Purchasing additional download bundle, serial number not working

I got an email last Wednesday that said I was out of downloads. I followed the link, purchased some more and received an email from Adobe with a serial number. When I put the serial number in it says that "serial number not valid".
I've gone through 20 layers of customer support at Adobe and nothing has been resolved. I tried the serial number agian this morning and still got the serial number is not valid.
I need to get to the right person at Adobe.

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone from Apple might read this- don't know where else to go to ask...
I am new to FCP....just beginning to understand and use the program after having installed it many months ago. The software was a gift from a friend who wasn't using it... FCP 5.1.4 and early versions of Motion, Soundtrack Pro, Cinema Tools, etc. It's all legal, and my good friend who gave it to me is a very ethical person...everything came in the original box, original packaging, Apple discs, etc.....no copies of anything.
I remember when I first installed it I had some issues with the serial number, and there seemed to be two different serial numbers...one on the install discs and another on some other stickers that were on the manual or in the box...
The problem is that I'm out of the US right now and only have the discs- and the box and Manuals are back in the states in storage.
Now that I am finally understanding the program and getting turned on to do cool things with it, it occurred to me to go looking for any reliable free-stuff I could find for it...and so I first went to Apple to look for updates and plugins.
When I enter the serial number on the install discs (which is the same one that comes up in "About Final Cut Pro") the Apple site tells me it's an invalid serial number. I triple-checked whether I made any mistakes...so I know I typed everything in exactly as it is on the disc sticker.
I know the software is legitimate- but the other serial number which I think helped me register the software in the first place is many thousands of miles away from me....
Any suggestions? Other than that, why would this stuff have more than one serial number anyway?
Finally, if You are aware of any worthwhile free stuff for FCP, let me know!

5.1.4 is as high is that version went. The next version was 6.0 (part of Final Cut Studio 2), and that was a paid upgrade. We are now on FCP 7 (Final Cut Studio 3).

The ones on the disk? There aren't any on the disk. The real serial numbers are the ones on a sheet with the manuals.
But, you are as high as you can go...so no need for updating.

The most likely explanation is that you downloaded the Creative Cloud version of Lightroom instead of the standalone version of Lightroom (which you can download from here).
If that doesn't work, you'd need to provide a lot more details, including version of Lightroom, operating system, and exactly what you are doing that doesn't work.

The license is for two copies of Photoshop by one user on two different computers that can not be used at the same time.Contact Adobe customer service by phone. Only they can help you.
They will deactivate both copies of Photoshop.

Purchase additional download bundles for Pro Account?

Can I purchase online? or do I need to go thru my re-seller? I cannot find a way to purchase online...
I am concerned that my limit will reach zero during this long holiday weekend.

At this time, you will need to contact your reseller to purchase additional fulfillments. While anyone can purchase addition fulfillment bundles online (you're purchasing a serial number that you redeem in the DPS Dashboard), you can only redeem the serial number if you purchased your Professional Edition subscription through the Adobe Store. Therefore, if you purchased your subscription through a reseller, you will need to purchase additional fulfillment bundles through a reseller as well. In the very near future, we will remove this limitation and allow customers who purchased their subscriptions from a reseller to purchase fulfillment bundles in the Adobe Store (and vice versa).
The good news is that if you don't get the purchase completed before your fulfillments run to "0", Adobe will continue to fulfill downloads to your customers. We built a 30-day "grace period" into the system for just this reason. During the grace period however, you won't be able to publish new or updated folios so you might want to get that order in ASAP.

Lightroom5 Serial Number not working - GRRRR!

I've recently bought a copy of Lightroom 5, but the serial number I received in the confirmation email to upgrade my copy of the software from a trial package to the real deal does not work. Any tips on how to get a new serial number or make this original one work??

Adobe CS5.5 Design Premium Serial Number Not Working

I just wiped my macbook pro harddrive and upgraded to Lion OSX. I bought the CS5 Design Premium last year (in a case). Unfortunately, my discs are unavailable, but I do have the correct serial number. When I downloaded the CS5.5 Design premium trial (to plug in my serial number), it says it isn't valid. Is there a place that I can download the CS5 Design Premium Suite so that my serial number will work? Help! I'm a photographer and I need PS to work immediately!

Maddiewilbur have you lost your installation media or is it just unavailable for the moment? If you will have access to the installation media at a later time I would recommned installing the trial of Design Premium CS5.5 and then remove it and install CS5 once you have access to it.

I downloaded cs3 through prodesign tools but my serial number is not working does that mean I installed it on too many computers. I only have it on my old desktop now which I'm using to print from my epson 3800 and I'm a little scared to uninstall that. Can I just use the cs3 trial for now and enter the serial number lately. Will the cs3 trial mess up downloading the cs5 trial? Thx, Mark

What message does it fail with, specifically? That would help answer your question.
If you can no longer deactivate your Photoshop CS3 license from an old system because it's no longer running, you may well be able call Adobe's customer support line and get them to reset the activation information in their server database for you, by explaining your situation to them.

Photo bundle serial will not work in lightroom 5.4.

I just bought a photo bundle membership but the serial number will not work in lightroom 5.4.
I hade a tril version of LR5.4 which has now run out so I purchased the PhotoShop LightRoom bundle but the serial number will not activate LightRoom.

You have to install Lightroom 5.4 through the CC Application Manager. Before you can do this proceed as follows.
Uninstall the LR 5.4 trial (Mac drag the application from your Application sub folder) win use the Control Panel feature to uninstall. Your user presets, catalog etc will remain in place.Reboot your system then open the CC Application Manager and the LR download should be available for download. You will not have to actually input the serial number.
Both applications are the same just the licensing procedure is different in the Creative Cloud.

I am in Canada and heard about the trial offer
yesterday. I can't find a trial download button that
will actually download the program. I keep getting
stuck on a page that asks for my personal information
but that page doesn't have a button to click to
download the program.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?? Does anyone
have a link to the correct page (if I am in the wrong
area as I have looked everywhere!)

Was the same for me. This is actually because the field where you put in your personal information is no scrollable window. Mark the text with the additional information at the bottom of this white screen with the mouse and pull it further down. This "scrolls" the window down and revels the download button. This solved it for me.
But still the serial number is not working for me.

Photoshop CS5 serial number not working?

I bought and downloaded Photoshop CS5 from this site about two years ago, and since then have purchased a new computer. I want install CS5 on this new computer, but my account isn't listing CS5 under my lists of products. When I try and register the serial number I found under my program's System Info, I get an error message that says my serial number isn't valid.
A little while ago, adobe had an information leak and my account was one of the ones listed as possibly compromised- could this be the issue?
If not, why won't it let me register CS5 to my account? I really want it on my new computer. I purchased the product legitimately and I don't want my money disappearing after only two years.

Explain your situation to Customer Support, and see if you can submit some sort of proof. For example a credit card statement. Your bank can help you with that. See if your ISP can fish up the email.
Also if you purchased it as an Educational discount, you might get in touch with that section.
We are users and perhaps a Staff member may drop by, but for now that's the best advice.

We are new Adobe Certified Resellers. I was informed that via the Adobe Partner Connection portal I can install an NFR extended trial copy of Adobe eLearning suite 6.1 for demo and training purposes. So I downloaded this software (version 6.1 WIN) from the website above but the serial number provided on the same page is not working with the message "The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. If the problem persists contact support".I am sure that I am typing the correct one (as I find it on the web page), tried several times, also tried copy-paste to be sure.
