Purchased songs not showing up for download

Not sure why but some songs I purchased recently on my laptop (Macbook Pro OS X 10.7, iTunes 11) are not available for download on my desktop (Win XP, iTunes 11). Previously, I'd been able to download stuff on both machines, but now when I go to Store->Check for Available Downloads, I get nothing, and under my Purchased Songs, I don't see the little cloud button to download it. Am I missing something?

Nevermind. I was looking in the wrong place. Found it in the store under purchases.

Garmin is sending you to Apple because it is Apple that would have to give you a refund as the actual point of sale. However, Apple states all sales are final.
Apple is sending you to Garmin because it is Garmin's fault their maps are out of date and Apple doesn't write the software. They may not even be looking that deeply and simply perceiving it as a programming "bug" it is up to Garmin to solve.
Who know whose fault it is that Garmin isn't getting up to date data to put in their maps.
Ultimately I think you stand the best chance in getting a refund from Apple though it isn't guaranteed. Apple is the cashier. You just have to convince them this isn't just a line of code omitted from an application and isn't something that will be soon corrected by Garmin. Make it clear it isn't a problem with the application running on your device, it is a problem with the data it contains. Either that or you have to hope Garmin will feel so bad about it they will delve down into their slush fund and send you a refund.

Go to song view, add iCloud status. To do this, go to menu > view > view options and tick box. This will tell you what has been matched, uploaded, purchased, duplicate, ineligible or waiting. As the scan is stalling with one track remaining, find this track - it is likely to have a icloud status of waiting.
Suggest that you delete from library then select update iTunes Match. Once match completes try readding track - by the way how. Big is the track and whatever is its media type?

I click "Purchase" under "Quick Links" and click "Books". None of the audiobooks I have purchesed in the past are avaliable for download. How can I download the audiobooks that I have purchesed in the past?

Audiobooks are not currently available for repeat download. It should have been clear when you you made the purchase that you were entitled to one successful download of the product after which you were responsible for maintaining a backup of it. These limitations are imposed by the rights holders. You can contact iTunes Store Support and ask nicely to see if there is anything they can do, but they have no obligation to do so.

Purchased songs not showing up in account

I have music that i have purchased on a pervious device, with the same account. I have a new device and am trying to download the music on and it is not showing on the device that i have purchased this music. I have another device hooked up to the same account that shows the music and itunes shows that i have purchased the music. What do i do to get the music on my new device?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap the Music app.
Find the song or album you want to download.
Tap the download icon next to the track or album title.
The song or album will begin downloading.

Purchased songs not showing in library

I have purchased and downloaded songs from I Tunes store onto my laptop. They show in Puchased library but do not show in Music library
I have tried dragging them to Music library to no avail
Anybody help?

Make sure that the songs you purchased aren't in the music library for real. Close iTunes and restart the computer open it back up again and see if this works...if not tell me and give me time to think and I'll get right back with you.

So I got a new computer for my birthday and decided to put on Itunes for me and my girlfriend to use. I have a huge library so I wanted to get it all redownloaded from itunes. I downloaded my songs from the cloud and noticed many were missing (recently purchased songs that I had bought over the summer, now its winter).
I know the songs are still in the cloud: Lindsey Stirling "Shadows" (example) yet it says I havent purchased it...but I know I have...
Why does itunes say I haven't purchased them and why am I not getting them back?

on the computers itunes click on the iTunes Store.
then click Purchased under quick links on the right.
you can then select Not In My Library and download anything you're missing from there.

My iTunes album purchase is not showing in my downloads

I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.
Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean by studios and different versions. Could you please explain?
I checked my purchased list in my purchase history under my account and there are no hidden items.

Purchased book not showing up for syncing

I purchased a book ages ago (before iBooks was on the iPhone) and I can't get it to sync with my iPhone now that iBooks is on my phone.
It doesn't show up on the sync options in iTunes but it does show up in the Books library on iTunes.
Sync Bookmarks and Notes and Sync Collections are switched on, on my iPhone.
I've tried Syncios but it only wants to sync non iTunes purchased books, not the iBooks format.
Any ideas?

Not all ibooks are compatible with iPhones, some can only be read on iPads and Mac computers - if you got to the book's description page in the store does it say that you should be able to read it on an iPhone ? If it is compatible (and it's still in the store) then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iBooks app on your phone for redownloading.
The 'sync collections' setting does not copy books and/or PDFs between devices/computers, all it does is if you have a book or PDF on a device or computer and you move it into a collection on it, then on the other devices/computers that you have that book/PDF on(and the 'sync collections' setting is 'on') it will be moved into the same collection - but it won't copy it onto a device or computer, you need to sync/copy/download it onto each device/computer that you want it.

Purchased song isn't availale for download

I previously purchased a song and accidentally deleted it. When I do a check for available downloads, the song doesn't download. If I go back and try to purchase it again, iTunes recognizes that I have already purchased the song and says to check for downloads. Any ideas how I can get the song back without purchasing it again?

You were lucky. you should always backup your music. While itunes support may allow you to download, they are under no obligation to do so and may not allow this.

If you have failed to maintain a backup and do not have the music on an ipod, then asking for an exception is an option.

Purchased songs not showing up in "purchased music" after computer migratio

I recently had an imac stolen that had a dozen or so songs on it that I had purchased through the iTunes store. Since then, I've obtained a replacement imac (now running 10.5.1 cf. 10.4.11 before), deauthorized the old imac, authorized the new one and restored my files from a Retrospect backup. While my purchased music files still exist, and show up in the library they no longer appear under the "purchased music" selection. Is there a trick to getting them to be recognized as purchased songs?

I had my iphone plugged in when I purchsed the track, so should have been on both iphone and itunes, much like purchasing an app.
Any ideas?

HT201272 An episode of a season pass purchase does not show up as downloadable the day after it has aired on TV.

Bought a season pass to "Revenge" tv show. I usually receive an email the next after the show aired on tv to say it is now ready to be downloaded. For the last episode, no email was received, and checking with the iTunes store says no downloads are available. This has happened once before and I received quick problem resolution from support staff, but this time I was just asked to check for downloads (which I said I had already done) then no further help. Any ideas?

Perhaps the makers of Revenge have not released to Apple yet.

in fact, a LOT is not showing up at the cloud menu for download, nor is it listing my currently downloaded products. what's up?

Jtadnew which operating system are you using? Do you have a full Creative Cloud membership? Is your computer or membership managed in anyway?
