I would like to ask about purchasing items on an iPad2.
WHen using Safari browser would you say this is safe and secured?
Would you say it's the same for 3rd-party browsers as well?

If you mean the Bookmarks Bar (not the toolbar above it) you can add items to that by choosing Bookmark from the Share icon (rectangle with arrow coming out of it) and then choosing to add the bookmark to the Bookmarks Bar section in the popup that appears.

IPad could not be Synced because it is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on iPad

I recently purchased an IPAD AIR and synced ir with my comuter. 14 days later I try and SYNC it and I get a message " The IPAD could not be synced because this computer is no longe authorized for purchased items that are on this IPAD. The apple id's are the same and only 2 devices authorized. Meessage states to go to STORE and Authorize Computer. When I do I get a Message it is already authorized

The problem appeared to be a Pending Request on the IPAD for the new ICLOUD option to share Keychain. I cleared that up and it appears that fixed the issue. Thanks for your help

Cannot view purchased items in itunes on IPad 2

When accessing itunes on my Ipad 2, I am not able to view previous purchases from the itunes store. Thus, I cannot get to any podcasts that I subscribe to. Can anyone help me figure out why I'm locked out of my own purchase history?

Your question can be taken two ways.
If you are trying to watch movies that you downloaded in iTunes, you view them in the Videos App on the iPad, not in the iTunes app. iTunes on the iPad is a link to the store, not a media player.
If you are trying to view past purchases in the iTunes app, are you looking in the Purchased Tab of the Movies Section - Not on this iPad?

Strange, because I bought other songs in the past, and I see them "everywhere".
But now, I have just bought a new album, and it is not in my ipad, not in my iphone, not in Apple TV.
Yes, the computer is authorised and yes, I can listen to it in my computer.

There is nothing to accept. That simply is there if you wish to review the ToS.
Click a different button at the bottom of the iTunes screen.

Music purchased on iTunes downloaded to iPad but not seen in iPod App

Bought a bunch of music files last night at the iTunes store. Downloads looked fine, with progress bars moving nicely for each file; all files downloaded in a reasonable amount of time. I was doing some other stuff on the iPad during part of the download session, but each time I checked the iTunes downloads, they were still moving along. My credit card was charged, and my iTunes account shows that the files were purchased and are no longer available for download. After the downloads were complete, I hit the "Purchased" button to listen, and none of the files are there, just the old stuff that came over onto the iPad during a previous sync. Tried relaunching the iPod app and rebooting the iPad. Had recently updated to v4.2 of the OS.

I have not read this but with a very quick search in the search area in the upper right corner of the Apple web site next to support, I found this when I typed - "purchased music does not appear in iPod on my iPad

File transfer purchased items is gone from menu

When i am backing up my son's iphone 4 itunes warns that there are purchased items. I used to able to go to file and transfer purchesd items from phone to itunes then sync. His phone needs replacement so I am backing it up and will restore to a 4s iphone. Does he just need to redownload them from icloud after I activate new phone? I was hoping for the old file>transfer purchaes option. Thanks for your advice

My iphone tells me that i have to re-buy purchased items that i used to have on my iphone. For example, i downloaded a song and i deleted it off my iphone, but when i wanted to download it back onto my iphone it told me to buy it when i purchased it days ago. The problem is that i want to download purchased items i downloaded in the past but it says for me to repay for it and so i dont know if i was ripped off or not. the cause of this problem was that my iphone synced to another iphone from itunes and got everything from the other iphone and i lost all my music and contacts. Thus, i tried to redownload all my music back on and it wouldn't let me from the itunes store. is ther a solution to this problem?

When you say the iPad is your sister's and was reset, did you remove all settings and set it up with your Apple ID? If not, and it still has your sister's Apple ID then the security questions are hers and you must use her answers.

I have tried re-authorizing and the error persists.
I have also tried de-authorizing ALL my devices, then re-authorizing and that did not help either.
My husband and I share this iPad and we have set up family sharing.
We have also each purchased apps using our separate iTunes accounts before I set up the family sharing.
How can we fix this error message so that I can back the iPad up to my Mac again?
Husband thinks that at some point we each synced the iPad to our respective Macs.
Could that be it?

I'm not using family sharing, but if you want to sync or backup the iPad with ITunes, I believe that you have to be signed into the same ID on the iPad that you are signed into on the computer and you also have to be authorized for all Apple ID's on that computer that you want to sync or backup with.
DO you have multiple iTunes libraries on the one computer?

The iPad is fine. But the computer you're syncing with needs to be authorised with the Apple ID that was used to buy the material on the iPad. You do this by picking the 'Authorize' item from the menu in iTunes and entering the account name and password.
