Purchases won't download, cannot report a problem?

I purchased a music video (actually three) and they're sure as heck showing up in my purchasing history, making me think that I'm going to be charged for them... but they didn't download properly. The downloading symbol just kept spinning and spinning but no progress was being made. After a while of that, I shut down the program, restarted my computer, and it asked for my password (something it never did before).
I went to re-purchase them again and it gave me an error code, but still won't let me download it... but it is again showing even more in my purchase history. I'm out like 10 bucks at this point.
I tried to "report a problem" and it isn't bringing up any pull-down menu.
What are my options? I can't figure out how to get ahold of itunes via phone and their only solutions seem to be via the program.

    What id shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store ? If it's the old one then tap on it and log out of it and then log in with the updated version

    When you go to "Report a problem" next to the item (Great Gatsby) on the email invoice or on the online account  - it takes you to online support - if you elect problems with iTune downloads the page NEVER opens...  no email contact. Please help

    This is bad - I have an Apple automated response that they got my report on 12/6, 12/10 and 12/14, and I haven't heard anything from them since the 6th when I got one reply that told me to do things I tried before reporting the problem. Between the 6th and 10th I replied to their response 4 times and they ignored me, forcing me to report a problem with two more items that wont download but getting no response.
    How do they get away with this kind of behavior, especially for someone with FIVE Core 2 Duo macs and thousands of dollars of of iTunes store purchases? I'm getting really ******.

    I purchased a pass for a tv show and the most current episode downloaded has the correct name but is in fact the previous weeks episode (which was already downloaded). When I tried to report the problem in my purchase history it opens a window to the apple support website. I can't see any other way of reporting the problem. Please help!

    Contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

  • TS1424 App Store purchase won't download

    I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Editor from the App store, and when I try to download it, I get "an error occurred" message. It won't download but I've been charged for it. I've contacted Adobe but they said I have to contact iTunes. I'm using Mac OS X 10.7.4. Any suggestions?

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History.

  • Ibook purchase won't download on ipad

    I purchased a book on my Mac (Mavericks OS) from the iBooks store. It downloaded on my computer. It also downloaded on my iPhone. But when I tried to download it on my iPad Air (OS 8.0.2) it indicates in small gray letters that it is downloading, which is where it has been stuck for the past 12 hours. So I rebooted the iPad. Same result. When I typed the title into the search box in iBook,the book appeared on the screen with the little blue circle with the square dot inside showing next to the title. I tapped it and it became the "read". Then I tapped it and it became the little cloud symbol with the downward pointing arrow. When I tapped that, the little blue circle returned but nothing happened, again.

    I have a similar problem although it is only for one book.  Other purchased books are downloading OK but one I purchased made to be viewed on the ipad will not download.
    Tried signing out of itunes account and signing back in.
    Tried deselecting sync collections
    Tried upgrading ipad to ios8.2
    Really frustrating.  If it can't be fixed it would be nice if I could get the money back for the purchased book that won't download.  Is there any way to do this?

    I just upgraded to current version of iTunes, and when I click on "report a problem" in e-mailed store receipt, the dialog won't open. It only shows the purchase receipt in iTunes. Help please!

    I bought an EP, and none of the tracks fully downloaded.  I only got partial tracks for them.  It cuts off anywhere from 30 seconds to the last minute of each song when I try to play them in iTunes,

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

  • My in-app purchase won't download. Please help!

    I've rebooted my phone and the restrictions are off. So far Rovio (the app developer) has been copy/pasting the same answer into an email, and I've yet to hear back from iTunes, whom Rovio told me to talk to if their fix didn't work. It's getting really frustrating because I paid five bucks and nothing is working to make my in-app purchase appear. When I use the app and go to "restore purchases" it says I never made a purchase, but I have the reciept. Again: I've rebooted my phone to no avail, and I've turned all my restrictions off. So if anyone has any better ideas, I'm all ears. Also, my phone is the 5s, and I'm currently running iOS 7.1 so everything is up-to-date.

  • Purchase billed several times and report a problem doesn't work

    Hello I was trying to get 1 month subscription to a newspaper, got an error during the process. Now in the purchase history I see that the my purchase billed 5 times. Tried to follow the steps to report a problem, but when I click on the "report a problem" link next to the purchase it sends me to the iTunes Support page on the browser. Anybody knows what to do to get my money back?

    Same problem here, also on Snow Leopard, but I am not planning to move to Lion (I have it on another Mac and it doesn't seem worth upgrading to me...).

  • My iPod automatically purchases apps, how can i report the problems by using email, is there emails than i can use?

    I'm from Hong Kong and this is my first time using this.
    In the past few months, my iPod had been automatically purchasing apps/updates/points I had not notice it until this few days when my email showed that I had purchased apps for more than $100USD.
    So ireally want to report these problems to Apple about cancelling my purchases. I did once before and it suceesed. However, this time when i try to used iTunes to report the same problem about my cancelling purchases, it did not allow me and it came straight to Apple websites. I tried it thousand time, and it still doesn't work.
    Therefore, my question is than is there any other way that i can contact with Apple Store such as through e-mail.
    If any one knows what is the email or any other way, please reply.

    Try going to Apple Support, and e-mailing them from there.  If you got hacked, they will probably be able to cancel the purchases.  They are great.

    Why won't they download to the iPod?  I assume you have double checked to make sure they are configured to sync to your iPod Classic via the iPod's Music configuration in iTunes? To access this tab, plug your iPod in and when it appears in iTunes, select it from under Devices. To the right, locate the Music tab along the top and click on it. Under this tab, you can configure how and what music content is synced to the device.
    If you make any changes to this tab, be sure to hit the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to sync the updated changes to your iPod.
    Or do you manually manage the iPod's contents?
