Purchased subscription but can't access features

Hello,
I purchased a monthly subscription to Acrobat Pro. I paid.
Then, I downloaded the product. However, it opened and said "start your free trial."
So it appears I am only in a free trial mode.
I can't access many Pro features, such as "Tools" and "Preflight."
This is annoying. Please help.

There's no difference between the trial version and the full except for the number of days of usage. The trial is good for 30 days.
Since you have purchased the subscription, you can license the trial software by entering your Adobe ID.
The subscription is linked to your Adobe ID.

I purchased Match but can't gain access.

I have an Ipod (older version), Iphone, and now an Ipad. I purchased Imatch but can't make it work. I have music on different systems, but i can't get it ALL on one devise. I started with a desk top for storage and then loaded items to my Ipod. I need someone to help me with putting it all on my phone or pad. Thanks

We need a bit more detail, please.
When you say you have an "older version" iPod, what do you mean? And iPod Classic or iPod Touch? a classic does now work with iTunes Match and an iPod Touch must be a 3rd generation or later with iOS 5.0.1 or later installed.
iTunes Match works by scanning an iTunes library and either matching or uploading the tracks to be mirrored in the cloud. The service does not scan the music on an iOS device. So any music you want available in the cloud must be in the iTunes libary. Any music that is stored on an iOS device but is not in the iTunes library when iTM is activated on an iOS device will be lost.

Creating a new Apple ID isn't the way to fix that problem. All that will do is create a new Apple ID with no record of your previous purchase history or anything else related to iCloud.

have Pages on iPad and MacBook Pro but can't access docs from iCloud on laptop. laptop keeps telling me to purchase pages for iPad (which I've been using on both the iPad and MacBook for months - App store says i have them both too). Both units have current updated systems and apps. Using same apple ID. Calendar and contacts work fine between both machines.

Seriously, no one can really give you a meaningful answer to that, but I'll give it a shot...
The trial software is the real software. To activate it with your subscription you need only log in using the Adobe ID you set up the subscription with.
Is some part of that not working for you? If so, perhaps you could be a little more specific.
Also know this: The folks here on this user to user forum cannot access Adobe's subscription database to work out problems there. Now and again an Adobe representative participates, but it is not guaranteed. Your best bet to work out subscription issues is to call Adobe customer support.

Were you able to reset the account's password ? If not then how did you try to get it reset e.g. http://iforgot.apple.com (which would have sent it to the rescue email address if you have one on that account) ? You can also try contacting iTunes Support in your country to get it reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
And no, accounts can't be merged nor content transferred between accounts.

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

The auto recovery dat should be in the Microsoft User Data folder in your documents folder, not in the Library. However, I Haven't had to look recently.

IPhone 5s can connect to wireless WIFI router but can not access internet.

iPhone 5s can connect to wireless WIFI router but can not access internet at work. The admin says the router lets my iPhone connect to LAN, but the iPhone does not have server IP to access the internet. I entered the server IP and port number in the HTTP PROXY fields but I still can not access the web. Any ideas?

You IT person should be able to sort this out. But, they seems to be too busy or disinterested to do this. Suggest you provide the it person with an iPhone to get interested.
Any could be lots of things.
The best you can do is to get access to the admin setup for networking on a pc? The internet settings are all the same. Only what names the manufactures change from OS to OS. Check and compare parameters.
Phone works to internet at home, I assume?
