When purchasing the Acrobat Standard, is it only available to download onto (1) computer

Test Screen Name is correct - you can utilize your copy for two computers. But be sure you keep the SN just in case one of your computers crashes. That way you can contact us so we can deactivate one of your copies to be used on a new computer.

    If you purchased a subscription, there is no serial number. Sign in with your Adobe ID to license the software.

    If you have Acrobat Standard, it is Windows software. You cannot install Windows software on your Mac.
    If it was purchased, get a refund.
    If it was bundled, then you just can't use it.

    Acrobat Pro is available for Mac OS. Please Contact Customer Care--an agent will be able to convert your Standard subscription to a Pro subscription, if you'd like (the Pro subscription does cost a bit more than Standard, however).

    I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, couldn't find an obvious purchasing place for this one to go. I've been looking at purchasing and downloading the standard version of acrobat to use for work. I'm a teacher in the UK and I can't seem to find a price for this version. It's quite easy to find the pro version price for students and teachers but not the standard version. I'm probably just not clicking the right button somewhere but can anyone help?

    I can't find the price for standard. It may be that student/teacher validation is required first. In any case, the academic version is found at PDF writer | Adobe Acrobat XI Standard subscription. I would suggest the pro version instead unless you are really pressed for the $$ that bad.

  • Adobe acrobat standard serial number  is not recognized and cannot install?

    I purchased acrobat standard and have a serial number and order number but in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome it is marked as invalid number when I try to install it.  I have tried the serial number with and without dashes but same results.  I have spent a lot of time but no results.  Not happy about this.  Installation should be simple and user friendly.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Last month I installed a 30 day free trial of Acrobat professional.  Now I just purchased Acrobat Standard XI and I am having issues with the Install.  I get an error message " Setup has detected that you already have a more functional prodcut installed.  Setup will not terminate."  Does anyone have solution to my problem?

    Did you have an applications disk that came with the Dell? Any more many manufacturers are not including the disks, but tell you how to create them. It often requires DVDs anymore for all that is included. Depending on your system, you might still be able to recover the CDs or DVDs from your system. If so, the Acrobat distribution should be there.
