PUT and GET Buttons disappeared?

In the file panel the buttons for PUT and GET are not showing upp at all. What can I do?

It sounds as though you set up a site selecting FTP & RDS Server. Select Site > New Site to define the site correctly.

FTP put and get

When using FTP put and get to transfer files, the program does not go into passive mode. My website requires the following sequence of commands: TYPE A, PORT, PASV, RETR or STOR filename.
Please update Windows FTP for XP & Windows 7 and later or provide me with the means of using raw FTP commands in my programs.

Hwo to put and get data to a mq queue through java

Hi All
I would like to know how to put and get messages into a mq series server which is residing on another machine through a java program.
I do not have a mq client installed in my machine..
I have WSAD in my machine.... Should i definitely use a JMS for the same?

The MQ client installation is free. You can download it from ibm.com, install it, and refer to the application development documentation that accompanies the installation. I believe there are even sample java programs included in the installation.

Back and Forward button disappear in SAP CRM IC

Hi Experts,
I am facing a strange issue which i suspect has some dependency on the IE or Java .
Please help me out if anybody has any clue on the same as to why is this occuring or what can be done to resolve it or even if there would be any logs registered from which I can find out what is the root cause.
Issue :
Sme agents when using the Interaction Center , finds their back and forward button disappears all of a sudden. There is no definite pattern happening, it could be like when they try to send outbound emails from a Service Request , all of a sudden the back and forward button goes away from the Email page.
Most of the times, it happens when they are trying to send outbound emails. But some instances have been reported even when they are in some other screen in IC and all of a sudden their back and forward button disappears. So they have no option to go back or forward using these buttons and only work around would be to try to End the transaction using the 'End' button and start over all again.
Appreciate any help if anyone has faced similar issue.

When I upgraded to FF4, the "refresh" and "MSN" button disappeared. Where are they, how do I get them back?

The "refresh" button and the button for my homepage appeared on the line just under the Menu Bar. Also, the MSN icon appeared on the fourth line under the Menu Bar. All three are now missing How do I get them back, or do I have to uninstall FF4. Why does an upgrade have to change toolbars without giving me notice?

You can find the Home button at the far right end of the Navigation Toolbar.
Firefox 4 uses a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is positioned at the right end of the location bar.<br />
During the page load process it shows as a Stop button and after the loading has finished the button is changed to a Reload button.<br />
If you type in the location bar then that button becomes a Go button.<br />
You can middle-click that Reload button to duplicate the current tab to a new tab.
To move the Stop and Reload buttons to their position to the left of the location bar you can use these steps:
* Open the "View > Toolbars > Customize" window to move the Stop and Reload button out of the location bar.
* Drag the Reload and Stop buttons to their previous position to the left of the location bar.
* Set the order to "Reload - Stop" to get a combined "Reload/Stop" button.
* Set the order to "Stop - Reload" or separate them otherwise to get two distinct buttons.

Mail window may be in the Full Screen mode.
Move the mouse pointer to the top right corner of the Mail window and hold it there.
Menu bar should drop down and click the blue double arrow icon.

HT4061 My volume quit working and volume button disappeared

my volume quit working and the volumebutton disappeared. Last night I was able to get itback briefly by following instructions from a community string. I.e lock rotation double press home and adjust on slide. However this morning, sound gone and can't getting back. The volume button is gone.

I have put "aaa", "bbb" and "ccc" into db, but when I try to get the key for "aaa" , "bbb", it return the data "cccccc", how can I solve it?
after that, when i get the key "ddd", "eee" , and all strings are length 3, the key does not in the DB, it also return the data "cccccc". Did I do something wrong on my code?

The problem seems to be with these lines:
std::string skey, sdata;
Dbt key(&skey, skey.length());
Dbt data(&sdata, sdata.length());You are constructing a Dbt with data that is actually a pointer to a C++ std::string object. You want the value to be an actual c style string.
An alternative would be to construct the Dbts like:
Dbt key(skey.c_str(), skey.length());
Dbt data(sdata.c_str(), sdata.length());You will need to create a new std::string out of any data retrieved from the database as well. Since it will now be just a C-style char * string.

Safari 2.0.3 - Back and Forward buttons disappeared

The Back and Forward buttons that are normally found next to the address bar have vanished. If you move the mouse over their position and click they show and activate, but is just a blank space when mouse pointer is not there. Have tried reloading them from the toolbar preferences, but the icons dont appear there either, just the space where theyshould be.

Quit Safari, find the com.apple.Safari.plist file in your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder, drag it to the Desktop, and log in/out or restart and let us know what happens.

Settings and Photos buttons disappeared on Iphone6

How can I restore my settings, camera and photos buttons on my phone? they are missing!

Whoops - if you cannot find the Settings button, swipe down from the middle of your screen to display the Spotlight search and type in Settings. You will see it listed under Applications. Tap on that hit to open the Settings options.
Do you have Restrictions turned on? Settings>General>Restrictions If you do, make sure these are not restricted.
You can also go to Settings>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout and the Home Screens will be reorganized with all of the core apps on the first screen.

ITunes 10.5.3.3 - get button disappeared

Just got iTunes 10.5.3.3 and the "get" of "get all" buttons aren't showing up in podcasts. This happening to anyone else?

I have seen a couple of threads about this recently, although I cannot find them at the moment. When this happened to me (a year ago), I downloaded iTunes again and ran the Repair option. That fixed it.
So, download iTunes again, do not uninstall the current version. Double-click the downloaded copy and you should see options to Install or Repair. Choose the Repair option.
Does that fix it?

Modify, put and get : operations under transaction

Hello,
I use Coherence 3.0 with CONCUR_PESSIMISTIC.
When threads t1 and simultaneously t2 get the object obj1, they obtain it whitout waiting any lock. It's OK.
However, I've created a "modify" operation which is :
- get a transaction
- get the object obj1
- "modify it in my app" (for example obj = obj+1)
- put the new value
- commit transaction
This works but, in the following scenario, I get incoherent result, since get operations don't block.
Threads t1 and t2 modify the object obj1 at the same time. So, for example obj1 == 0 at the beginning. Then :
- t1 get a transaction
- t2 get a transaction
- t1 get the old obj1 value
- t2 get the old obj1 value
- t1 put the new value (obj1 == 1) in the cache;
- t2 put the new value (obj1 == 1) in the cache;
So at the end, obj1 == 1 in the cache, instead of 2!
obj1 = 0 + 1 (thread 1)
obj1 = 1 + 1 (thread 2, with old value == 1, thanks to thread 1)
I hope I'm clear enough...
So, my question is : what should I do?
Note that I can't say anything on the get/write operations ratio.
Should I use "put" operation to get the old value in modify operation (instead of get)? Won't it be heavy (in load term)?
Note that when I use TRANSACTION_GET_COMMITTED, the get of the "modify" operation doesn't block, but when I use TRANSACTION_REPEATABLE_GET, it is the get operation (the basic, not embedded in the modify operation) which is blocking.
I'd like : get basic operations don't be blocking and coherent "modify" operation. Is it possible?
Isn't it too heavy (in load) to block all the "modify" operation? What about versioning, to detect a change (between a get (old value) and put (new value))? Have code example?

It sounds like you can simply use locking in this scenario (cache locking semantics are similar to that of a Java synchronized keyword - if thread does use lock() it will block is there is contention, and if it doesnt use lock() it will not block at all):

I had access to some plug-ins (like Download Help and Read It Later) in my initial page, and the buttons disappeared. How do I recover them?

Such commands are not visible in my initial page any longer. I still have the options of clicking ''show/panel/read it later'' or ''show/panel/similar sites'', but I still prefer the buttons on the initial page.

Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button (in Firefox 4: right-click the extension -> "Find Updates") to do a compatibility check.
If you haven't done that yet then create a new profile exclusively for the 4.0 beta version and create a desktop shortcut with -P "profile" appended to the target to launch that profile.

Applications and system buttons have dissappeared from desktop-how can I get them back?

These buttons moved to a vertical position on the left edge of the screen, then the applications and system buttons disappeared,so I am unable to access the word processor. I need some advice as to how to reset the system so that these items are permanently on the desktop.
