Purchased tracks remaining in my wish list

In the last few days, I've purchased a number of tracks in my wish list and instead of disappearing like normal, they remain there as if they haven't been puchased. Note that my library shows that the songs have been purchased. Is there any way to correct this glitch? Thanks.

You can only buy items individually (there used to be a 'buy all' option, but Apple have removed it), which you can do by clicking on their prices (not the downward pointing arrow next to the price)

How do I purchase the music on my wish list? I do not see a 'cart' or a buy button??

There used to be a 'buy all' button on the wish list screen, but for some reason that has been removed on the current version of iTunes. You will need to buy each item individually, there should be a 'buy' button to the right of each.
If you'd like the 'buy all' button to be brought back then you could try leaving feedbackd for Apple and maybe it'll be added back in a future update : http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html

purchase list    can only purchase 1 song at a time, or the complete list   would like to leave some in the wish list for later time

    Hi spajer,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
You should be able to purchase the song on your wish list by clicking on the price to the left of the drop-down menu arrow. EG.

  • HT1368 Can I purchase all the songs on my wish list at once?

How do I purchase the songs on my wish list?
Can I do it all at once or do I need to purchase each song separtely?

You used to be able to buy all items on your wish list in one go (there was a 'buy all' button), but that has been removed (possibly because people were accidentally clicking it) - you will need to buy each song individually by clicking on its price

  • Purchasing a partial wish list

Is there any way to purchase part of your iTunes wish list instead of the whole thing? When I make a purchase, it seems to me there's only one button to hit and that is to purchase the whole thing. Is there any way around this or not?

Sorry but no, there isn't. The only options are to either purchase the entire list or buy the items one by one. You can, if you wish, make your suggestion to Apple through the iTunes feedback page.
    Regards.

  • My wish list isnt saving songs

Songs will not save to my wish list in itunes store and songs already in my wish list will not delete. When I click on a song again to put it in my wish list it says its already in there and cant be added again.

I have the same problem and have contacted apple support by email, still no resolution.  Was told to check it again in a few weeks. I have even purchased the music in my wish list and the wish list does not clear.

  • Complete My Album via Wish List

I would like to know is if "Complete My Album" and the "Wish List" will work together. There is an album I wish to complete, while also purchasing the items in my wish list. When I add the album "to be completed" to my wish list, however, it shows up at full price.
Is there a way to purchase everything at once (at the proper prices) or do I have to make separate purchases?
    T.I.A.

Thank you, for the info. Hopefully, Apple will be able to upgrade the process so that everything can be purchased at one time. I do like having both options.

  • Why cant i purchase my whole wish list....im being told i have to buy each song one at a time

i had the option in july to purchase the whole wish list, now im being told i cant

I have just had the same problem and have spent a good hour trying to figure out where the Purchase Wish List Button has gone. I had an online CHAT with one of the nice Support Desk staff - who didn't know the answer and had to get clarification from her Supervisor.
I couldn't believe it frankly when she told me that they had INTENTIONALLY removed that facility!! OMG! That's ridiculous.
I have likened it to going to a Supermarket and doing a monthly shop - putting all the items on a conveyor belt and then having to pay for every one individually. It's absurd.
I have written to the Feedback Desk and suggested strongly that they change this back asap or else they will lose me as a customer (not that seems much of a threat to a $multi billion company!)
I have also suggested that they take a leaf out of AMAZON's Book and have a proper Checkout facility where you can put individual items into a Basket and go to checkout - and once at checkout you can either purchase everything or remove some items by flagging them Save For Later. They remain in a sort of holding basket where you can quite simply have the option of putting them back into your Basket at a future date. Amazon also have a Wish List Facility which is separate to the Basket Checkout - so they are - it seems - far in advance of iTunes.
Perhaps you could write to the iTunes Feedback Team and suggest the same ? It seems that the more they get requests for certain features the more they listen.
I have advised them that I shall be buying my MP3 music files from Amazon if they don't improve the Checkout options. Suggesting that I buy 40+ songs individually is just plain ludicrous .... and I thought Apple were a leading technology ?!
Please add your comments to the Feedback so we as Customers can get them to see sense ..... and if anybody else is reading this because they've experienced the same problem as we have ..... please put your comments on the Feedback too.
I am refusing to purchase my 25songs and albums until they rectify it. Their loss more than mine.

  • Why do I keep getting an "error 5002" when trying to purchase my wish list?

Why do I keep getting a "error 5002" while attempting to purchase my iTunes wishlist?

I've been trying to figure this out for the past four days myself. I tried everything I could to reset my account information since most of the forums indicated the problem was with my payment information. That didn't ring true for me because I regularly make purchases with no problem. In my case, the problem was that one of the songs I was trying to purchase had been purchased previously. I found this out when I went to each song in my wish list individually and hit the buy button. Surprisingly, each song was purchased and downloaded successfully. When I got to the sixth song or so in my wishlist, iTunes told me that I had already purchased that song and asked if I wanted to download it again. I said yes. I then hit the buy all button for the remaining songs (the behavior that had not worked previously and generated the 5002 error) and the download happened properly.
I realize that the 5002 error seems to be generated by multiple issues, but that is what worked for me. Perhaps you could try the same approach and see what happens if you haven't already resolved your issue. Good luck.

  • Where on earth has the wish list purchase button gone?

Where on earth has the iTunes wish-list purchase button gone?

It does not actually say "Buy."  You just click on the price.

  • I have entered my iTunes code, but am unable to use the amount on my card to purchase songs in my wish list

Because of a past experience with fraudulant charges with Apple, I wish now to pay for my downloads with an iTunes card.  I purchased one for $20, logged on to my account, entered the "redeem" code that was on the new card, and then went into the iTunes store and added songs to my wish list.  When I was finished, I pushed the "Buy All" button to purchases all the songs on my wish list, which totaled less than the amount shown on my account that I had downloaded from my iTunes card. But I found myself in this "loop" of needing to sign into my account (which I already was because it displayed my name) and then it would ask for the "redeem" code.  When I would once again enter that same code from the back of my iTunes card, it told me it was unable to use it because that code had already been redeemed.
Yes, I had loaded that into my account, and it still showed the full amount of the card value next to my name.  That did not change or show it being reduced by the amount I had wanted to purchase from my wish list, so I knew I still have that amount sitting in my "bank" waiting to be spent.
How do I access it, or better yet,  get out of this loop of log in/redeem/already redeemed mess.

Click on the "Start" button. Click "Run." Type the word "cmd" in the open box. When the DOS screen comes up, type "netsh winsock reset." Press "Enter." Type "exit" to close the DOS window and go back to Windows.
    Restart the computer.

  • How do I purchase my entire wish list instead of one song at a time.

how do I purchase my wish list all at one time like I used to. Now it seems I have to purchase each song which is a step backward.

You don't think we've all done that?.............numerous times!
Ever since this change came out I sent feedback the very next day and several times since.
We've had iTunes updates since and Apple just doesn't seem to think it's a big deal.
Why would they get rid of it to begin with?
I don't purchase a can of beans, one bean at a time.
