Putting a objectgroup in a objectgroup

Hi,
I've got several object groups. Now I want to put those object groups in one big object group. Is this possible or does anyone know a better solution?

Creating an object library is certainly a better solution.

ObjectGroup error

Hello!
When I attempt to edit a user account in IDM7.1 i get this message:
Error
ObjectGroup:#ID#AA039B295F48A163:-60C7D49C:11CC0B6F43A:4EDDI'm not quite sure why this is happening. I went to the debug page and looked for an object group with this ID and couldn't find one. I also looked at the user object for the particular user I was trying to edit and do not see a reference to this object group.

I figured out my problem and want to update this topic in case others have the same issue. I noticed this error appeared after assigning a user account an administrative role. I went and looked at the role and it was referencing a object group that was no longer valid. Once this was removed the error no longer appeared.

Extending organization/ObjectGroup view/object

Hi Guys,
We have requirement where we need to store Organization attributes like taxids,zip,organization type,etc. We need to extend the default search function for Organizations on these attaribute basis.
When a new organization is to be created only few attributes like org name and approvers,etc are available and the Create Organization Form is not public for customization.
I tried to extend the OrgView, however no luck so far !
I really wonder if this can be done in Sun IDM and is it the limitation of the tool. Please let me know if you have any solution.

I have already tried this approach where we add the properties to object, which is obviously very slow in case if we want to perform a serach operation.
I believe properties are serialized as XML in a BLOB vs attributes of the object (atleast for user objects) stored separately in columns in the repository. Querying object attributes would be more faster than sifting through object properties.
Problem is the extension of ObjectGroup where we add attributes(instead of properties) to accomodate the business attributes. I couldn't find any solution so far.
Please let me know if anybody has solution.

You can create a new Apple ID without using a credit card for download free apps by following this guide: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534. Follow it exactly as writtien. Note that you have to download and try to install a free app and then create the ID.

I am trying to put the music from my ipod touch onto my new computer but keep getting a message saying that my ipod is already synced with a library and cannot be synced with more than one. How do I access that library on my new computer and if I can't are their other ways for me to put the music on my ipod into my new computer?

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your ipod. Only if you back up your iPod manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your ipod without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your iPod for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the ipod for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

But it does somehow my English security answers do not work on a Japanese Question especialy if I did not choose that question I set up the multiple choice In English and wrote the answers in English or Roman and set them langauge preferences in English, do you really think you can correctly write english name or word in Japanese they write a police patrol car pato caa パトカア　they do not have r and l .So it is my choice to make my security easy for me and as difficult for others to hack.But they also have patororoo choo meaning ' now patrolling ' so why they have pato caa patrol car and patoro patrol and have thousands of Chinese words kanji they can find patrol.
I am getting off the topic but I am at a loss to fix this problem when they hold the keys and i have all the info to verify my ID.

How to put schedule lines for one year in a schedule line agreement

thanks for the support till now from the forum
now i need some seetings by which the scheduling agreement will autoumatically take the schedule line for one year automatically
in my client we are getting open PO so
we have to make one agreement acording to that PO and thats for one year
and this one yr will have same quantity to be produced everyday
means 12nos of material every day for 12 month and this will be for every day
and as per that it should generate a sales order.i need to put schedule line automatically not mannually one by one for each date.so wat is the settingand how to reffer this scheduling agreement we can produce sales order.

Dear Subrat,
you cannot create a yearly schedule line in the scheduling agreement. It is not possible due to format restrictions of the date field. But what you can do is the follows (it is the modification, but it should work with the help of user-exits):
1. You can split the year schedule line to the monthly schedule lines. There are two ways to do it. If you apply the DELINS IDOC, then you can do it already during transfer of the data to the application (itr is the best way). Here you can use, for example, user-exit USEREXIT_ZUORDNEN_IDOCS (include LVED4FZZ) or customer function EXIT_SAPLVED4_002, called from the subroutine USEREXIT_DYNPRO (Include LVED4F0U). Alternatively, you can use the user-exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP (Include MV45AFZZ) within the call transaction, then it will work also in the dialog case.
2. After getting the monthly schedule lines, you can create a planning delivery schedule, where you can split mothly schedule lines automatically to daily schedule lines according to the customer factory calender.The settings for generation of planning delivery schedules can be found under:
Customizing SPRO: Sales and Distribution => Sales => Sales Documents => Scheduling Agreements with Delivery schedules => Maintain Planning Delivery Sched. Instruct./Splitting Rules
It is the only ways, how you can reach your aim. I hope, this information will help you further.

XML PUBLISHER report in Excel out put problem

Hi Experts,
I have developed one XML report which output type is EXCEL in Oracle Application.
I am getting some -ve value in the report so I need to do the trailing sign
Menace for example I got a value -8645 I need to display the value like (8645).
This functionality is working in PDF output but in EXCEL out put it is not working.
Could any body please help me on this..

hi philly, thanks for getting back to me, especially on such a busy day.
I don't think that's quite the issue though. I bought an album and it appears in 'my purchases' within the itunes app. Yet, in order to listen to the music, i must use the 'music' app and in this application, there are only three tracks displayed at any one time from my downloaded album.
I can 'download all' from the 'my purchases' section but that still doesn't help, it just keeps the last three tracks downloaded in the music app.
I have the 'icloud' enabled and wondered if it had anything to do with that.
i have successfully downloaded another full album totally into the music app, but this first album is causing me problems.

I use the calendar to keep track of not only my schedule, but my entire family's. For years I had a calendar labeled 'kids.' Now as they're getting older it would be easier to have an individual calendar for each child. Easier for me to track where they are and they could have they're own calendar on their iphone or iphone touch since we all share one cloud account. However, frequently more than one is at the same activity. The calendar program will only allow me to select one calendar to place an event under; as soon as I select another, it deselects the first. Is there a way to place an event under more than one calendar?
(Since I'm still the one driving that needs to know date, time, place, etc type details I don't want them adding it to their own schedule - maybe - on their devides and synching through cloud)

You can create many calendars. Here's the tip:
Example: you have 1 son and 1 daughter.
In iCloud ( https://www.icloud.com )
Create 1 calendar called Son ( Choose a color to tell them apart )
Create 1 calendar called Daughter ( Ditto )
Create 1 calendar called Kids
Since you are the creator, you get to see all calendars combined.
Send invitations to each of them
Son gets Son and Kids calendars
Daughter gets Daughter and Kids calendars
So if there an event for Son, just put in that calendar
If it's for both then enter it in the Kids calendar
Likewise for daughter.

How do I use home sharing with the new iTunes to put a movie on my iPad

My husband and I each have separate iTunes accounts since we both have iPhones. However we share an apple TV and an iPad, both of which are usually under my account. It used to be that since we had home sharing activated that we could have movies that he purchased with his account on the iPad along with the movies that I purchased with my account. However when we updated to the new iTunes I could not put movies that he purchased with his account (he had a gift card so we used his account instead of mine) onto the iPad. So now we have a movie for our kids that they can only watch on his phone. I want to know what the trick is to "sharing" the movie between our accounts/devices mainly the iPad and Apple TV so that I don't have to wipe the iPad and change accounts on it just for my kids to watch a movie.
