Purchasing creative cloud and getting sys err 000001

I've been trying to purchase creative cloud (from a trial version) and keep getting this error message upon completion:

I am purchasing from Asia. Based in Singapore and traveling now in Phils (purchasing online in Phils) -- could that be why it is making that error?

Did you tried with any other browser.
Also, try to delete the broswer cache and then go to the purchasing process again.

    My order # is AD002107545EDU and I thought the problem was resolved. With the exception that the adobe cloud is somehow in my startup and I have never been able sign in correctly there. I had been able to sign in after things were corrected with your tech. If the situation can not be resolved just cancel and refund my funds because frankly your online tutorials are small and can not be viewed very well. I can get better video with techupcomp.

  • I keep getting signed out of Creative Cloud and getting reverted back to trial version

    I get signed out a lot whenever I work off of an external USB hard drive.  I've also noticed that I get signed out a lot whenever I plug or unplug USB devices (like Wacom tablets, USB drives, mouse, etc).  I suspect that the Creative Cloud manager is monitoring my system configuration and signing me out whenever it thinks I've switched to a different computer?????
    Sometimes, I get signed out when I'm already working in the middle of somthing in Photoshop CC.  This is pretty frustrating and it totally disrupts my workflow.  Is there any way to stay signed in to Creative Cloud?  

    The suggestion does/did not help.  The problem is NOT that I can't log back in.  The issue is that I keep getting logged OUT.  I've always been able to log back in, but why do I need to keep logging in again when I'm working on the same computer?  I lose about 2 minutes everytime I need to log back into Creative Cloud.  If I have to log in 30 times, I lose a whole hour. 
    Typically, this is what happens to me.  I'll be in Lightroom doing RAW processing.  Then I'll get to a point when I need to bring the image into Photoshop.  When I launch Photoshop (ctrl + E), I'll get a message saying I need to sign in.  I sign in but then I get a message saying I need to complete my registration (which I ignore because otherwise, I'll be filling in the registration over and over and over  and over again).  I also always get the message to accept Adobe's Terms and Conditions again (which I've accepted many many many times already).  The odd thing is, when this happens, the image does not open in Photoshop.  I have to close Photoshop, return to Lightroom and hit ctrl + E again (losing more time).
    Sometimes, when I sign back in, I get a message saying I'm using Trial software (huh????).
    I'm a software engineer myself.  I am almost positive that the Creative Cloud desktop app is using an algorithm that tries (but fails miserably) to figure out that I'm installing the Creative Cloud apps on different machines.  I understand that you guys are trying hard to keep people from installing the apps on more than 2 machines, but this is an awful way to do it.

    Make sure Creative Cloud subscription assigned to your email address, you may log in to below link and check
    Adobe ID
    If the subscription is assigened.
    Open Creative Cloud App
    Click Gear icon on the top right corner and click on Preferences
    Then click on accounts and sign out
    Then sign in back. Make sure to use the email address which you have used to subscribe

    That's the support number. Good luck though I just spent an hour and a half on with them for a very similar problem. They offered no solution and in the end said they would only give me help if I purchased additional technical support.
    As soon as I cool down I'm going to call back and demand a refund and cancellation of my subscription. It's one thing for the software to have problems, but I shouldn't have to pay more for it to work!

    I had Acrobat installed before I purchased creative cloud and it worked fine.  Ever since I installed it through creative cloud I can't get it to work. It launches, and lets me scan though a few pages with the page down and then just quits unexpectedly.
    I've updated all the software as it has come through application manager. I need to be able to get into the software and edit some PDFs for a client but Im at a loss as to what it could be.
    Hardware: Macbook Air 11" 1.6 Ghz 4GB ram
    Mac OSX 10.7.4

    We have purged the system of all adobe files using adobe cleaner and have re-installed after fixing permissions and other minor disk issues, and then running a full course of maintenance and cleaning tasks with Oynx but still no luck.
    We too have no real use for Reader, but in the moment all we needed to do was open a pdf but Reader had the same sympoms as Acrobat, thank god for Preview!
