Purchased Teacher and Student edition, but with the trial expired, I cannot use any products?

I bought the Teacher and Student edition (one year plan, prepaid), but after the trial expired, I cannot use any products. It asks for a serial number, which to the best of my knowledge, I never received. Is there something I missed?

Trimatirate you will need to locate the serial number you received with your license to use the software for a year. If it is registered then it will be available under your account at http://www.adobe.com/. If you are eligible for a new copy of the Teacher and Student edition, that is the way to go. It is generally cheaper to get new teacher/student versions than upgrade to a commercial version. However, with the Creative Cloud now available, I do not know if the CS 6 teacher/student versions are still available.

Unfortunately that option is not possible.
You cannot upgrade a Creative Suite to a standalone product.
Creative Suites can only be upgrades to other Creative Suites.
You'll need to return Photoshop CS6 upgrade since you cannot use it.
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order
Some options:
Buy a Creative Suite upgrade, or
Buy a full new copy of Photoshop CS6, or
Join the Cloud

Hi, I'm a student in NSW, Australia and just bought Photoshop CS6 Extended Teacher and Student edition. When I went to install it and it asked for a serial number, I couldn't find anything. I found a 'PRODUCT CODE' but that didn't even have enough digits. I have a Mac. Please help me!

we have a little problem. We bought a few days ago PS CS6 Extended Teacher and Student edition and installed. We send the certificate for the teacher to Adobe. After 2 hours we became an e-mail. Into the e-mail was a link so we opened him. But now the problem: the link which was opened says we have an error and we should try it later again. After 1 day we try it again but the link says the same. We hope that you can help us.

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must contact the previous owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Used the add on helper for clipboard and it did not resolve my issue with the problem that I cannot use clipboard with emails.

Try one or more of the following:
> Restart Your Computer
> Uninstall and Reinstall iTunes
> Reset iPod (nothing will get deleted)
> Look in My Computer (Windows 98, XP) OR Computer (Windows Vista or 7) and see if your iPod is in there.
In some cases (and this happened to me before) plug your iPod in and out your computer a few times. It should get it going. If not, then I strongly recommend starting your computer.

This never happened until a few days ago and I didn't knowingly do anything to bring it about. I also just now uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox but that didn't help anything. My internet explorer and all other applications work fine. It is only Firefox that now automatically goes to a full screen view when I launch it and I do not know how to get out of it except by aborting by using ctr+alt+del

Adobe Creative Suite 6 Teacher and Student Edition install hangs 4 minutes before completion

Hi... Running OSX 10.8.5 on Macbook Pro 15inch i7 Retina Display. Have tried to look for AdobeHelp.exe blah blah in Activity Monitor to kill.... can't find unfortunatley.
Used cleaner and tried to reinstall. No luck there either.
Thinking maybe upgrading to Maverick.
Any help greatly appreciated thanks.

Apetr6 are you receiving any specific error messages when trying to install the software? I would also recommend reviewing your installation log files for errors.
