Purchased TV show doesn't appear on iPod

I purchased an episode of Friends, and downloaded it to iTunes AND my iPod, and I even watched it one time! but the next day, I go to watch it again, and not only has the "TV Show" option disappeared from my Video menu, but so has my purchased episode! i know i still have it, because it is still on iTunes, but I can't seen to get it onto the Purchased playlist, let alone the iPod itself. I'm so confused!

i'm having the same problem with an episode of beavis and butthead I watched it on the computer but then when I synced it to my ipod it won't play just a black screen and I'm not sure what the problem is. I checked the video settings and it didn't help fixing the problem with it. but the podcasts still worked on the 30 gb ipod.

Did you restore the iPod using this iTunes library/computer?
Make sure that yo have the right boxes checked to sync the media

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Movie purchased on iPad doesn't appear on Apple TV

Last week, my son purchased the SD version of Terminator 2 on his iPad and, after syncing to our iMac, we have been able to watch the movie on the computer, my iPhone and an iPod touch. However, the movie doesn't appear in the movies that are listed under the "computers" tab of the home screen of my 2d gen Apple tv.
Of course, I have home sharing set to all of my Apple devices, so that isn't the problem. Additionally, I have the latest version of iTunes, OS X and iOS on the devices. Interestingly, all of the other movies that I have in my movies library in iTunes on my iMac show up on the Apple tv menu - EXCEPT T2!
For what it's worth, I noticed that Terminator 2 is not available to rent on my Apple tv; I don't know if that's merely a coincidence, or an actual explanation for my problem.
Can anyone offer me any insight as to why the T2 movie that was purchased from iTunes on an iPad doesn't even appear on my Apple tv? Is there some kind of default setting that only allows the Apple tv to stream movies that were purchased from the home sharing computer from which it is streaming content, in my case, the iMac?

"Recently Played" playlist doesn't appear on iPod

New video iPod 60 Gig. I can see the "Recently Played" playlist on iTunes, along with the others, but it doesn't appear on the iPod itself. I only get "Recently Added", "On-The-Go" and "90s Music" on the iPod.
Is there something special that I have to do to enable these playlists on the iPod? I thought that they "just worked"; they have done on previous models that I've had.
I had the iPod set up for manual sync, but changed it today to auto-sync. Waited 2 hours for the auto-sync, but it's made no difference; still no "Recently Played" on my iPod. And yes, I have played some songs on the iPod since the auto-sync!!

Purchasing data button doesn't appear on BP

Dear Gurus,
I am facing the following problem.
On the screen in the GUI via tx BP when I display a vendor business partner with supplier role the 'Purchasing data' button does not appear.
I have checked every customizing, tables and SAP notes, (everything looks fine) but could not find the solution. The same happens at other installations of other companies (SRM 5.0 and 7.0 as well).
Any idea?

First, Check whether you have set up the Purchase Organization in the SRM Org structure properly or not. It has to point to correct backend system.
Secndly, Is the vendor extended to that purchase organization in Backend System. check it there
Once you have both the settings in place, replicate the vendor again , it should show data related to that Purchase ORganization in BBPMAININT. You wont be able to see the Purch org and company code data in BP Transaction. It will appear in BBPMAININT

Have you tired using the Spotlight search? Maybe you just can't find it.
Do you have Restrictions on that would hid the app? Settings>General>Restrictions.

- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. What were you doing when the problem arose?
- Did it ever work properly?
- Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.
Posts that consist of "iPhoto doesn't work. Help" or "iPhoto won't print" or "Suddenly I have no photos!!!!!!!!!!" mean that any helper is simply guessing. More information means you get better assistance. (And no, more exclamation marks do not get help faster or make your issue seem urgent. They just make it seem like you have a stuck key )

Synched video doesn't appear on iPod

I tried converting some mpegs and noticed they played ok in iTunes but didn't even appear on the 30 GB video iPod (though they showed up on the iPod's listing under iTunes). Thinking there was something wrong w/ the conversion (some spec that was off), I tried downloading a show from the Music Store (a free one, thankfully). Again, that showed up in iTunes (and played ok there); it showed up in the iPod's listing under iTunes (ie it appears to have synched ok), but doesn't show up anywhere under the video section (or any other section for that matter) on the iPod. I KNOW the one I purchased from the Music Store is encoded ok, and yet the iPod refuses to show it. Any ideas?

Help! I just downloaded Fast Five from ITunes. I then transfered it to my ITouch. It shows the transfer is complete. I can see it under ITunes, BUT when I look on my Itouch, it doesn't show up. I have tried...deleting all videos on the itouch (which then shows the "no video" msg when I touch the video icon). I then transfered the FF video. Purchased TV Show won't sync to iPod with no error messages or action

I've ripped two seasons of a tv show onto my computer and they sync to my video iPod just fine. I purchased the only 3 episodes I wanted of a later season, but they won't sync to the iPod. It gives me no error messages about authorization, and it won't allow me to drag the files to the iPod. Do you think this is an authorization problem? This is the first macbook, iPod, and iTunes account I've ever had.

The key phrase is "iTunes includes the capability to convert SOME movies into a format that can be played on an iPhone or an iPod that supports video playback."
The original poster is a Mac user. I find QuickTime Pro to be an excellent tool on the Mac for converting video files to the touch.
There certainly are some file formats QT won't convert, but if the file he has plays in iTunes it should convert with QT Pro.

Can't get purchased tv shows from itunes to my ipod.

Connect your iPod to iTunes. The display should change to show the Summary tab for the iPod. On the TV Shows tab there is a section that reads Sync all/X most recent/all unwatched/ etc... episodes of all/selected TV Shows/playlists. Make your choices here...

Artist doesn't appear in iPod, but the album is there in Album list in iPod

Very strange problem.
I added an album to my iPod & it shows up fine in iTunes. The ID3 tagging is perfect.
Problem is if I scroll through the Artist list, I can't find the artist, but if I look in the Albums list, the album is there & can be played.
Wondering what the problem could be & if it can be fixed.
I also updated iTunes to the newest version, erased the album from the iPod & re-added the mp3s, but the problem still remains.
Any assistance/suggestions would be greatly welcome!

It could be that you have inadvertently imported these CDs into iTunes as part of a compilation. If so, the artists won't show in the artists menu on the iPod.
To check, highlight the tracks on one of the offending artists CDs in iTunes, right click and select "get info". This brings up a multiple song info window, and from there you can check if you have 'yes' in the box marked "part of a compilation".
If you have, select 'no' instead and click 'ok'. Do this with any CD that has this issue. This will alter the info in iTunes, and you should then connect your iPod and synchronize the changes.
The problem arises because the information contained on the Gracenote CD Data Base (where iTunes gets all it's album/artist/track info from), is sometimes incorrect. It can show CDs as compilations when in fact they are not.
