Purchased the $9.99 for Photoshop but haven't received any serial codes?

Adobe has taken $1 from my account which is currently labelled pending. I have downloaded the photoshop and lightroom apps from creative cloud but my only options are 'Trial' or 'License This Software', why don't I have the serial codes though?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Your Windows license might only be installed on a Mac if you install Windows emulation software.
While it might be possible to swap to the Mac platform, which depends on which version is involved, that means giving up the Windows license.

HT4009 I purchased the postcode search for Navigon, but now it just keeps telling me: "You can't purchase This item With This Account, You must purchase the app that this item is for before you can purchase the item". I PURCHASED NAVIGON 2 YEARS AGO!

As said, I already purchased Navigon when it first came out. Since Garmin took over this app is worthless. Not only have I lost all my settings, but none of my in-App purchases work and I can't even enable them because my iPhone tells me I need to purchase the App.
I've already tried the following:
Shutting down the App and restarting
Rebooting my phone (hard and soft)
Deleting and Reinstalling the app
Resetting my iPhone
purchasing the InApp Purchase
I'm at a loss what to do and for some reason I can't seem to find anywhere to get support on this from the itunes store.

Up until 2/28 I used Firefox and AOL for email but have not received any new email since that date and now use Safari.

Unfortunately that option is not possible.
You cannot upgrade a Creative Suite to a standalone product.
Creative Suites can only be upgrades to other Creative Suites.
You'll need to return Photoshop CS6 upgrade since you cannot use it.
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order
Some options:
Buy a Creative Suite upgrade, or
Buy a full new copy of Photoshop CS6, or
Join the Cloud
