default settings. You'll need to set your preferences back to what they were and then connect to the iTunes store.

How do I authorize purchased songs with an obsolete Apple ID

Here's my problem...
I upgraded to Tiger 10.4.3 from 10.3.9 reluctantly using the erase and install option. I did not deauthorize my computer prior to doing this.
I have a lot of purchased songs from iTunes that were purchased using an old Apple ID (I changed my ISP after I purchased these songs...which changed my email address...which, in turn, required me to change my Apple ID). So, now when I try to play one of these songs, iTunes asks for authorization with the old Apple ID. I put in the password for the old Apple ID and it tells me that Apple ID does not exist. I try my current Apple ID and password and it tells me it is the wrong Apple ID. ...Any Thoughts?

Purchased songs with old AOL account, itunes won't play them, nor copy them

Years ago, I used my old AOL account name as my Apple/itunes login, and purchased several songs. Since then, I've changed my Apple ID, and songs I've purchased using that login play fine on my Mac, and transfer to my ipod/iphone. However, songs I purchased with the old AOL login will not sync to ipod/iphone, and when I try to play them in itunes, it comes up with "Computer is not authorized to play. Would you like to authorize", and it has my AOL name, and it asked me to enter the password (which I remember), so I enter it, but after i enter it, it says "You need to change your account to use an Apple ID." But I already have an Apple ID. Long question short: How do I make it so my old AOL purchased songs will play on my iTunes and ipod?

You should also be able to log into your account on find some means of contact or a Report a Problem link from the account or an e-mail receipt (if you still have one).

Re-download purchased song with missing content

How do I re-download a purchased song which apparently completed, but download only contains 3+ minutes of song which is over 4??

Depending upon what country that you are in then try deleting the song from your iTunes library and then redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes. If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Purchase Order with "Error in Process" status????

We are currently using SRM 4.0 in an extended classis setup. We have been live for appropriately 1 yr and half and I have noticed more and more Purchase Orders going into status "Error in Process" when a change (increase value, add line items, change name) has been performed on the PO and then the PO is approved. The PO will sometimes show up in the SRM Administration Tab occassionaly but more than less they don't and we have to search for failed PO to find all the "error in Process" PO's. I have had success with having the user just change something in the name of the PO and then re-order and the PO will then go into R3 but I was wondering is there something in the system other than having the user change the PO that I can do to push the PO into R3. When we have similar issues with confirmation I run tcode SWO1 and use the GUID ID and click transfer to push it to the backend. Is there anything I can do in the backend that will send the PO into R3 and update the status to Ordered giving there is no apparent error in the system?

We've been facing a similar issue (we are also in SRM 4.0 Extended Classic Scenario): Sometimes, when the user modifies a purchase order from SRM (for example, to add some new items), the purchase order replication to the backend failed.
In the Application monitor, we had the following backend error:
"Insert Cost Center for Item X"
but the Cost Center value was correct (other items from the same purchase order had the same account assignment).
We thought the problem was related to the function module in the backend which was changing the purchase order, so we put a SAP OSS Note.
In this OSS note, SAP recommended us to implement note 1005615, and the problem was solved.
Check if this note could be implemented in your backend.

Purchased Song with Old Email Address

I purchased some songs under an OLD email address and have since changed to comcast emal and now the songs need authorized to play. All the songs purchased with the OLD email needs authorized. All songs purchased with NEW email address play fine. I have aurthorized the OLD email sngs and it shows that it went through, but, when I actually try to play it, it says I still need to authorize the song. I'm stumped.
Any suggestions?

They would convert the AOL Account into an Apple ID. It's still be that same account, but wouldn't be associated with AOL. You couldn't merge it with any other accounts.

System Rebuild - Cannot sync purchased songs with IPOD

I recently had to rebuild my laptop, starting with the OS (Yes, it is a Windows machine . Before I did this, I copied all of my songs out of my music folder onto an external drive.
I thought that is what I would need to do. But I sense that there is more to it.
Upon rebuild, I copied all of those songs into the new my music folder. When I opened Itunes...they were all there. All 1233 of them. However, after syncing with my IPOD...it would only sync the songs that came from CD. All that were purchased are not on my IPOD. They remain in my itunes folder.
Does anyone know what I need to do? We are talking approximately 350 songs that I have purchased on Itunes...so it is substantive.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you reauthorise your PC after you restored Windows and reloaded iTunes? Do the songs themselves play in iTunes? For more on authorising have a look at this page:

How to purchase songs with a iTunes gift card balance added to your account

I have redeemed an iTunes gift card to my iTunes account. I now have a balance of $25.00. When trying to purchase some songs to add to my iPod Shuffle, I do NOT find a dropdown box for either PURCHASE or BUY. I can add the songs to my Wish List, send a link, gift a song, etc - but NO Purchase / buy option. If I try to gift songs to myself, it will ask for a Billing Account. Why must a Billing Account be added if I already have a balance of $25.00 to use.
I have pulled a iPod Shuffle manual and it only tells me to Buy - if no option o Buy is available, just how do you do it?? This is EXTREMELY frustrating!!
If anyone has an idea just how to accomplish this, please send instructions (since the manual on line does not spell it out). Frankly I am disappointed in even purchasing the iPod Schuffle if I cannot even use the iTunes gift card I purchased.

Three songs out of 20 on album failed to download properly on my PC (windows XP) when connection was interrupted. Screen appeared prompting me to download incomplete songs. I did so, but three of the songs only play a few seconds even though they show full track times (ie 4:23). When I look to download the album or tracks again the messasge say all content has been downloaded. I downloaded entire album to my IPAD and it play fine. How can I repair the album on my PC? If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

I can't delete purchased songs with the new IOS 7

I recently updated my iphone 4 to the new IOS 7 and when i went to my music all of my old purchases are in my library and it is taking up a lot of space. I tried to just slide to the left to delete them but it wouldn't allow me to. I've tried everything to delete these songs including disabling icloud on my phone. These songs aren't even in my itunes library but they are synced to my phone. Someone please help.

Updating to any iOS version does not magically make media appear on the device. For what reason do you believe this is the case? Do you possibly have iTunes Match turned on?

Sharing iTunes Store purchased songs with brother

I used to easily be able to send my brother a song file, via email, and he could open it, because he was "authorized" on my account. Lately, when he enters my password, it won't open for him. I double-checked the password and it should work correctly.
Anyone know what else it could be? He should be authorized.

Are you serious? I thought I could have authorized people on my "list" who I can share it with.
