Push workflow notification in gateway

Hi All,
I want to push workflow notification to external server via Gateway system ,
I have followed some links for push notifications made easy .
Here i need to know , what is the exact report or badi i need to implement for push notifications ?
I have followed the below URL's :

In the above URL , there is a report which will push notification and it's need to be implemented via badi
IF_EX_ADDRESS_UPDATE~ADDRESS3_SAVED.
is the below user exit helpful :
/IWWRK/ES_WF_ITEM_SEL_OB
Pl let me know any badi exists for workflow notifications .

The ADDRESS_UPDATE BAdI used in the Notification blog is just an example where IF_EX_ADDRESS_UPDATE~ADDRESS3_SAVED method was implemented. This is the trigger mechanism used in the blog. Its totally up to the application developer to use a specific notification trigger mechanism as mentioned in the blog. In the blog, the user is subscribed to the entityset - "UserCollection" and change type - "created" which means that the user shall be notified whenever a new user is created.
Now based on your use case and subscription created, you have to choose how to trigger an event for notifying the user. I am sorry but I do not know about user exit /IWWRK/ES_WF_ITEM_SEL_OB.

How to customize SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow notification emails

We have a SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow that sends emails when certain criteria are met. We have tried to customize the emails using SharePoint Designer, but the emails that are received are different.
Ho do we configure SharePoint to send the emails formatted as we specified in the workflow?
The emails we receive are all formatted like this:
Subject:
[Company Name Workflow] - [Item] has been assigned to you
Content:
Task assigned by [User Name] on [Date].
To complete this task:
1.   Review [Item].
2.   Perform the specific activities required for this task.
3.   Use the Open this task button to mark the task as completed. (If you cannot update this task, you might not have access to it. Click here to request access.)

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to customize SharePoint Foundation 2013 workflow notification emails.
We’ll need to do a few things to replace SharePoint’s default notification with our own. The first thing we need to do is turn off SharePoint’s default notification. On the Workflow Tasks list, go the Advanced Settings and select
No for Send e-mail when ownership is assigned. Then we need to create workflow to send email.
There is an article for your reference, although it is about the SharePoint 2007, it still works for SharePoint 2013.

How to get response of Workflow Notification Email from MS Outlook Express.

Hi All,
I have two questions:
1. Our business users had a requirement to approve or reject the Workflow Notification Emails form their Email account on MS Outlook Express. When they perform action from MS Outlook Express it sends email to wfmailer but no action perform in aplication. The notification inbox in application shows this notification as OPEN notification and the requested function also shows 'Waiting for Approval'.
2. I need to hide Request Information button/link from the email notification send through Workflow mailer to user. There are three actions button available in email notification Apprve, Reject and Request Information. I need to have only two button Approve and Reject. How to hide Request Information button.
If any one have idea regarding my questions please hlep.

How do I remove an email address from a workflow notification?

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me please. Can you tell me how to remove an old email address from a workflow notification? The person's name and email address have already been removed from the list of Users in the Admin area, but some workflow notifications are still being sent to their email. Any ideas?

Thanks Liam, I'd previously looked at the also notify field and it didn't show any other email addresses. This time I clicked on the second of my two options in the Workflow Steps field, and then clicked back on the first one again, and hey presto, two email addresses appeared! The offending email address has now been removed.

No data found for region error on Workflow notification page

Hi !
For workflow, I have created a Non Form Function in Oracle Applications and linked the region to display in the notification. This region's type is StackLayout.
I created an attribute of type Document and assigned it the value in the form
JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=WF_FUNC
then I added this attribute in the notification message attribute with the Source as Send and Frame Traget as Full Window. Now when the workflow starts, the region does not populate and error shows that there is no data found for this region.
Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas?

We have a unique problem.....for timecard approval notification the HXC_TIMECARD form function is calling embedded Timecard region in the workflow notification.....in the HTML call the AprvNtfRN is called as shown below.
OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/hxc/selfservice/approval/webui/AprvNtfRN&akRegionApplicationId=809
Now the issue is that the email displays uneven format i..e timecard details like project and task name are vertical instead of horizontal.
Is there a way to code HTML in AprvNtfRN so that the format is obtained as desired?

The screen lights up but there is no sound alert or banner it may or may not be followed by a sound alert and / or banner or the sound alert may come twice even after the text/ email/ app notification has been checked. Or the banner notifications are being pushed through hours after I have checked the emails. I have checked the notification setting and all is in order and software is up to date as well. Called apple support but they want to charge me even to comment on what the problem could be related to! Pl help!

Buying a bundle doesn't mean that your device will work aborad you need to make sure roaming is enabled on your account.
If you have a EE extra plan you still need to make sure roaming is enable on your account your plan only gives you free/cheaper calls when abroad.

#ATTACHMENTS handler in workflow notification for multiple attachments

I would like to attach multiple documents to a workflow notification. The number of attachments are not known at design time.
I see that #ATTACHMENTS handler is used for purpose, but I am not clear how to use it with PLSQLBLOB usage.
How to return multiple documents to the #ATTACHMENTS special handler using PLSQLBLOB?
Created a message attribute of Type=Document and gave internal name as #ATTACHMENTS. Now time to set a PLSQLBLOB function, but to attach multiple documents. Not sure how ....
Note, I do seem some examples with FND:entity usage which shows attachments fine in the worklist, but the attachments are not shown in the email when using workflow mailer due to limitations with FND usage. Using PLSQLBLOB Document, I'm able to show attachments in both worklist and email, but each document attribute can handle only one attachment file. The number of attachments are not known at design time. I would like to use #ATTACHMENTS handler but for PLSQLBLOB usage.
Can some throw more light on #ATTACHMENTS tag with PLSQLBLOB usage for multiple attachments?

Now i need to add the Requisition action history for PO notification.
Can you please advcie(steps if it is posible) to create a my own custom attribute document type to get the requistion action history based on the PO document id.
I was able to quey the Requistion information not getting somme difficulty to create a customer document typ attribute.

Workflow Notification Issue r12

I have two issues with Workflow notification in r12.
1. Users get notification with a file attached called notification.html. This is not required. How can I stop workflow attaching this file when sending emails.
2. How can I unanimously change notification preferences for all users?

what is the notification preference value of the recipient.
If you don't want the 'notification.html' attachment in email, then set the user notification preference value as 'HTML mail' (MAILHTM2) .
From UI
Follow the naviagation
user login --> Preferences tab--->Email Style -> 'HTML mail'
In the wf_local_roles it should appear as 'MAILHTM2'.
2. For FND user you can call the below API
fnd_preference.put(username,'WF','MAILTYPE','MAILHTML');
For other users you can directly update wf_local_roles with the required notification preference value

Is there a way you can display a persons title from a form in a workflow notification?

I have created a normal form using the form builder and of course you have to use the title, first name and last name etc.
Now everything works fine and the details are sent to the database and an email goes to the customer BUT with the
workflow notification that goes to the Admins of the site the "title" is not shown under the Workflow Summary tag.
Is there a way I can get the Workflow Summary in the notification to display the person's title?

How can I include a Credit Mgmt Case Folder URL in a workflow notification?

I have a requirement to add a URL to a workflow notification, which is easy enough. The issue I am having is that I am not able to create a URL that successfully opens the Credit Management Case Folder that is specified in the worflow notification.
I am only able to get the URL to launch the following successfully: http://<ce:0000>/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=16351&resp_id=23916&resp_appl_id=222&security_group_id=0&lang_code=US
Has anyone else solved this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

I created a woflow attribute of type URL.
Name: Case Folder Link
Frame Target: New Window
Value: http://<instance>/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=16351&resp_id=23916&resp_appl_id=222&security_group_id=0&lang_code=US
I then added the following line to add the URL attribute to the HTML message body.
Case Folder Link : &CASE_FOLDER_LINK
When using the link above I don't get any error message. However when I try to change the URL to a specific case folder URL (Note this URL should change depending on the Case Folder # provided in the notification message.):

How to attach a file fin the middle tier in the workflow notification

My requirement
1) File is there in the middle tier (file name : invoice_99.pdf )
2) From workflow notification I need to read that file (invoice_99.pdf) and
open it from the notification when user click on it

Btw, I have done exactly same requirement several times and it's easy to do.
1)Create a Document Attribute and specify to attach it to the notif msg.
2)Create a PL/SQL function activity in workflow
3)In the PL/SQL proc, Load the file using dbms_lob into a LOB and set the attribute using
wf_engine.SetItemAttrText(itemtype      => itemType
,itemkey      => itemkey
,aname      => 'SRQ_REPORT'
,avalue           => 'PLSQLCLOB:xxx_gbl_wf.get_pdf_quote/'||v_report_request_id||':'||v_qot_number);
