Purchasing a developer account!

Hi,
Yesterday I purchased an individual developer account from Microsoft. I received an email from Windows Store team greeting me for the purchase and suggested me a link to go to dashboard to reserve and submit apps, but
I cant access my dashboard, that link redirects me to a webpage that is used to create and purchase a developer account from the beginning. What I must do now? I havent received yet a receipt for the purchase.

I access the Windows Store and Windows Phone Store Dashboards using this link:

It asks me for my Microsoft-Account credentials and then I arrive at the Dev Center Dashboard.

Multiple "publisher" names on one apple developer account?

Hi, I would like to purchase whatever apple account you need to submit apps to the app store. However, some will be games that I will be working on with some other people, and some will be utilities developed by myself. I want to be able to submit these apps under different publishers, is this is simple as changing the company name when I make the project in xcode? Sorry, I have yet to submit anything to the app store so I don't really know how this works

If the other people want their names on their apps in the store, they should have their own accounts.
The company name in Xcode for each project has nothing to do with the finished app in the store.

The title says it all. I downloaded OS X Lion Server using my apple developer account? Will it stay after my 1 year enrolment is over? I basicaly signed in and redeemed a code to download OS X Lion Server. It is now in my purchased list in the Mac App Store. But I got it by redeeming a code that I got through being an Apple Mac Developer. I wanted to know if I decided not to pay $99 next year to renew my enrolment, will I still be able to keep OS X Lion Server in my purchased list in the Mac App Store. When I click on More Apps by Apple in the Mac App Store, it takes me to the page with all their apps. OS X Lion Server says it is installed. But I want to know if it will still be in the purchased menu after the enrolment is finished and not renewed.

I am a new Mac Developer. I checked the page you gave me and I think it's more to do with topics about programming and using the developer tools and pre-release software. I don't think my question relates to any of the topics there. OS X Lion Server has already been released and is available for the public. I was planning on buying it. But before I did that I wanted to become a developer. So I enrolled in the Mac Developer program and I went to download OS X Mountain Lion Developer Preview 2 when I realized that I could also download the already released OS X Lion Server which was available for $50. So instead of buying it from the Mac App Store, I just got the redemption code from the Mac Developer Center and downloaded it free of charge (I did pay the $99 to be a Mac Developer though). Now it has been added to the purchased list in the Mac App Store and when I click the More Apps by Apple button in the Mac App Store, it takes me to the page with all Apple apps. And now on that page it says that OS X Lion Server has been installed. I am just wandering if once my enrollment is over next year April, and I decide not to renew my enrolment, will I still be able to have the OS X Lion Server in my list of purchased apps and still be able to re-download it? Sorry if this is too long, but I am trying to be as clear as possible. Sometimes when I ask questions, I wait a whole day and go back there, only to find out that they didn't understand what I meant. No iOS Developer Account Activation email for more than 6days!

Hi everyone,
I have purchased the iOS 1 year Developer Account, and received the INVOICE RECEIPT email telling me that I will receive the activation email within 24 hours.
However, I have not received the second, activation email with my activation code.
Have any of you experienced the same problem?
If you know the solution or origin of this issue, could you help me?

Well over 48 hours now for me. I spent 3 weeks checking every few hours if enrollment was back online and now I'm having to spend additional days waiting for activation D:
They sure didn't have any trouble taknig my money though
Edit: So I managed to get hold of someone at Apple and apparently they have a problem with their internal systems that means none of the enrollments are accessible to them, or something like that. There is no ETA on a fix. Probably looking at days more.

Unable to activate apple developer account

I tried to activate my recently purchased developer account but I got this message:
We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership.
I tried calling developer support but they are closed. I thought this problem may be beacuse I am under the age of 18 so is there any way to transfer it to another account?

You wait until Monday, call Apple and politely ask for a refund.

App scam in progress or hacked developer account

Hi all,
How do I report a scam in the App Store? Or it could be that an iTunes developer account was broken or hacked into. The app called "A True Level" has been priced around $2 for 90+ days. According to AppSniper, the app is on "sale" for $20 down from $100. in the iTunes App Store the price is currently $19.99. Either the developer is trying to pull a scan or their account has hacked into.
I do now see were to report a concern unless the app has been purchased. I'm trying to stop someone from getting ripped off. Hopefully, I've put enough buzzwords in this message to catch the eye of the forum moderators.

If you believe that the app is or has been mispriced, you should contact the developer:

They can contact the App Store and work out the problem, if one exists. Note that they appear to have two versions, the full version and a "free" version which used to cost $2.99 but was dropped to free back in November, from what I've read. So there may be no "scam" going on, just some confusion between the now-free and paid versions.

IOS developer account disabled

Hi,
My IOS developer's account is disabled 1 to 2 months ago. I have tried calling apple support center several times but none of them are able to help me. I gave my last try to the Apple US support center, and she advised me to call my bank. I was confused for a moment, wondering how does my bank is related to my account being disabled. At a sudden, I recalled that my itune account was compromised and my bank has stopped a transaction. But how does it apply to my IOS developer account? I am still using my itune account to purchase apps recently. I raised my question to her again, indicating it is the IOS developer account and not iTune account. She kept on insisting, "Call your bank to ask why it is disabled." It does not make sense to call my bank asking why my iOS developer account is disabled. Later she told me she will get someone to call me back, which I think it is unlikely as this has happened before when I called the call center (Asia). I am totally disappointed and upset on the level of support by Apple, and hopes someone can guide me on how to proceed further to get my IOS developer enable again.
I have tried to do some research on the internet and realized it is because of the new iOS5 beta. Apple is preventing people from sharing the iOS5 beta version. But it does not make senses to me, as i dont share my iOS beta version. I have 1 iphone and 1 ipad installed with iOS which are owned by me. Is it because of this? If so, why is it so? My mind is flooded with question marks now.
I am a big fan of Apple but now I am shaken by such a low level support provided by the call center department, hopefully the quality support can be improved in the near future.

I am still unable to open iOS Dev account. Today I am going to Barclays Bank, Islamabad F7. May be they have any information. Most of the people said that It can only be achieved with Credit Card of Standard Charter or Barclays, but somewhere I read that Barclays is the partner Bank of Apple in Pakistan. So may be they have any information regarding this. Also the Credit Card must be on your name. If I got any information I will tell you. If you found any information let me know.

ITunes purchase to wrong account

Now we have three accounts on this computer, have put all my kid's IPod library on one playlist in my account for update of her IPod (since we put all our CDs on that one account to avoid dupes) and let her share my library to listen.
Purchased a song in her account by accident. Is there some way that I can get this purchase into my account so we can put it on her IPod? If I update the IPod to her account it erases everything else that was on it. Likewise with the one song on it, update the usual way and it erases that song.
No doubt a file sharing protection, but I bought the song and the IPod and just put the song in the wrong place. Can I copy to a disc and then copy disc to ITunes?

Is there something missing? Nobody has any suggestions? Or is this poor song fated to live all by itself on my daughter's account while her IPod blissfully plays every other song in her playlist?

Previously purchased tab on iPad shows purchases from multiple accounts?

We share a home account across 2 iPads. On 1 iPad if you look at previously purchased apps, it shows apps from another old
iTunes account I had, but no longer use for current purchases.
If an iPad is signed in with one account, why is it showing previously downloaded apps from a different iTunes account?
I would think it would only show apps for the currently logged in id?
Only thing I can think of is the 1 iPad has an app that was previously purchased with the older account, and copied over via
Home sharing possibly.

To clarify, if I log into each apple account seperately in iTunes on the PC, the 1 application shows under previous purchased Apps on both accounts. BUT it was only purchased under 1 account.

How do you transfer purchases from one account to another

I've used itunes since it's conception and have had several Ipods. Unfortunately, I also have two accounts. I'd like to consolodate all my purchases of songs and apps to one account for app update purposes and playing music on one set of authorized computers. Is there a way to do this?

My wife has a laptop and an iphone 4s, I have a laptop and and iphone 4s, our two sons have our old iphone 3s, we have an old laptop for our sons to use. Our old iphones for our sons are deactivated as phones - so they are used as i-touches for songs, pictures and aps. I want to use icloud (which I'm new to) to hopefully have all four iphones and all three computers stay synced with at least music - if not aps and pictures. My wife has an apple ID and I have one. I'd like to authorize all three laptops for both apple IDs so that we will still have our own accounts, but everything either of us buys will be automatically loaded into all three laptops and all four iphones. Can this be done?

Each person in your home can have their own Apple ID provided it is tied the their own separate email address.
iTunes permits up to five authorized computers connected to a single Apple ID: iTunes Store- About authorization and deauthorization.
For this all to work well, however, each user in your household should have a separate user account on the computer they commonly use.

You may have already done this, but try de-authorizing your computer (through the iTunes:Store menu) and then re-authorizing it.

Transfer Purchases between iTunes accounts

On my iPhone, I have several a mixture of applications bought from 2 different iTunes accounts (2 separate email addresses)
Is there any way I can transfer all the applications that were purchased using email account 1 to email account 2?
I no longer use the first iTunes account created and would like to bring all my applications and songs into the one iTunes account?

I had this same issue.
Simple answer: I couldn't transfer the apps downloaded from the original account. They are associated and linked with that account.
The only thing I could do was to re-download everything with the new, current account. Even paid applications.
If you have a lot of paid applications (or music) associated with the original account, you might be able to get someone from Apple to help you. I didn't own that much that I paid for, so it wasn't a big deal for me.
