Push notifications stopped on my iPhone4 -- help please!

A week or so ago push notifications stopped on my iPhone 4, email, apps, everything. When I open certain apps a message pops up telling me to connect to iTunes to configure push notiications but I can't figure out where. Email is obviously the big issue I'm worreid about and I've checked my settings and all looks in order. I've even rebooted my phone but to no avail. Anyone know where or how to fix this?

I have implemented push notification on my application, it was working fine on development and production environment. But push notification is stop automatically on my all devices for all runing and published application on both environment development and production.
After discussion with my provider, They ask all port are open for APNs. Also i am sure about firewall on my server. I am able to create all necessary certificates (SSL certificates) and getting device token from APNs sucessfully. My third party api is able to send notification sucessfully but am not able to get notification on device. My application is registered for push notification on my device.

But i am not able to test push notification immediately the development environment.
Please suggest us.

Check with your iSP. There may be a limit to files sizes.

I had the identical problem. I still don't know how to sync the tasks, but here's how I did the contacts and calendar:
1. Connect the 4s to the computer.
2. Open iTunes.
3. Click the iPhone box in the upper right corner.
4. Click on the info tab.
5. Hit the checkbox Sync Contacts with... and choose Outlook from the dropdown box.
6. Ditto for Calendars.
7. Hit Apply.
My problem was that originally, I wasn't getting the checkboxes. I turned off the iCloud settings on the 4s. That did the trick.

Push notifications stopped working on textfree, running 6.1.6 and textfree 7.2

Textfree push notifications were working fine and then stopped. Have the push notifications settings on and do not disturb off. Any help appreciated.

Ok so apparently they FIXED it!!
-Go to the facebook app on phone
-Go to Account Settings
-Go to Notifications
-Go to Mobile Push
-Look at the top of the screen and it said "Sound for push notifications"
-Edit it to ON for all notifications
They fixed it I now receive sounds for notifications!!!!!

Upon transferring from 4s to 5s, some push notifications stopped. How do I get them back?

I transferred my data from my old iPhone 4s to my new iPhone 5s and some of my push notifications (like from AP Mobile, Dark Sky, Weather) stopped working. These notifications still arrive on my iPad 3, so that's how I know that there are notifications that I am missing.
What I've tried: I've deleted, for example, the AP Mobile app, restarted the phone and then reinstalled the app from the cloud. I've repeatedly turned off its settings and turned them on in the Notification area of Settings. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Should I have done a sync with iTunes after I deleted the app?
What still works: turning on an app's push notifications for the first time works as expected, and the push notifications from Apple's own iOS7 apps work fine.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Exchange 2003 push notifications not working on iPhone4 running iOS 5

My Exchange 2003 push notifications are not working on my iPhone4 (iOS5). For this account I need to fetch. I know that at one point I was receiving push notifications from the Exchange 2003 account prior to upgrading to iOS 5 but unfortunately I did not actively monitor push notifications for this accout prior to upgrading to iOS 5. Push notifications work fine for other email accounts on this phone including an Exchange 2007 account. Are there any issues specific to iOS 5 and Exchange 2003 with regard to push notifications?

The 'fix' that is decribed in the first post does not work. The only workaround is if you are on Wi-Fi, turn off Cellular Data and then reset the push service by turning on Airplane mode for a few seconds and then turn it back off. Seems to be an issue with the iOS talking to the new LTE CDMA chip on Verizon and Sprint iPhone 5s.

Push Notification stopped working.

Hi, my iPad device has stopped receiving Push Notification for my application. There is no Socket connection Exception at the server. Also, the same app runs fine on 2 other devices with same profile and Push Notification is received. How can I find out if there is some problem with the device or Apple Push Notification server (APNs) has stopped sending the Notifications.

I noticed some problems:
1. The command serveradmin settings mail:imap:notification_server_port showed port number 5218, while jabberd_notification is running on 5219. I was able to change this permanently to 5219 by exporting settings in server admin, change them and import them again.
2. The value of notification:secret above was the same as in the config files in /etc/jabberd_notification/, but the value resulting from the command
serveradmin settings mail:imap:notification_server_password
was different and did not occur in the config files. Is it meant to be different?
This value of mail:imap:notification_server_password happens to be determined by an entry in the keychain. So I used the Keychain Access app to change it.
Both changes did not solve my problem, however.
I also could find that from config files in my backups that previously jabberd_notification was running on port 5218. What could have changed it 5219? And might this be the reason that push_notify discards all messages?
I would appreciate any suggestions!

Push Notifications Stop Working

I'm having a problem receiving push notifications on my iPhone 5 (Verizon). This affects push email (iCloud and Exchange), iMessage, and third-party apps. Push notifications will work normally for some period of time (on average, a few hours, sometimes less) and then stop working. Toggling airplane mode or restarting the phone will restart the push notifications service and temporarily fix the problem. But it then recurs. I've tried resetting network settings and backing up & restoring the phone, but the problem recurs.
I've also noticed that the apsd process is crashing on my phone. APSD is the Apple Push Service Daemon. It seems every few hours or so, it crashes with exception EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT), and the phone stops displaying push notifications. You can see the crash logs in Settings-->General-->About-->Diagnostics & Usage-->Diagnostic & Usage Data.
I have no problems (and no similar crash logs) on my iPhone 4S (AT&T) and iPad 3rd-gen (Verizon), both of which are running iOS 6. Is anyone else having similar issues and has anyone gotten a response from Apple?

Same problem, wiped and restored phone and it fixed it temporarily (just like restarting or toggling airplane mode would). Only seems to affect my corporate Exchange account, as I have my Gmail account added as an Exchange account to take advantage of Push and Contact syncing and it continues to work fine. I tested with another iPhone 5 in our organization and it has been working fine since the user got it.
However, I don't see APSD in Diagnostic & Usage Data, I'm not sure how long that log is kept but it has stopped working twice since I performed a restore on the phone, last night and again this morning (only a few minutes after I restarted).

Whatsapp notifications doesn't work anymore, help please

I have a problem with my Whatsapp application on my Iphone 4. Since 1 week now I do not receive any push notification for new messages and I have to open the app to receive them. Moreover, all my notifications settings are "on" to accept Whatsapp notifications (on whatsapp and on the phone settings).
I tried to reinstalled Whatsapp, delete everything from my iPhone and then restore my data with the backup on my computer but it did not change anything, I still can't receive any notification, unless I open the application. However, I noticed that I can receive notifications when I've just closed the app (within 2-3 minutes) but after that, nothing anymore... Very strange.
Does anyone have an idea why? And any suggestions to try fix this problem?
For info, I'm using an Iphone 4, iOS 7.1.2, Whatsapp 2.11.8

FINALLY FOUND THE SOLUTION :
SAVE ALL YOUR PHOTOS ON YOUR PC WITH CAMERA SCANNER, SAVE ALL YOUR CONTACTS / NOTES / REMINDERS TO ICLOUD.
THEN DO "ERASE CONTENT FROM IPHONE" IN THE RESET OPTION.
WHEN THE IPHONE RESTARTS, SELECT "CONFIGURE AS NEW IPHONE", AND GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF STARTING UP.
ONCE ON HOME SCREEN, INSTALL WHATSAPP AGAIN FROM APP STORE AND VOILA, IT WORKS FINE. NOTIFICATIONS AND ALL.
GET YOUR CONTACTS BACK FROM ICLOUD, GET YOUR MUSIC BACK FROM ITUNES.
INSTALL ALL YOUR APPS AGAIN FROM SCRATCH. ;(
THATS THE ONLY SOLUTION TILL NOW.

Lion Server and mail push notifications stop after reboot

Hi, I have a Lion Server mail server setup with push notifications to iOS devices. Everything works fine until I reboot the server. At that point none of the iOS devices receive push notifications until I kill their Mail app; once I relaunch it, push notifications start working again to that device until the next reboot. Has anyone else seen this, and know how to solve it? Thanks.

You don't believe me but I just start to close the tons of opened in background apps on my iPhone and when I close all apps the mail push start working just great! Checked it several times!

ITunes Store Stopped Working...Help Please!!!

The itunes store had stopped working.
When I try to log into iTunes Store, The loading bar only goes half way, and I get a blank page with only the side bar that indicate the account's shortcut...
The accont is working well my lybrairies also.
Itried to reset the " intsh winsock reset and restart the PC" like i saw in pother's discussion on the same prblem, but not working , i updated itunes to 10.6 , nothing i tried helps ...
