Putting credit card number in and keeps telling me contact iTunes support

I bought my six year old son a new ipad2 and am attempting to create an apple email and account and I get to putting my credit card in and it keeps telling me contact iTunes to change billing info but when I try it won't let me.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

Why do we have to put credit card number if we r only 13 years old

I have a apple I'd and if I log into my account into my iPod it says I need a credit card number to downloaded anything and that is stupid

You create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

I purchased something on an App, the money was taken from my credit card, but the purchase from the app became an error and told me to contact iTunes support.

After downloading the Sims app, i purchased items from it. I checked my credit card account and the purchase was made, but after checking the app, the items i payed for weren't there. A message saying "Error: contact iTunes support" popped up. I just want to know why my purchase wasn't returned with the items i payed for. And if im not going to get them, how can i get my money back.
