Put non-saveable movie on page

Question

I have some movie clips in WMV format that I would like to
put on my web site. If I just put the link to the ".wmv" file as a
normal link on the page it works fine, bringing up Media Player in
its own window and playing the movie. But it's also possible for a
user to right-click the link, choose "Save As...", and save the
video on their hard drive (and possibly do whatever they want with
it from there, such as uploading it to YouTube or something). This
would not be a disaster if it happened, but what techniques are
available so that the WMV file can be played in Media Player, but
not saved? It wouldn't have to be foolproof, just difficult for the
average user.

Well, it's usually not the average user you need to worry
about.
In fact, would putting it on YouTube actually be a bad thing?
Would it not
generate more publicity for your site? Perhaps you could
upload to YouTube
to begin with and then just link to it from your site. Let
them worry about
the bandwidth. ;o)
